This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!
I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.
Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security
The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.
Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Clean Environment: Very good Service: Thoughtful

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. It's very close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and Opéra. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops downstairs!
A five-star hotel at a lower price point, but it really didn't live up to the standard. I guess you get what you pay for.
I had an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel offers an excellent value for money—luxurious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. A special thank you to the entire staff: incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always willing to help. They truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of, fulfilling every request with genuine...
Great location near Gare Saint Lazare with easy access to the metro. Really comfortable bed and clean and stylish room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful bi lingual staff. Would stay again.
Maison Albar Le Diamond is a beautiful and good-value boutique hotel located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris — a central and convenient area, though not the quietest. It’s close to the city’s main train stations, major shopping streets, and several of Paris’s classic landmarks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to assist at almost any...
A hotel in a typical Parisian French building, with views of the Eiffel Tower and the bustling streets around the train station from the top floor. There are many Chinese restaurants and other eateries nearby. It's a 5-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. The hotel itself, including the service, is very French. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Everything was so smooth and the place is close to major shopping centre, close to metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.
The value for money is decent; what do you expect for a thousand bucks?
Location is great, room was okay sized for a hotel in Paris, but the sink in the bathroom and the bath tub were both very clogged and took ages to drain the water. And we were informed by the receptionist that guests would need to pay extra (about €60-70) for the spa facilities which we didn’t expect based on the name of the hotel. Definitely not worth the value.
Hotel is clean; location is convenient and service staff is attentive
The hotel location is superb convenient, with walking distance to the Printemps shopping mall and Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. There are a few metro stations nearby, which are Auber station and Opera station. The Roissy Bus station (bus direct to the CDG airport) is also within 200meter from the hotel. There is a beautiful lounge at the lobby for customers to take a break and have a sip of coffee...

Good hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool, satisfactory room, good location. The only negative point is the rooftop, where the products and service are not up to par.
Good breakfast, other things are ok
Nice hotel but definitely not worth the price. CONS: . The service is not up to a 5-star hotel standards. . Slow service: We also asked for cutleries to be sent to our room and had to call back the concierge because we were still waiting for them 15min after calling . Loud staff: during breakfast time, the hotel staff was speaking loudly and it was quite annoying . On the first evening, we found...
It is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located and in a safe area. The room was well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the HVAC; getting the room to cool during the evening proved difficult.
Molitor is a nice hotel with a lot to offer, though it’s located a bit outside the city center. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we had hoped. On the downside, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe, the service wasn’t as accommodating. My wife’s hair iron stopped working, and while another hotel was able to provide...
My family stayed at Molitor Hotel back in July for 5 days and I have to say it was one of the nicest hotels and experiences that we’ve had. The customer service was top notch. We arrived early and they took care of us as we few in on a red eye and were all exhausted from the flight. I stayed at Terrass’’ Hotel after coming from a 5-star property in Portugal, so the room felt a little aged in comparison. That said, the hotel’s strengths really make up for it: the rooftop restaurant and bar have an incredible view. Montmartre is also a great place to watch sunrise. The location is perfect for exploring the neighbourhood. The hotel manager was genuinely helpful and even assisted...
Staff amazing. Very kind and attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Room very clean, cleaned to very high standard each day. Breakfast was lovely with a great view. Very well located near multiple metro lines. Would highly recommend. Was always lovely to come back to after long day out.
The hotel was in a great location in Montmartre. The accommodations were a bit tight but comfortable, and the staff was terrific. The rooftop restaurant and bar were great, with a fantastic view, but a bit pricey. The only issue was that the shower water wasn't hot; it was warm, but not hot. Our friends in the other room said the same. However, this would not deter me from staying again. Overall...
If Paris were a movie, Terrass Hotel would be the scene-stealer — charming, stylish, and so effortlessly cool it makes you wonder if you should’ve packed better clothes. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and apparently on a mission to make us feel like minor royalty. The view from our room? Straight out of a postcard — the Eiffel Tower doing its sparkly thing while we sipped...

