What a perfect stay, everything about this trip was amazing. From staff, location, facilities, cleanliness & hospitality.  Thank you for making our trip to Paris so memorable.
Breakfast service is good but food is below five star standard and limited in choice. Evening room service menu is poor. Facilities are generally excellent. Bedroom / bathroom very high standard and similarly the pool and spa are first class.
The rooms are too small, the common areas are too small, and the price is too high. I don't recommend it.
Everything was perfect. The spa was small but very nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a great stay.
Nice hotel, this was our third time staying here.
The family room, with two rooms nestled in a gated area, offered considerable privacy. While the room wasn't as large as expected, the bathroom was large and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff provided helpful information, such as how reliable it was to call a taxi rather than using a Bolt, and their restaurant recommendations were excellent. The location, right by the...

The scenery is beautiful, but don't stay in room -1. Although the room is larger, it lacks privacy.
I was very satisfied with my stay; I was very happy and the atmosphere was great.
The hotel has a great location, excellent service, and beautiful decor. I think the rooms are quite large for Paris. The only downside is that it faces the street, so there can be some noise. However, it's close to a shopping street and the Louvre Museum.
The room was lovely, and the location was very convenient. The two French staff at the front desk were very charming. It's just that hotels in Paris are all so small!
Facilities: Fully equipped Service: Excellent, excellent, excellent Facilities: Includes an underground spa
The location is superb, within a 15-minute walk of surrounding attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants. The neighborhood is also relatively safe, making getting around Paris incredibly convenient during my stay. The hotel's interior design is elegant and comfortable, truly living up to its welcome card description—returning to the hotel always felt like coming home in Paris. The hotel breakfast...

Both the staff and the hotel were amazing. Everything is modern and very tastefully decorated. Cozy lounge area and cute courtyard. The hotel itself is located in a quite sideroad, but only a short walk from several key locations - it's, for example, a ~15 minute walk to both Galeries Lafayette or Montmatre. At the point of writing this review, they offer one of the best deals around town (at about...
Attractive hotel on nice quiet street. Enjoyed our 2 night stay, particularly as I used the sauna (included) and experienced the sensory room. Friendly helpful staff, nice lounge and little terrace (for summer). Great location with many nice bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby.
I spent 5 nights at Hotel Le Cardinal and left with a genuinely good impression. Yes, the rooms are compact — but that’s Paris for you — and honestly they never felt cramped. Everything you need is there: comfy beds, slippers, decent toiletries. Cleanliness was spot on throughout. One thing I really appreciated was the little coffee and water station on the ground floor, available to guests at no...
Although I do have a few comments, I want to start by saying that the hotel truly deserves the 5-star rating I gave it. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help. For me, that’s the most important thing in a hotel. The rooms are clean and new, and despite being very small, they are well designed and manage to fit everything you need. The breakfast is modest, but the hotel...
Great experience. We had the pleasure of spending 5 nights here just recently and really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff and check in experience was great. The decor of the hotel is all brand new and very cozy and stylish. The room itself was recently renovated to a high standard. Although the rooms are a little small, maybe like all hotels in Paris, it was spotlessly clean and the bathroom...
Just following up with what David Wittevert wrote about this hotel which is completely ridiculous and stupid wrong. Have been staying in this hotel for almost 2years now when ever in Paris. The manager and staffs are very friendly and kind you are welcome with a smile and you feel at home. This David of a person is a rude individual pay no attention to him .

Great location and v helpful staff. Lots of American organised tour people staying when we were, if that’s your thing!
This hotel, which opened during the Qing Dynasty, exudes historical charm. The atmosphere is wonderful in the evenings, the front desk staff are friendly, the rooms are cozy, and the views from the windows are beautiful. It's located in the heart of Paris.
The hotel was perfectly located in a lively area and the room size was large
The counter staff were very friendly, and the location was very close to the subway station, which was very convenient!
Very nice and friendly staffs. The room was cleaned regularly and the staffs were extremely professional and diligent.

Smart and comfortable hotel in a good location. Our room was at the top of the hotel and it was perfectly nice -Keith two windows ( we could see the Eiffel Tower) comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes from Madeleine Station. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I looked forward to it every morning.
Sink didn't work for the first day but they fixed it. Weird stains on the floor. Don't know where it is from. Good breakfast, good luggage storage.
The location is very good. It is one of the best boutique hotels in the center of Paris. The service is good. There are luggage carriers and slippers. The bed and quilt are also very comfortable. The corridor and elevator are very beautiful.

Behind the very fashionable exterior lies an exceptionally well run hotel. Perhaps not suited to those looking for a quiet stay as there is some noise from the club on weekends, but no one visits Le Marais for quietness. I was extremely comfortable and my 17year old daughter enchanted.

Very cozy, home-like hotel, the location is also very convenient, located in the middle of many scenic spots
Very beautiful and clean place
The hotel was very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior. First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne. Of course, it was clean. The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter...
It’s a very beautiful, nice and warm hospitality hotel with great location, walking distance to most iconic scenery and shopping areas. The rooftop room with great view of Eiffel Tower and Grand Palace.

Overall nice room but I did request a high floor and quiet I didn’t get either one . Our room was over the courtyard which has an outdoor dining restaurant so was noisy at times Also at night the nearby street had police sirens at all times during the night The cleaning staff was at times very noisy in the halls - Good A/C

Fantastic hotel. Staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Have been to Paris many times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in there. The price is reasonable, and the location is great.

I stayed at The One Alma for my birthday trip to Paris and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was fantastic! Shout out to Thomas for being an amazing host. The wait staff, location and food were incredible. This was my first time visiting Paris and when I return (which I will) I'll be certain to book this hotel again.
The staff is the best. Thomas made sure we were comfortable in our room and had everything needed. Bathrobes, slippers and the amenities are wonderful. Comforters are top rate and the internet is great. Pool is warm and sauna is clean.Enjoyed every minute.
The room was clean and comfortable; the bed and kitchenette were fantastic and the toiletries were of high quality, but the room (and hotel in general) would benefit from improved signage. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly, but this was let down significantly by their poor response to complaints - specifically when we reported that the pool was extremely cold and all but unusable,...
Beautifully designed hotel, with friendly staff and a vibrant (and not too touristy) neighbourhood. I've stayed in Le Ballu before and think it's now become where I most like to stay in Paris. Beautiful classical hotel in the heart of Paris.
This is a hotel with some history. I booked a quiet room facing the inner courtyard. The facilities aren't new but they were clean. The hotel was excellent, we stayed in two rooms and both were very quiet. It was sunny and the location was superb. It's a five-minute walk to the Louvre, ten minutes to the Orsay Museum, and three minutes to the supermarket, plus there are many restaurants nearby. The location is fantastic, and the views are even better. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making life very convenient. It's just a short walk to the Louvre. The hotel didn't give us a high enough floor, otherwise the view would have been even more spectacular. The room's hardware is a bit dated, but it's spacious and has multiple balconies. Even the bathroom has an Eiffel Tower...
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre and a 10-minute drive from Galeries Lafayette, and close to other attractions as well. We had a small unexpected event this time; because the hotel was fully booked, there were no standard rooms available, so they upgraded us to a large suite. This might also be thanks to Trip.com customer service, for which I'm very grateful!
A very gorgeous, quaint hotel with English-speaking and polite staff. The restaurant is very good, I even regret eating out too much. The tiny Eiffel Tower can only be seen from the tiny window in the room. If you choose this hotel just to see the Eiffel Tower, don't choose it. But overall, this is a great hotel.
