Staff were super friendly and gave us a nice room with balcony that we can sit and chill. Most days were very cold but managed to enjoy the balcony when the sun was out. Location was great, just a short walk from the metro or bus stop. Otherwise, many food options around

The location is perfect for a first time visit to Paris. It was central and close to the big famous museums. I’m not happy with the quality of the room however. The room badly needed maintenance and renovation. The bathroom especially (the cold water faucet was impossible to turn).

Nice central hotel but the spa facilities need the owners closer attention. Room was cold, pool was cold, sauna was barely hot, steam room not working. If you advertise a spa , make sure it's all good and working.

Hotel Splendide Royal Paris is a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful clean quiet room, proximity to restaurants and Champs- Elysees area (7 minute walk), staff that goes above and beyond every day. We felt like we were royalty with royal chambers!! Boutique hotel…clean…convenient located to Champs de Elysee. Our room air conditioning was not very strong. They put a Dyson fan in our room for more air. Room was large and beautiful.

Great location, huge rooms and very comfortable. Very small hotel though so dont expect a 5 star type lobby or entry area.

Staying at Relais & Châteaux was definitely the best choice for this trip to Paris. It's right next to the Presidential Palace and the Champs-Élysées, very safe, and very French and Parisian. Breakfast can be had in the room, which is quite spacious and offers great value for money. 👍

Pierre Cardin's former residence is adjacent to the Presidential Palace. There are police outside the door, so it is absolutely safe. The room is spacious, clean and the service is thoughtful.

The location is top, the hotel has its own private parking (very important when you’re en route!), the room is excellent as is the bed, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

This hotel was so convenient, clean and the staff especially Aminda were superlative! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quick access to subway and Effiel tower- its an easy walk and pretty route. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was perfect!

The location of the hotel is very good, the equipment is very complete, there is a coffee machine, snacks, tea bags, the whole feeling is very five-star. The service staff are very nice and polite, and will proactively ask you what you need.

The breakfast is quite poor, there are very few things included in the room rate, the store tries to make you pay extra, and the breakfast included in the room rate requires you to sit in a specific area!

Very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious with a little balcony with everything needed. Staff were all friendly with a special mention for Maëlys who handled all our request with a smile and also Charles. Quite street in a very practical neighborhood with 3 métro lines access nearby.

Hotel is in a great location but rooms are a bit small and definitely need some work doing to them. The staff were all very nice and friendly though and so overall if you are just looking for a decent room near the arc then it’s a good option.

We loved this boutique hotel close to the champs Elysee! We had a family wing that had 2 rooms enclosed by one common door for our family. The space is great for a place in the heart of Paris. A hotel I would like to stay at again

Boutique hotel style, a small building hidden behind the shopping street, close to the Elysee Palace, good location, but you need to go a little around to get in and out. The suite I booked is quite large, but it faces a wall and a roof, there is no view, and communication is useless. The bathroom has double basins and only a shower, which is easy to leak out, and a drawer in the bathroom is broken...

I was worried about arriving late at night, but 24-hour check-in was a relief. The room was very clean and nice.

Strangely, I left a tip on the table every day hoping the room cleaner would feel our gratitude (they replaced the fruit with fresh fruit daily), but they never took it! I'll definitely go again.

I enjoyed looking at the cityscape from the window every day. There are bistros, bars, supermarkets, etc. in the surrounding area, making it convenient for shopping for miscellaneous goods and clothes. The hotel's laundry service took a long time, so it was nice to be able to use the nearby coin laundry.

The best thing about this hotel is its great location. It was easy to get around by bus or metro. I was able to easily access the airport by metro, which saved me a lot on transportation costs. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and a supermarket is right nearby. I was able to request two single beds, and the coin laundry nearby had been renovated. I'd definitely like to stay here again...

Location is great, very close to metro stops and roughly 10 minutes walk to Lafayette. The hotel is cosy, keep an eye out for the friendly cat often found snoozing on the reception sofas! Great location as we could walk to many attractions and near shopping areas. However, the shower needs to be improved. There was no shower screen so it wets the whole toilet after bathing. The water pressure is also not great. Hot cold temperature fluctuates pretty bad. Otherwise, service and breakfast all good