Le Burgundy's entire team is exceptional. Their five-star service began at the time of booking and continued until our day of departure. I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was small but exquisite with a French flair. The service was warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the quality was excellent. The location was absolutely perfect: 3 minutes to the main metro station, 5 minutes to Place Védôme, and 15 minutes to the Louvre. It also felt safer than other areas, with no homeless people or strange individuals
We loved our stay here. The hotel is quaint and beautifully appointed. The only reason we gave Services a lower score was because the gym is too small and we need to work out on our trips.

Most delightful decor in a spectacular hotel particulier . Amazin service, outdoor restaurant that makes you feel at home, increíble garden, besutifully decorated rooms, great food and bar, incredible spa and indoor swimming Pool, a dream hotel all together. We have already made our reservations for next year!
The Saint James Paris isn’t just a hotel — it’s a full-on experience. From the moment you arrive, the team is already two steps ahead of you (in the best way). The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely European architectural style. The surroundings are pleasant and very peaceful. I encountered a problem with my booking and the staff found a solution even though they were not obligated to do so as it was my mistake. I cannot fault the service in general. We recently completed a four-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is designed as a contemporary reinterpretation of a classic seven-story Paris hotel, with a sleek, modern lobby. Great location, one stayed here twice now! The staff is extremely helpful! Special shout out to Elio and Rafael for their kindness and exceptional support! The breakfast buffet is one of the bests I’ve had for a hotel. 10/10 experience, will definitely stay here again!
This is not a 5 star hotel when compared to, for example, The Savoy, in London; but, it is a very good 4 star hotel. The breakfast is actually the best breakfast we have had at any hotel or resort, ever. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is our experience. I did not like the having to wait in a sitting room to get the room. It is not the luxury experience they think it is. We also had an issue with...
After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location. Forget everything you heard of about Paris being difficult, from the minute we arrived after being cheated by the Parisian taxi, everything went well. Friendly, English speaking staff, upgraded room, complimentary items in room, wonderful location and a restaurant that serves the very best and healthy food.
The star of this property is the staff. They were always there to assist with everything, from a lost cellphone to dealing with this older, directionally couple!
We were warmly greeted and so pleased with all the friendly staff. The location of the hotel is perfect. I would say this is one of the hidden gem in Paris. I had couple of options but to choose this hotel for few nights. Close to everything. Just few steps to most crucial places in Paris. Even some ultra luxury hotels can't get you that feeling but Nolinski can. Only one step down is the room smell. That can be described as old building smell.

The top floor suite was exceptional, highly recommended. Sucks that the LV building & cranes hinder the Eiffel Tower view a bit but no one’s fault & still stunning.
If I could give this boutique hotel 10 stars, I would!!! Jihad, Corentin, & Enzo are the most incredible & accommodating staff & made my sister and I feel like family. They are full of recommendations & will always welcome you back to the hotel with a smile :) Each of them are a special part of the memories made on our trip & we will definitely be staying at Hotel Balzac for all future trips to Paris...
Had the best stay ever! Rooms are really nice and clean, beautiful view. Service is beyond great, everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Jihad and Patrick and one lady that unfortunately couldn’t remember her name, were amazing they recommended the best restaurants and were kind enough to do our Versailles and Seine river tours. The location is perfect. I definitely recommend it and will definitely...
Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hotel Balzac. Especially our own balcony with Eiffel Tower views was unbelievable - it honestly made the trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every need, making us feel at home from the start. Overall, the whole hotel had an incredible luxury feeling, with attention to detail and beautiful Art Deco design elements throughout. Everything...
My personal favorite due to size and location. It has one of the best restaurants in Paris. Unfortunately, it would require some fresh up, but I understood that a revamp is scheduled. The staff tries but would need more to be at the top hotels in Paris. However I will always return. Try it for your next stay.
