We were checking out early morning at 5 am and we are requesting if we can have some breakfast to take away, the lady and staff at reception desk was willing to help us with the bag full of food to take away

Breakfast was amazing as well. Good selection of food, not just croissants. I ordered gin tonic and it was 9 euros. The barman put so much alcohol which was amazing when you compare it to Turkey

However, the reception was the slowest reception I have ever seen. The hotel was crowded I get that. But they have 1 or 2 people working and you have to wait in line for almost 20 minutes

It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring

The staff found it and had it shipped to our home. Our hotel room was enormous with a gorgeous view of the coast. Any request we had for more waters, wine glasses, blankets, etc. was answered promptly and with a smile

One of the children in our group was tearful and a female staff member got all of the kids popsicles unprompted to pacify the situation. My daughter forgot her baby blanket that she has held dear for 5 years

This is probably the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I've stayed at their resorts in multiple Hawaiian islands as well as Barcelona, but this was the best. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We enjoyed drinks overlooking the sunset on the Mediterranean at night. Great for romantic getaways to families. You can rent e scooters and bikes in the hotel lobby which was an added surprise

The hotel is a bit far from the city, but it is very suitable for self-driving because it is very close to the interchange. All facilities are good and the breakfast is rich.

The location is decent, near the main road. It's about a 15-minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was quite good, and luggage storage was convenient

Outside it was very noisy from the tram and all the people and cars. The temperatur outside was 26˚ C plus the sun and inside the room it was 28˚C

My stay at the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel, nestled in Nice’s Carré d’Or, was pure bliss. Just steps from the Promenade des Anglais, the location is unbeatable

And the resort is well equipped, has a small supermarket, pool etc as well very friendly staff. And it’s super close to Saint-Tropez so it’s convenient to drive there for a dinner

After reading mixed reviews before trip I was little worried what to expect but our experience was absolutely amazing! We did stay at Kasai Plage and our home was spacious,modern furnished and had everything and more to make our stay Very enjoyable

It was also very clean, our beds very made on early arrival and were very comfy. Also we had a nice beach loungers to use at the beach. Location of village is lovely, we had a couple steps to beach

The beach was a 30 second walk from our Kasai and it is literally paradise. Clear blue water with beautiful scenery of the mountains. As expected, the restaurants are expensive averaging at 40€ a meal

There is also a supermarket well equipped with fresh bakery staff which we did enjoy every morning. Prices are reasonable and slightly high but typical for the area

We did enjoy and definitely we would recommend the place and could come back!

Pros: Great location, it's near to the Gare Theirs tram stop and Nice-Ville train station. Decent rooms with a fairly big bathroom. Free bottled water available in the cafe downstairs for guests

The hotel is very close to the train station, making it super convenient to take the train to Nice. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness and overall environment.

We slept with the window open and nothing disturbed us from the street, even though you are just a short walk from the promenade and the city center. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby

The bus stop for the airport is about a minute’s walk from the hotel, and you can reach the airport in around 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful

Great hotel, friendly staff to english speakers like myself. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Views are good and the location is right next to the Aix bus station and a lot of great restaurants and shopping.

The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.

If you're looking for the location and the rooftop sea view, I'd recommend it. But if you're looking for value for money, I strongly advise against it. Also, absolutely do not take the taxi the hotel calls for you

The hotel is well positioned in Marseille with amazing views over the city, especially from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed

The breakfast food was fresh on the first day, but on the second day, the potatoes were leftovers from the previous day; they tasted off and were very hard. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel

Very convenient. Room is not big but sufficient. U can enjoy hot drinks or water in the lobby. City view is not pleasant though but u can keep curtain shut.

We're regulars at this hotel, but unfortunately, we got a rather outdated room this time. So, a bit disappointed, but the prices are still more than reasonable.

Skirting boards and lamp needed a good dusting as well as the wall above the tv.  Bathroom was clean and towels changed daily which was excellent

It's near train station and tram. So travel is easy! I went to beach and Monaco in a day from locations it is possible to do. Very recommended

Amazing stay! The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. We only stayed one night and this location right on Cours Mirabeau was a great way to go! We also did a 45 minute massage in the spa which was amazing!!

After 45 minutes of attempts to reach the hotel I gave up. Put my car in a garage and walked to the hotel. Later the staff told me I should have called them so they could lower the barriers

Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the Provence Markets and Aix has a huge one. Great location, friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast so i can't comment. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good

Room was clean but feel the cushion and foot blanket on the bed need replacing they are very worn. Our view was just overlooking other building so not a great aspect but it was quiet

The in-room amenities were excellent – the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, and they even had thoughtful touches like an electric clothes drying rack
