The staff at the hotel are super helpful and will go out of their way to help and are always friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent for access to transport links.
This is a charming hotel located in the heart of Paris, nestled in an alley just a 5-minute walk from two Metro stations. On a sunny day, you can also enjoy a leisurely 20-minute stroll to the Opera or a 30-minute walk to the Louvre.
The hotel has been renovated and features clean, modern rooms with comfortable mattresses. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist you. Guests can...
Lovely boutique hotel close to shops and the metro. Lots of restaurants close by.
Located on a quiet street.
Room and hotel were nicely renovated and was clean. The carpeting could possibly be replaced but otherwise just a great smaller hotel.
Excellent breakfast with friendly staff.
Will 💯 stay here again.
The location was perfect for our family vacation. Close to a metro station and easy walk to many restaurants. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They were extremely helpful storing our luggage upon arrival and departure. We were traveling with an infant and they kindly stored our ice packs in their freezer each evening. We would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers
It's near the subway station, with convenient transportation and is very safe. What I'm not very satisfied with is that it says it has a 24-hour front desk, but we went out two nights and when we came back, the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk, so we were locked out.
The bed was comfortable, the TV had a wide selection of channels, and the shower was hot. Water, coffee, and tea were provided daily, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very convenient, with subway and bus stops within 100 meters of the hotel.

Staff are rude and never have such bad service from a five-star hotel.
Great location, one stayed here twice now! The staff is extremely helpful! Special shout out to Elio and Rafael for their kindness and exceptional support! The breakfast buffet is one of the bests I’ve had for a hotel. 10/10 experience, will definitely stay here again!
This is not a 5 star hotel when compared to, for example, The Savoy, in London; but, it is a very good 4 star hotel. The breakfast is actually the best breakfast we have had at any hotel or resort, ever.
The reason I gave 4 stars overall is our experience. I did not like the having to wait in a sitting room to get the room. It is not the luxury experience they think it is. We also had an issue with...
After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location. We made a great choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a lively area with numerous restaurants one or two minutes away. Most of them also had happy hours on a daily...
This is an amazing place to stay. Great rooms, very walkable access to popular places like the Louvre and Notre Dame and also quick access to train stations.
The breakfast is top notch and the staff is incredible polite and helpful
I’ve stayed at Maison Albar Hotel Le Pont-Neuf twice now — first in January and then again in July — and I returned because I truly enjoyed my experience. The location is excellent, walking distance to so much of what makes Paris magical, and that alone makes it worth coming back.
As an Amex Platinum cardholder, I appreciated the added perks, especially the €100 credit toward the hotel or spa. I used...

Construction noise in the courtyard early in the morning. Was not disclosed prior to booking and affected my sleep.
Staff go out of their way to help and make the stay comfortable. Excellent restaurant recommendations.
Immaculate service and accommodations.. thank you for helping with this wonderful experience!
Forget everything you heard of about Paris being difficult, from the minute we arrived after being cheated by the Parisian taxi, everything went well. Friendly, English speaking staff, upgraded room, complimentary items in room, wonderful location and a restaurant that serves the very best and healthy food.
The star of this property is the staff. They were always there to assist with everything, from a lost cellphone to dealing with this older, directionally couple!

The hotel is near the M6 metro station but is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Overall, it's good, but considering the location and price, I think it's expensive.
We were invited to a birthday party on a boat at the quayside, and the location was perfect—a 7-minute walk away. The metro, right across the street from the hotel, was also fantastic for all our excursions.
The hotel was ideal value for money for the weekend, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful to start the day. Highly recommended!
I booked this room on Ctrip, and the room fee was charged by Ctrip. However, upon check-in, the staff asked for a credit card payment guarantee, repeatedly stating that it was merely a security deposit. After swiping the card, I asked the staff when the security deposit would be refunded. The staff replied that another platform had undercharged the room, so they would have to pay the difference. Everything was fine, but the service was really bad.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient.
The only thing I missed was a proper reading lamp by the bed - the bedside tube lights are not suitable for reading a book (I mean an actual book, not an electronic device).
It was a very nice trip and good stay in the hotel! Very friendly employees, very clean room and convenient location.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and spacious. A fridge in the room would be a nice addition.

It is similar to the domestic All Seasons Atour Hotel. The location is convenient, about 100 meters from the subway entrance, and there are a lot of daily necessities nearby. The hotel breakfast is quite rich. But the room is small and the facilities are a bit old. No negative experience with security.

