They only provided bottled water on the first day, so it would have been nice if they provided it every day, but I think it was a good deal because I had never had that happen in a hotel in Nice

This hotel is conveniently located right on the road from the center of A**weng to the train station. It's very close to both the city center and the train station

My room was clean and comfortable, and I had more space than in other French hotel rooms (which are notoriously small). I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area

Perfect location - can reach anywhere very easily - in Avignon or on PT to nearby villes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

They serviced our rooms with attention to detail every day. There was the occasional forgetting to replace a coffee pod or cup. However, no matter what we needed (which wasn’t much) they were very happy to oblige

We dropped off our bags and were handed a map of Avignon and given lots of advice of where to go, eat and enjoy the area. How positive! Over the course of our stay the staff couldn’t have been more helpful

A magnificent stay in an idyllic setting! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez, everything was perfect! Perhaps a little attention was missing for my daughter's 20th birthday

We booked the room off season for 150 euro, let's say it was a good price. But in full season this room type is very expensive and it is simply not worth the money. A bathroom door would be very much appreciated

The bed was comfortable, the whole room has a shabby chic vibe, but it is very small. My problem was with the bathroom. We had no bathroom door, just a curtain. It lacks privacy and it can be quite unpleasant

Bike rental would be a great addition 👌 or a shuttle service as it's not close to bus stops and the small hill climb is not for the faint hearted. Amazing spot if you have a car to get around

The breakfast was not very diverse, but it was very tasty and good quality. There is a building under construction just next to the hotel and it can be a little noisy in the morning

Perfect!!! Absolutely everything – from its central location in Nice to the optimal comfort, coziness, and amenities, decent breakfasts, and of course, the excellent work and friendliness of the staff! All the positive things mentioned in other reviews about this hotel truly reflect reality

Really happy with our stay in this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were well-sized, comfortable, and clean - no issues at all with the room or towels being dirty, unlike what some of the other reviews said

Trams all close by so easy to get to from the airport. (1) The only downside of being so near the centre is that there is quite a bit of street noise. They do supply earplugs and I would recommend using them

A fantastic hotel, close to the old town and all the attractions. Comfortable rooms with beautiful decor. Breakfasts are tasty, with something for everyone. And the staff are always helpful and smiling

We also got a mini bottle of rose wine which was a really nice touch. Location fab, right next to the main shopping area, 10 mins from Vieux Nice/Promenade des Anglais/the beach

The staff at reception were friendly and very patient with my terrible French and still spoke back to me in French :) The refillable water/tea/coffee station was great

If you class your hotel as 4* it should really have some kind of food available all day. That’s the only thing that let it down for us as there are no shops nearby. We had to drive out to get some food

Had a short stay here at the Novotel. Good easy place to find and convenient if you have a car - lots of parking available. Good value and clean rooms, helpful staff.

The environment is very beautiful and quiet. The small garden is very beautiful and there is free parking! It is very suitable for friends who travel by car to stay here! The breakfast is quite rich!

Parking is very convenient, which is very friendly for self-driving tours, but not for public transportation. The outdoor swimming pool allows children to come back and continue playing in the water at night.

We sat in the garden to feed our baby, as the day before we had eaten in the restaurant and were told we couldn’t be served in that same area — so we assumed it was a common space rather than part of the restaurant

Only thing missing is a gym well equipped

There are several roadblocks; you need to use Google Maps to confirm your location and call the front desk. Once your car is parked in front of the roadblock, the front desk will lower it, which is quite convenient

Great location but towels look very dirty and yellowish.

The rooms were incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. A kettle was available on request. Bathroom had a body/ hair wash and, hair dryer. This hotel is right near town and has a lovely cafe across the road

A wonderful boutique hotel located five minutes from downtown Central pay. Easily accessible with the hotel shuttle, which was always available. Our room was very comfortable

Service from the concierge to the restaurant staff housekeeping were also excellent. We enjoyed chatting with the general manager provided lots of useful information and who made us feel very welcome

The rooms are spectacular with the most comfortable beds, the hotel is quiet but still very close to town with a super helpful team happy to shuttle you in and back, the pool is beautiful and very relaxing to spend the day as an alternative to the many nearby beach clubs

What makes it special is the team - reception, manager, concierge, waiting staff: all are super friendly, professional, and go the extra distance to make your stay special

We wanted to explore Provence and this hotel is ideally situated, just 10 mins outside of Aix. We were there for 2 weeks, the hotel seems to be used for business meetings etc so most days the pool area was very quiet

Had bad experiences with Best Western types, but this one was nice and even surprised me quite a bit. Not far from Aix, has a small pool, good rooms, although the road side tends to get loud at day

A spacious family room, well-equipped and very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and approachable. The common areas were pleasant in terms of space, decor, and cleanliness

