The reception staff was inattentive and not very friendly. The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable.
The reception staff were not up to par, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The hotel was decent – location-wise, it was pretty clean.
Really nice hotel! Everything clean and beautiful e definitely recommend.
Hotel was as beautiful as pictures describe. Pool was lovely (although a little cold) Terrace was very chilled. Shower in bathroom was amazing! Nice restaurants in walking distance for evening Would stay again 😊
We had a successful mini-vacation. Thank you.❤️🙏
Not all the staff were welcoming. Made us feel out of place a bit. Didn't spend much time at the hotel as we explored Paris till late... And checked out before 5:30 am to catch our flight. Got a call from the hotel around 9am while in the aeroplane and the caller was 'calling to make sure we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel' - I thought that was rude and uncalled for The heating was not working when...

Very romantic and botique eecorated hotel
Good hotel. Nice decor, friendly staff, amazing location. Rooms aren't huge, and bathroom a little cramped but all in all an excellent stay.
This is my second time in this hotel. The location is superb, a quiet and beautiful street. We took the Junior suite, the other rooms are small. The Junior suite is very convenient and comfy and we had a beautiful stay. I'll definitely come back again.
We struggled with all the options for a hotel in Paris, but were happy with this one. Situated on a quiet side street, yet only a short walk to everywhere, including the Louvre and Gardens. Rooms are small, but what we expected. Beds were super comfy, and we loved the option of having the windows open to feel the fresh air of the open balcony, especially when the temps were cooler. Staff was very friendly...
Great location! Walkable area with many dining and shopping options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night.
This property will not disappoint. It has the French charm I was looking for in a boutique hotel that are lacking in other hotels. The staff are top notch and they do pay attention to all your needs no matter the hour of the day and night. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Paris. It is right in the city center and walkable to restaurants, parks and other stores. I intend to go back to...

This is truly a gem in the heart of Paris. The atmosphere is intimate and personal, with impeccable hospitality that makes you feel instantly welcome. From the moment you arrive, there is a genuine sense of warmth and care. It truly feels like coming home away from home, wrapped in refined Parisian elegance. A flawless five-star stay that we would happily return to. We hope to come soon again. Elske...
A unique boutique hotel experience with beautiful rooms and stunning views. We stayed for 3 weeks in their suite and it truly felt like a chic Parisian apartment. The service from all of the staff was attentive and friendly and it was such a treat to have a daily Cour des Vosges breakfast in our room overlooking the Place des Vosges. There’s not much in terms of common spaces (only a small lobby and...
This unique gem of a hotel is my favorite in the city. The location is in one of the most beautiful squares in all of Paris. Every room overlooks the Place des Vosges. It feels like you are a special guest in an exceptional home rather than in a hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. I dream of coming back. For a truly unique Paris experience, this hotel exceeds all expectations.
Beautiful small hotel in stunning setting. My daughter and I stayed for four nights. Our room was lovely with a view of Place des Vosges, which we adored. I had read some reviews about the lack of reception and staff availability, but can honestly say, neither were an issue for us. There was never not a member of staff available should we need anything. And they were always absolutely lovely, offering...
Amazing view everyday onto the Place des Vosges! No attention to detail is spared in this amazingly artsy hotel: from the teapot to the art books spread around the apartment, everything you see or touch reminds you of the thoughtfulness and the discerning taste of the hotel owner / designer. Bravo!
Not really 5 star quality Very Nice staff. Big room. No lobby and you have to lock yourself into the hotel at night With no one to Greet you. No indoor breakfast facility. No coffee mashine in room.

Our favorite hotel in Paris. The location is perfect, in the Latin Quarter, between Notre Dame and the Pantheon. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They upgraded our room and were always helpful with everything! Thank you so much!
It’s a nice hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris. It’s walking distance to Notre dame which is the best thing it has going for it. I don’t think the champagne bubble theme was my taster but it’s a well renovated hotel. The only thing I would warn against is the single room - it’s too small for a tall guest or anyone with a suitcase. So I upgraded to a double room and had a much more comfortable stay
Great location! New Year's Eve vacation with a family of three in Paris. Our room was in the attic with a view of the Pantheon; it was well-designed and clean. The bathroom is small but functional; obviously, and unfortunately, it lacked a bidet. The room also included free water (a carafe) with a coffee maker, shampoo, body lotion, and slippers; conditioner was not available. The breakfast was good...
Worst room I had in Paris and it wasn't even cheap by Paris standards. Absolutely tiny room, shower overflowed almost immediately, no kettle or tea facilities. If you can find somewhere else to stay then definitely do that. Room was clean though.
Very beautiful hotel and great location. Very friendly front desk Highly recommended for solo traveller

I was looking for a decent hotel with a good location. I noticed that most hotels in Paris have very small rooms. So as expected the rooms at this hotel are on the smaller size but enough space the move around and have a nice queen size bed. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is modern and clean.  The air con is very good at regulating the temperature.  The hotel has basic facilities, a decent...
Great Eiffel Tower view, cozy hotel. Unfortunately the insulation not very good, I can hear someone talk from the next door. Besides, I found the cleaning lady left her sunblock in my toilet, wonder what she was doing in my bathroom.  Just make sure this does not happen to other guests.
Absolutely incredible experience. One of the most lovely hotels I was able to stay in Paris. Staff are excellent, rooms are full of art and I had an incredibly stay. Very close to the metro ( not even a 3-4 minute walk) overall just an incredible experience
Wonderful stay with exceptional staff and facilities We had a truly lovely stay and felt welcomed from the very beginning. Islam was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in, and he went above and beyond by guiding us to amazing places and restaurants around Paris ! every recommendation was absolutely fantastic ! A special thank you as well to Mr. Patrick (BH). He was such a wonderful person...
Not a great experience. Towels were only changed every two days, and the room was small and cramped. For 1500 a night, even in off-season Paris, you could find much better hotels. The pictures showed an Eiffel Tower view, but there was nothing of the sort. I wouldn't recommend staying here; it also takes a good 20-30 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel service was excellent! A very thoughtful and warm hotel.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! Lobby and breakfast area was super aesthetic and there were always water provided. Room is on the smaller side - only sufficient room to open 1 large luggage: and there’s also option to request for a quieter room not facing the road for a quieter night’s sleep.
Great location, but the room was really tiny.
The hotel location is great, and the room was clean.
small hotel in good location but better take the room with balcony for breakfast really is bad and no have more choices it’s very small buffet and coffee not good
We had a great stay at Hotel Touraine Opera. The staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations, the breakfast was delicious, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were bigger than average for Paris. I would recommend this hotel.