Absolutely great staff, and rooms. When we go back to Paris we will go here again.
The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement, which feels like a pretty safe area. If you turn left when you leave, there's a Carrefour convenience store that has everything you need, which is super handy. Across the street at the intersection, there's a really good BBQ place. Their grilled bacon and roasted potatoes are seriously delicious! It's a shame...

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was clean, bright, and spacious and we were incredibly comfortable in the space. We loved that we could fill our water bottles at a station downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was wonderful. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay here again!
Marie was absolutely amazing! The room was quiet and I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I highly recommend this little boutique hotel. Very close to the train. Lots of options for dining. Breakfast is available on site. Just wonderful!
We wanted to be close to the Gare de Lyon and this worked. Many dining choices in the area. Loved Le Train Bleu in the station and the creperie on the way there. Fifth floor room with beams was nice, but tight. Last room cleaned by housekeeper daily around 5pm.
A small but cozy hotel in a perfect location – just steps away from a supermarket and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for travelers looking for convenience and warm service.

It is a pleasant property with helpful and courteous staff, and the breakfast is excellent.

The stuff we’re amazing specially the Eric the concierge. The location was perfect. It was super clean, also the ground in the restroom having a heating system.
Excellent location. Away from the crowd yet near enough to the buzz. Very comfortable sizable room. Service was great.
I feel there is nothing wrong with it, the location is good, the service is good. Oh, if I must give a suggestion, it is that the breakfast is a little monotonous
very meh I've known better hotels, already the person in reservations is the least pleasant person I've met in the hotel industry, speaks with disdain, takes himself for I don't know who with catastrophic metaphors haha surely someone there for a long time who can no longer be fired. A beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Le Marais district with plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques within minutes from the hotel. Reception assured us that we would happy with the room and they would contact us when it was...
This is an absolutely superb hotel. My wife and I have stayed at this beautiful hotel twice and it has been wonderful both times. The hotel is secluded, quiet, gorgeous, classy, and warm. The front desk and concierge service is beyond compare. Of course, the hotel is not inexpensive but so, so worth it. Can't wait to go back.
Stunning outdoor terrace off Place des Vosges. The ideal place to enjoy one of the fine wines on a sunny day. Far enough off the beaten track to be calm and peaceful. But close enough to the heart of the best district in Paris with the Marais on the doorstep. Stunning location, wonderful service and beautiful hotel/bar.
My mother and me stayed at Le Pavillon de la Reine for a week and had a wonderful stay. Our room was fantastic, the hotel location cannot be beat, the service is phenomenal, and the food (you must have dinner at Anne restaurant!) was amazing! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is in an amazing location however was not as clean as we would have liked. Also when we arrived we noticed the AC in our room was not functioning however that said they put a portable unit in to cover this. It was noisy and meant we had to keep a window open at night so they offered a 30% discount which was really nice of the hotel. Recommended all things considered.
This is a lovely hotel situated on the Place des Vosges. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind, caring, friendly and helpful.. They made our stay so special. The honor bar is a great feature. Make sure to have the breakfast included- highly worth it! The restaurants nearby and in the Marais are excellent! We hope to be back soon! ❤️

A truly 5 star hotel. Elegant property. Attentive staff, all always in fine attire.
Great jazz bar downstairs. Note that the drinks are all very expensive.

The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. Our stay at Le Grand Quartier was exceptional and easily one of the best parts of our Paris trip.
The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern design and Parisian charm. The rooms were thoughtfully designed—stylish, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Paris standards. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained, with attention to detail that really elevates the experience.
I liked the hotel for its convenient location and reasonable price. However, the neighborhood isn't for everyone, especially for evening strolls.

Staff was amazing, especially Alain! The rooms are very dated but a decent size in the bedroom area. Doors are difficult to open and the bathroom is as tiny as it can be. I stayed here for 10 nights. Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast buffet, welcoming and helpful staff. My single room had a double bed, desk, fridge/minibar, and small divan. It was quite spacious compared to many hotel rooms in Paris. Excellent lighting, in fact, the best I have ever had in a hotel. I stayed here in 1994 and would certainly stay here again.

The location is excellent, close to a lot of famous galleries and convenient traffic. Calling Uber is always within 5 min.
I really recommend this hotel. It has a great location near the Louvre and is very convenient for travel. It is also very cheap among the five-star hotels in Paris. The room is very large, with one bedroom and one living room. The room quality is in no way inferior to a five-star hotel that costs ten thousand per night. I am very satisfied and regret not booking a few more nights.
I want to give them 4 stars for location because our original hotel canceled our reservation and moved us here(you can take the reservation, you just can't keep the reservation). Admittedly, not their fault, but it did put us further away from where we needed to be.
The Louvre, however, is literally right there.
