No bathtub. The light switch in the room didn't work. The smart toilet was also broken. Didn't feel like a 5-star hotel standard at all.
The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. It's very close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and Opéra. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops downstairs!
A five-star hotel at a lower price point, but it really didn't live up to the standard. I guess you get what you pay for.
I had an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel offers an excellent value for money—luxurious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. A special thank you to the entire staff: incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always willing to help. They truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of, fulfilling every request with genuine...
Great location near Gare Saint Lazare with easy access to the metro. Really comfortable bed and clean and stylish room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful bi lingual staff. Would stay again.
Maison Albar Le Diamond is a beautiful and good-value boutique hotel located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris — a central and convenient area, though not the quietest. It’s close to the city’s main train stations, major shopping streets, and several of Paris’s classic landmarks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The place was easy and accessible, it was sometimes hard to find a staff member but the hotel it was attatched to helped us a lot when we couldn't find them. Other than that the stay was reasonable for the price we paid.
Hotel close to the metro, very pleasant welcome!
Decent, careful not to go to the wrong checkin desk
We stayed here in July. It was a great hotel, clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. I wouldn’t stay here again but for the price I can’t moan.
Excellent accessibility and friendly service
The hotel's great, but the neighborhood's not ideal

Everything was so smooth and the place is close to major shopping centre, close to metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.
The value for money is decent; what do you expect for a thousand bucks?
Location is great, room was okay sized for a hotel in Paris, but the sink in the bathroom and the bath tub were both very clogged and took ages to drain the water. And we were informed by the receptionist that guests would need to pay extra (about €60-70) for the spa facilities which we didn’t expect based on the name of the hotel. Definitely not worth the value.
Hotel is clean; location is convenient and service staff is attentive
The hotel location is superb convenient, with walking distance to the Printemps shopping mall and Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. There are a few metro stations nearby, which are Auber station and Opera station. The Roissy Bus station (bus direct to the CDG airport) is also within 200meter from the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
Very great hotel and nice staffs ❤️
Great hotel and good location. A luxury hotel of its class and I was glad I had chosen it for my first trip to Paris with 2 young kids. My fight was after 10pm and the manager was very kind to extend my room until I left for the airport because the weather was cold Thank you and looking forward to be back in Paris again. Than
I really loved the Hotel Le Clef, Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay. Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired. Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm. My boss had...
Returning from Northern Europe, I once again stayed at Ascott The Residence Champs-Élysées. The service was excellent, and the location was superb. Unfortunately, the on-site Imperial Treasure Chinese Restaurant had temporarily suspended its lunch and dinner service for a period, which was a bit disappointing.
Excellent location, the room was very nice and my family had enjoyed the stay very much even thought we've only spent two nights there.

Simple hotel with a good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent place to stay for a week in Paris.
The room is relatively small; it's a bit cramped for two people. There's no hairdryer available; you'll need to go downstairs to borrow one.
A good budget hotel. Decent breakfasts for €10, considering that there aren’t many breakfast spots within a 3 km radius. Daily cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels every day. Close to the metro and tram stops.
The name says it all, it really is a budget ibis. The rooms are fine based on the price for them, the pillows are very soft, so keep in mind if you want a stiff pillow. The breakfast itself can be better, but the staff are incredible and very kind. Basically you get what you paid for. It's near a metro station 4, so it's easily connectable to the whole of Paris.
had a room for 2 people with a bunkbed.. so could sleep a kid as well. Breakfast was ok but basic. Service was friendly. Good location since near the station of Port D'orleans.
Please, when booking this place, consider the 'Budget' aspect of the brand. This part alone defined my experience. One night, I woke up, clutching at my chest, fanning myself as I experienced what one could describe as drowning in my own sweat. I felt my shirt cling to my skin as my half-asleep body struggled to comprehend the situation at hand. If you don't know what the placebo effect is, now is...

It’s not my first time staying in this hotel I enjoyed The location is few minute walking distance to galleries la Fayette 4 min walking distance from metro ligne 7 And most of the places for shopping are around Staff professional Definitely not my first stay and not the last
Excellent location. Nice view from the window. 20 minutes by foot to Louvre and Sacre Coeur. Metro station is very close. Very noisy in the mornings because of ongoing hotel's renovation (heavy drilling).
I stayed at other hotels under the NH group before so I was expecting pretty much the same standard as the one I stayed at. Apart from the location the hotel in general is pretty bad. The shower in our room had very slow water pressure, tried to use the phone in the room to call the reception phone not working! Had to go all the way down to front desk. They said needed to reboot the boiler or something...
I wanted the room at higher floor and have a special requested it as i want to have a nice balcony view. As when I check-in , i was informed that that’s the only available room and i was put in the corner which I dun have a nice view with balcony. And the room is a little too small as we don’t have space to open the big luggage. Other than that staff are kind.
Good location to visit most of main sightseeing spots, and amazing Paris traditional view from the balcony. I really appreciate that you made us very very happy while we are staying in your hotel. The hotel is amazing. Comfortable beds, enough space in the room. Very clean and tidy. Every day you get complementary coffee. :) The location is perfect right. Netflix on tv. Definitely will return when in Paris.
Built in 1810, this house has a wonderful, historic charm.
The hotel is quite close to the Orden metro station, but you have to walk up a narrow, uphill sidewalk to get there. However, there are several metro and bus stations nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The neighborhood feels very safe, with university student dorms right across the street. The staff, usually students, are helpful with directions. There are several affordable supermarkets...

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with kitchen appliances like a microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher, plus an ironing board, making it perfect for self-catering. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and three metro lines are right on the doorstep. The Eiffel Tower is just a kilometer's walk away, making it ideal for a short stay.
The facilities are pretty basic and a bit old, but there's a kitchen. It looks a little different from the pictures.
The hotel is great, service is good, location is also good, and the rooms are quite spacious. Excellent value for money, full marks!
The environment is okay, and the location is good, but it's very noisy. You definitely won't be able to sleep without earplugs. Also, every time the subway passes by, you can feel the vibrations. I don't recommend staying right next to a subway station.
Loved my stay here and there’s a kitchenette for cooking! Just the metro sound a bit loud but if you’re okay with that noise for one to two minutes then it’s fine :)
The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower, and my second-floor room had a view of the spire. I imagine the night views from higher floors must be amazing. The hotel breakfast is quite basic, so I'd recommend eating out; there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Good hotel, stayed with my family for vacation for 3 nights. Clean rooms, fantastic service and although the breakfast menu is predictable, the croissants are simply amazing. No lunch and dinner as they do not have a in house restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants outside within a KM. Overall the experience was good for a hotel in this area and I would come back. Bon chance!
This hotel is in a nice neighborhood, the 17th Arrondissement. It is modern and very clean. Our rooms were large and very nice. Perfect location to walk or visit all the sites in Paris!
I almost felt like not leaving review for a good reason (less demand then). Note it's executive room,... like the design, modern, ...pillow quality (sleep is important, foam but decent), shower, felt like home home in FL, spacious enough, rain shower, l'occitaine shampoo instead of cheap brands, and bath robes! I loved staying at this hotel. I did not expect how high class and modern this hotel is. The staff are lovely and helped me quite a bit. Any request we had, it was met instantly. This hotel is brilliant! Service is above par. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Very friendly staff and well versed in English as well. Breakfast is of very good quality. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!
I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.
Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security
The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.

I stayed at Terrass’’ Hotel after coming from a 5-star property in Portugal, so the room felt a little aged in comparison. Right by the beautiful Eglise de la Madeleine and only a block from Place de la Concorde, you will struggle to find a more centrally-located luxury hotel.