Loved the place! Felt like luxury as a solo traveler. The complimentary spa was amazing. The room was clean and modern. The location was perfect. Would stay again!
Such a perfect hotel for my solo stay in Paris. Steps from the Bastille metro station, only a couple of minutes on foot to Place de Vosges and Le Marais beyond — I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect location. A hotell with a great location near restaurants, metro and shops. Very, tiny rooms… nice balcony and nice beds.
Beautifully designed hotel. Modern, well anppointed and comfortable. Great location and friendly staff. Great breakfast.
It was wonderful located near Le Marais and one private spa is covered for your stay. I really appreciated the hospitality from the staff. Only issue I found was that the single room was too small to even have some of my luggages stored and no refrigerator. Considering it is very hard to get free ice from the hotel, it was not so great traveling in summer.

The location is great, the transportation is convenient, and there are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment around, which makes travel very convenient. It was great for me. The interior of the hotel is a classic European old house hotel layout. If you don't like it, you may find it a bit depressing. But the room was very big, completely beyond expectations, very good.
The service attitude is very good!
The service is very good! The decoration is good! It's just a little small! There is a university town in front of the door! The safety factor is high! The most important thing is that there are many Chinese restaurants and they are very delicious

Location is good within 5mins walk from 3 metro stations (Auber, Opera & Madeleine), Executive Room is in good size & have adequate space to open two large size luggages at same time, reasonable soundproof with minimal construction noise on two days out of my 9-days stay, generally clean & tidy, overhead shower with stable heat water supply, air condition and ventilation are surprisingly good. The staff were excellent and very friendly! Even after I checked out, when they noticed I was having some communication problems with the taxi driver, they proactively came out to translate for me, helped me with my luggage, and opened the car door for me – very thoughtful! The location was close to the Opera House, and department stores and supermarkets were also relatively close, so it was convenient. There are no convenience stores in Paris, so even buying something as simple as a bottle of water requires a trip to the supermarket. The toilet bowl is quite large, so petite people might fall into it! Also, there's no cushion between the bowl and the seat, so water spills...

The room was really clean! Esp the bath tub it was sparkling clean :) The room was spacious too. It's really great, right next to the Champs-Élysées, very convenient for daily life and dining. The buffet breakfast was both reasonably priced and delicious. The receptionist was very friendly. If I have the chance to come to Paris again, I'd definitely choose this place again.

A lovely and peaceful hotel in a great location. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She took a lot of care in helping me get train tickets printed by going to the website and moving through some confusion. All with a smile.
You can't beat this location in the heart of Paris. The room had air conditioning (which was so delightful in a hot summer). You are surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops and bakeries, and everything in Paris is easily accessible by walking or metro. Wonderful hotel.
Beautiful hotel that is so convenient. Centrally located. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Beds and linens are comfortable. Make sure to sit in the lobby and visit with the mascot Lemon!
Although the hotel has a great location, unfortunately the service didn't live up to its 4 stars rating. Small hotel with unusual but quaint themed rooms. The location approx 50m from Gare Du Nord entrance is fantastic if arriving in Paris by train (including Eurostar). Location, Location, Location. Very close to Gare du Nord and a short distance from Gare de l'Est makes the Whistler a good option for rail travellers. Everything was great! The only thing I liked less was that the towels weren't changed for four days, and they stayed damp because we couldn't straighten them out. Otherwise, everything was great.

It's an amazing old hotel, with a very good and polite staff. The elevator is a renaissance one lol but works fine. Its located in the city and the metro is a 3mins walk, so very accessible to all the tourist areas one would like to visit. It's a nice hotel and the service is good for the price.
Very good..... Centrally located....
Good hotel for the basics. Lication is on edge of Moulin Rouge area...so a bit dicey if traveling with young children.
Nice hotel in 1930s style. Small and not very modern but clean rooms. Perfect location if you like to stay in the former (and partly actual) red light district of Montmartre near Sacré-Cœur. Lots of restaurants and bars around, good and close Metro connection. Price was OK for Easter weekend in Paris (75€ per room and night for 2 persons).
Really nice hotel with nice and pleasant stuff with 24h reception. The room was nicely clean every day. The breakfast was really good every day with a nice sir that was always there to serve. And really nice location with 5min far train station and supermarket
It's not the greatest. Friendly staff doesn't compensate the small and uncomfy bathrooms and the rooms which are furnished in a minimal way and with mostly bad view of courtyard seeing into other rooms. Plus side is close to metro and supermarket.

Great location very close to subway station, a lot of convenience stores, liquor stores and bakeries around. The building is old and the carpet inside the room looked really old and stained. The cleanliness is good in general tho and the staff very kind.
Not too bad hotel but nothing great at the same time . The location was good and the reception can be more polite .

This place is okay for the price. Can't expect much for a lower-end budget hotel within central Paris. The room is clean but bathroom is a bit small, and the shower drain does not drain fast.
