For the price you pay, this place provides excellent value. We had a very clean room, it was very quiet at night, the beds were comfortable, the sheets are good quality, and for the price I'm absolutely ok with automatic check-in and check-out, nothing wrong about it. Everything else was completely fine, and I can recommend it for a brief stop in a convenient location close to the highway to any budget...

Fenced and closed parking, clean and perfectly convenient for a overnight on a journey.

Reasonably priced hotel with standard facilities adequate for en route stopovers. Good sized bed. Clean room. Downsides are noise from busy road nearby and cold draught penetrating under entrance door which could do with being replaced with a draught proof double glazed pvc door and frame. Otherwise, good stay.

We came to Montpellier for a wedding celebration and we intentionally booked ibis centre comedie for its convenient walkable distance, and easy access as well as central location... our stay was nothing but smooth and comfortable and the front line team, were all super helpful, hats down to "Paula" from the front line team, who always went the extra mile to make sure our family gathering is happening...

Superb stay Very nice big room with a view over the city, very polite staff

Location is very good. It is in the city centre. The room is clean with a sofa bed. For people who want to make a cup of tea, there is no kettle anyway.

The rooms need a little updating, more specifically the bathrooms. The location of this hotel is perfect.

Didn’t live up to expectations. The pictures on line are misleading. Felt more like a private room at a hostel than a nice hotel. In need of some serious upgrades, and in need of deeper cleaning ( especially in the bathrooms). The staff is very nice and accommodating.

I stayed for a week in early June for a conference. The hotel is very conveniently located, near the Place de la Comedie, train station, tram stop, city centre, and Polygone shopping centre. The room was basic, but had exactly what I needed with nothing unnecessary. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, giving me plenty of time to get to my conference venue. The bar gave me a nice opportunity to wind...

Very conveniently located, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the main attractions. Exceeded expectations for a 2-star hotel. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of cleaning products. Ventilation helped.

Adequately comfortable for an overnight stay close to the station and handy for all the attractions of Toulouse. Breakfast was croissants and baguettes and yoghurts with fruit juice and coffee. Very friendly and helpful receptionists.

The hotel was clean and located perfectly for our needs. The main issue was the toilet location, you had to sit nearly side ways to fit on the toilet…it was not good or comfortable.

Mainly as expected, but we were surprised that there were no glasses in the bathroom. The restaurant area is OK for breakfast but not very good for an evening meal.

This is a special mention to the restaurant. Amrita and the kitchen crew blowed my mind adapting my dietary special needs in a moment. Out of the menu, they came up with a delicious roasted veggies dish. Big thanks to their flexibility and willing to accomodate!

Room was not very clean - some dust and hairs on the floor. In other aspects it was very good stay with breakfast over expectations. I can recommend it!

We had a great one night stay here. Our family of five fit comfortably in one of the family rooms which was clean with comfortable beds. We visited the Pic du Midi on the way and it was amazing. Highly recommend for a short stay. The owner was very friendly

Road Side Motel. No Frills Road Side Motel offering a bed. No frills in the bathroom. Quaint and served its purpose as a passing sleep.

Do not arrive without a car. It is not far from the airport but there is no shuttle. Taxis come from Tarbes and charge 20 euros to come to hotel before taking you anywhere

Highly recommended! Better than your American motel. Cute, clean, convenient. French breakfast, bar with beers, pool, parking, superchargers. This place has it all and the owners are amazingly welcoming and helpful.

Toulouse Why do ALL your hotels present the customers with such poor quality towels that hardly can dry up one’s body.

Comfy beds and the shower and bathroom was great staff on checking in was lovely and when I noticed there was no hair dryer I was given one from behind reception - otherwise was quite a small room - would go back again as was in a good location with metro bus transfer from the airport and also near the market

An excellent good value clean hotel in a very convenient location right opposite the train station. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. There was a lift to all floors. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it but I would certainly be happy to stay here again when I am next in Toulouse.

Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Was recently refurbished. The rooms are decent side and 2 times double glazed for a quiet night. I stayed a good while in this hotel, waiting to find a place. The staff and the manager are amazing, kind, caring and very professional. I recommend this place to all who need a hotel in Toulouse.

Nice hotel, good price, clean, had good aircon which was a god send considering it was over 30 degrees. Only thing I had an issue with is you have to leave your room key at reception everytime you go out which is a bit annoying but there was always someone on reception. Staff were friendly too. Better than the Ibis hotel down the road.

I loved my staying at this hotel . Very good location. Walking distance from all major attractions and activities in the city, it’s located just across the street from train station. Costumer service was great, everyone went out of them way to help and provided information about the town. My room was great for the price I paid. I’ll definitely stay there again if I’m around:-)

Although 2 star rated, clean, fair and staff pleasant. My definite recommendation. In 2 a.m. the receptionist was awak (unlikensome better rated hotels) and let us in.

Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Fantastic hotel. Excellent location lovely breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Very helpful staff and it seems to have someone on the front desk 24hrs. We had the best room that has a suite area and a big rooftop private terrace with sunbathing area, stylish integrated fridge with minibar. Had a great time. Cannot wait to go back. I had a perfectly pleasant stay at l'Hôtel Ours Blanc. My room was spacious, though I believe some rooms are smaller. The carpet (especially on the stairs) has seen better days, but everything was clean, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good value, and the staff very friendly. All very reasonable for a 2-star hotel.

I looked at the reviews before arriving and I have to admit I was very sceptical. However, I was very positively surprised by this place. Sure it’s an old place and sure there are stains on the carpet. However the rooms are very clean (even with the stains). The cleaning people clean the rooms everyday, they bring new towels and soup and the bathroom is always spotless. Everyone that works here is...

It was a very comfortable stay. It was close to the city center and convenient for sightseeing. It was also good that it was more affordable than other hotels.

Cheap (£40), Clean, Very close to the station where we were heading, friendly staff. Downside: no lift, needs a lot of updating, but hay!

It was within walking distance from the station and was very accessible. However, there is no elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases, I recommend you avoid it.

The area is so convenient, close to the city center and the metro...it takes about fifteen minutes to travel to the main sights of Toulouse, but we chose it fully aware of the facts. The hotel offers good value for money, especially the location. The room is spacious but the carpet is a bit old. Wi-Fi works fine. The room was very clean. But there is no elevator, so you can ask the staff to help you...

I couldn't sleep because of the noise of a road passing by and it was impossible to sleep.

The location is fantastic, close to Blagnac Airport. Although the receptionist was really helpful, their English was not particularly good. The only language they speak is French.In the motel, we are unable to cook. Yet, there are numerous restaurants close to the hotel. Room service is available every day, however the rooms are somewhat tiny.We don't have that choice.For better options, guys can locate...

Very warm welcome from the evening receptionist. Available, attentive. It was a pleasant weekend. But there is a lot of noise during the nights with the other occupants, not too much respect at night and at dawn. chatter for hours, shouting in the morning But this in no way takes away from the skills of receptionists.

So not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but very cheap. Excellent location for central Toulouse. The foyer is deceptively spacious and new. The room we were in was very tired. Tiny room. Insignificant pillow. Had to ask for towels. No shampoo. No room safe. Internal room overlooking a courtyard. No door for the toilet. And the modesty curtain was very thin. It was fine as we were out a lot but...

Just finished my stay in hotel Le Capitole in lovely city of Toulouse. Hotel is pretty nice, very kind receptionists, good breakfast and of course hotel rooms. I can only recomend!

It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff.

Fantastic stay. The room was as expected for a three star hotel, but the staff are incredibly generous and kind. After our train leaving was cancelled due to a strike, they allowed us to come back and store our bags and offered us the room to use, as it had not been cleaned yet. Very comforting to have people like this as our hosts.

This hotel is what it is. Low-cost, but very tired hotel. It’s close to the station and town. Eminently walkable to Carcassonne Medieval City. I had an afternoon in Carcassonne. After getting off the train, I wanted to leave my bags there and see the town. I then had a meal, go to sleep, and wake up early the next day to catch a train. It was perfect for my needs. Not a place for romantic weekend...

A lovely hotel, close to restaurants, the Canal, parks, and Carcassonne train station. It even has an elevator/lift, which is a real bonus.

It was very easy to get to the hotel from the station and the workers were very kind and helpful. The furniture in the room is old and dated but overall I can’t complain as it matches the reasonable cost per night. My room had a quite strong chemical smell but not sure what it could have been from…

The fact that the entire bathroom is like a walk-in shower (with the shower near the door) means you'll be tracking water into your room (and getting your socks wet).

Need much improvements Decent hotel but weak air conditioning, noisy and wifi not working in bedroom. Too many issues for a room priced over €80 per night.

We booked for three single beds but ended up with one double and one single bed. The rooms weren't very clean and were poorly equipped for the price. The parking lot was quite large with plenty of space. At €100 a night, I certainly wouldn't return, even though the staff were friendly.

Can't understand the bad ratings. Of course it's not a 5* hotel. The rooms are not big but clean, modern (TV, phone, clima, WLAN) and silent. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. Breakfast (about 8€) has a good selection and looks tasty (unfortunately almost no vegan options). For the great price much better than expected.

Everything was superb, nothing to complain about. Especially appreciated the 24/7 check-in flexibility; even though my flight landed after 10:30 PM, I had no issues checking in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them.

Amazing place to stay. The staff very helpful.  If you are staying longer and like a mix of restaurant and also own cooked food, it a good choice. We did our own breakfast.

Hotel is very close to centre of Tarbes and as the hotel has no parking area you have to wait until a space is available either on the side streets or train station close by. Room was clean with a very quiet Aircon. Room was a bit small especially as we had a small dog with us but I can't remember if I could have booked a larger room before we got there. Clean and comfortable A no frills hotel which was clean and comfortable. All i needed for my stay in Tarbes. The room looked newly decorated and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Our small dog was allowed into the breakfast area. The lady owner was friendly and helped me out with my poor French. Room was a bit small on reflection but maybe I should have booked a bigger room.
