We are here to see the castle, and we planned to stay one night then go to Toulouse. Overall The hotel is okay, what surprised me is the room is equipped with AC, I had some hotels are expensive than this one but no AC…. anyways, we used AC a bit in the afternoon and turned off at night, because it’s “cold”. Staff is cold too😂, the receptionist (a guy) is not greet to you, he is not looking at you...

Family trip, 2 adults and 2 children. They only offered a room for 4 adults. They asked us when we arrived at the hotel. We said they only offered that option, and they looked like I had no idea... they charged us the taxes and that was it. The cleaning was average, they didn't pay attention to details, there were handprints on mirrors and doors... you could hear some road noise. The pillows were awful...

We stayed here for one night on our journey down south. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were very thin. The room was clean, neat and tidy as was the en suite shower room. No drinking water in the rooms and the lights took a while to warm up and come on (at first I thought they didn't work). Plenty of parking and the staff were friendly. I will be leaving this review as average (not very extraordinary). Previously i have stayed in Ibis-Budget hotels, so i have idea how economic they are and accordingly what can we expect in return. Perfect stopover Perfect location just off the motorway for a stop over on our way to Spain. Clean comfy bed. Good shower. Shower gel provided. Very warm room which was lovely on a cold windy night. Allowed our 2 dogs.

Nice little hotel not far from the train station but also right on the bus route from the airport . It was clean and we had a very good breakfast. It was a great location for walking into the centre which is on the way to the river. Good value for money and had a kettle in the room which I always like. Small supermarket right nearby as well. It's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station in Toulouse. It's located in the Capitol, the busiest part of the city, but it's a relatively good value. It's clean (by French standards). I recommend it.

Very well-located hotel near the train station and the Capitol. Large, renovated room, comfortable, clean bed, air-conditioned room. The only downside is that the room is on the ground floor and overlooks the street, but the value for money is excellent. The decor lacks a local touch: frames with photos or paintings or artists from Toulouse would add a plus to this room.

It is a mobile historical building, but the layout is not very square. The transportation location is very convenient. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete.

The hotel is central and the rooms are clean, quiet and well presented. What made the stay especially enjoyable were the hotel staff, they were all super friendly and only too pleased to help whenever they could. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse.

What a fabulous experience it was to stay here! Enjoyed five quiet, comfortable, peaceful nights in the middle of Toulouse, with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are soundproofed and air conditioned, beds are cozy and comfortable. I will always book here when I return to Toulouse !

Everyone on the staff of Hotel Albert 1er in Toulouse City Centre was wonderful. Karen, especially was extra helpful and patient. What a pleasant stay! Albert1er is practically a stone's throw from the capitole, Toulouse's center, yet on a safe little side street which keeps the noise and traffic down. Lobby is inviting, staff is welcoming. The room is a bit of a squeeze, but the bed was clean and comfortable.

Catherine and Eric have a beautiful property and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Our 3 night stay with them was supberb … highly recommend eptgem when staying in the Carcassone area. Their platters and wines in the garden are fabulous!

Very special hotel on a tranquil, well maintained property convenient to Carcassonne without the chaos. Spent two peaceful nights in a very comfortable room. We visited Catherine and Eric’s place during summer 2024 with our boys. They are such thoughtful hosts and the area is brimming with things to explore. It’s perhaps less-frequented as a place, but if you’re looking for something varied and with history to spare, this place and the hotel in particular are well worth your time. A really well placed hotel, with some of the most friendly and helpful staff that I've ever encountered in a hotel! Breakfast was a real surprise, a good variety on offer. I thought that the bathroom was dimly lit, and the mould marks in places were unsightly - but it all worked and was absolutely adequate. I would definitely stay here again. A fabulous Italian restaurant is a short walk away too...

Quirky check in procedure. It was unclear where or when we check in. Were dropped off in front of our hotel but eventually were directed to check in next door. Had to move our luggage back and forth up and down stairs.

This original old house is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Beziers. The rooms are modern, airy and spotlessly clean. The courtyard / swimming pool area is a lovely place to relax in the evening with a drink and watch the little lizards climbing the walls. Be aware as this is an old house there is no lift.

I like IBIS hotels and this budget one didn’t disappoint. Out of the town so not many local amenities but only a 20 minute walk. Rooms were basic but clean. Really quiet and a nice little continental breakfast in the morning. I’d stay again x

Nice guy at the reception, friendly, polite and helpful. Will happily stay here again next time I'm next in the area. The place could have done with some renovation nevertheless the mattress and pillows were good, shower hot, everything clean. That's all you really need!

Basic Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool.

Picturesque Location ! Beautiful Domaine surrounded by vast lands where horses freely roam. The bamboo trees at the entrance reminded me of the bamboo forest in Kyoto in Japan. I liked everything but I wish the breakfast was included in the price.

This is a lovely ibis, with fully refurbished bedrooms with access to air conditioning. The staff were friendly. However, communication could have been better. On one of the days we stayed, the restaurant was closed, but there was no notice to show this; apart from this, it was a great place to stay, and we enjoyed the three days we visited.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good amenities in the room and common areas. The only bad thing is the parking spot that you have to walk all the way around to get to. Taking the metro is easy enough to go downtown and the station is nearby.

We stayed here in a pinch, booking and checking in at 2am. It was fantastic. The night manager was super helpful, and set us up beautifully, despite how tired we were. The bed was huge, the AC was ice cold and the room was spotless. The day manager the next day was very accommodating. We genuinely had such a great experience.