The food, both breakfast buffet and a la carte are delicious. The rooms are great: they have cool and silent airco, are spacious, includes shower, refrigerator, desk, safe, etc

Special mention to the beautiful Gaelle who gave us lots of help when we wanted information on local villages to visit. No question, 5 out of 5, we'd definitely stay again

Nice older building, very close to Aix center but also very quiet. Comfortable bed, espresso machine in room. Loved the toiletries and bought some in Aix to bring home. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, recently refurbished. Rooms are a good size with room to put 2 small suitcases and still walk round considering the hotel is very central this is quite good

Only thing we could suggest is to keep an eye on the level of shower gel (which is great as you do get some, as well as body cream, shampoo and conditioner), also change the mugs when they have been used and why not resupply the biscuit every morning as if a new customer had taken the room (these little things make a difference)

BTW Canadian Maple syrup for pancakes! Now that is Attention to ! Location is excellent. 5he recept8on is so attentive, ditoin dining room. We asked for an ex5ra chair and in a few minutes it was brought

We have been staying here for over a decade. The recent r enovation has been excellent. Most of all the breakfast buffet is fantastic and delicious

And of course, the terrace and swimming pool on the top of the building is a very good point to improve your experience there

Located near the highway, it's convenient for visiting Perfume, Monaco, Menton, and Cannes! I don't know if it's because of the apartment, but the floor felt a little sticky and the furniture wasn't well-maintained

However, the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room is a bit small, the pool is nice, and the room didn't have any odors! This hotel is a good choice for those looking for value and a low price

Still want to walk in long corridors and take an elevator, with a good explanation upon your arrival, it will not be complicated to find your apartment

Very friendly staff, helping us to find a nearby restaurant, and advised on parking nearby Avignon (P+R at parking des Italiens) Our children appreciated to swimming pool for a last dive before heading home.

The hotel has a swimming pool and a restaurant. We live on the first floor, open the door and have a lawn. The room is comfortable and clean.

Clean and nice hotel , 15min distance from the center , David greeted us on reception , he is best in his work , communicative , polite and proffessional. He gave us also local reccomendations for restaurants

The room was just perfect , there was also small amenity desk with milk/tea/coffee/sugar and kettle to prepare. Coffee machine was on ground floor , they serve also breakfast

When we were checking out the lady who was on reception was french, she didnt speak neither 1word in English , so zero communication just left key

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and a minute's walk from the tram stop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Just next to Line #1 tram Stop Liberation. Matisee musee is close and can be reached on foot. The frontdesk staff is polite and helpful especially the girl on day shift. No fridge in the room but can use the hotel fridge

The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms exceptionally clean. I have hardly come across a hotel with such clean spaces without a spec of dust!

Everything about this place was perfect. It’s what you would imagine for a hotel in Saint Tropez

The hotel, the restaurant, the pool, and especially the atmosphere and view were all amazing! I would recommend spending the extra money for a room with a balcony and sea view if you don’t mind low ceilings

Clean and big rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities but the Rituals product were a bonus in the bathroom!

Room was not cleaned one day. admittedly we did not leave it until noon, and the woman downstairs very kindly gave us extra towels, so not a big deal

It was absolutely comfortable staying. All staffs are kind. The quite room gave me a good sleep. The attic room was very cute. I was able to reach to old port just 10 seconds from the hotel, that was very convenient.

The room was fine, quite dark but OK. It was very old and could do with a deep clean and spruce up. The towels appeared to be clean but were very old and frayed on all edges. It was fine for a night but not longer

Its a decent price for the location you are near promenade des anglais, place Garibaldi and vielle ville. And I do wish the bathtub was newer but all in all for the price and location plus excellent services

Walls were not that sound proof but it’s fine with us coz we are not light sleepers. But it’s very nice that they offered us early check in and free luggage storage service!

Louise is a very helpful woman if you have any issues or questions about where to buy things or the good restaurants to eat in, ask Louise. She is the sunshine of the place

Clean, good shower , very friendly check in. We’re advised of the closest tourist stops to visit. My only complaint would be that the AC wasn’t very powerful as it was hot in Nice at the time

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location of the hotel is great and it's just minutes away from many points of interest. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful

Perhaps the only problem is that it doesn’t provide kettles and so you need to obtain hot water at the hotel lobby, if you like to make a cup of tea for yourself. The facility is a bit old and the door lock is broken

Compared to Nice, I prefer Antibes! A quiet and lively town! The hotel room is quite big, and the Mediterranean Sea is right outside. Walk to the right for 5 minutes, and there will be a beach where you can go to the sea

Seriously the only room for improvement is one of the kitchen-pots is not the same size as the stove plate. That is the only thing I could improve

Ok, I read all the reviews and was a bit unsure about the place before arriving so to help others; don’t worry about them; this place is fantastic in so many ways!!
