The gym's swimming pool offers a comfortable view of the sea on a sunny day. Service: The front desk service was excellent and professional. We didn't really experience much else
Staff are very polite and friendly. It had a lovely coffee bar on the ground floor and bar on the roof top. Lovely pool and sunbathing area but this is extra cost
This hotel is in prime position if you are joining a cruise ship from Cannes. It is just a walk across the road to the cruise terminal. Excellent location to get a boat to St Tropez and Margarita Island
Location: The hotel's location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main shopping street and the steps of Cannes. For the price, this hotel offers great value for money in Cannes
Facilities: Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to France, this one felt the most like a modern five-star hotel back home in terms of its age and modernity
The facilities are quite modern, the decor is relatively new, and the style is aesthetically pleasing and well-thought-out. The only downside is that the rooms are small

A fantastic place to stay in Nice. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the pool has a fun vibe with great music, and the rooms are very spacious
They have nice little finishing touches like macaroons as a welcome treat. The location is great and makes it very easy to walk around Nice. Highly recommend for your stay here!
The gym isn’t huge but everything you need, the spa was actually pretty nice. The rooftop pool was ok but it’s a great spot for a beverage and cool view
Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing
This hotel is fabulous, the service is 10/10. Everyone is very friendly.
I would definitely stay here again.
We had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much!

Oh, and the all-you-can-eat breakfasts were sensational, with a HUGE choice of delicious delicacies: croissants, pains au chocolat, hot drinks, cold juices,
eggs, potatoes, cheeses, and much more!
AC Hotel Nice is a bit pricey for the experience. The front desk agents are kind. It was unusually tacky to have paper coffee cups after my other experiences in Nice
Although we spoke in French, I noticed that she (and other staff members) had an excellent knowledge of the English language. We highly recommend this hotel!
Especially cordial was Maeva, who pleasantly, thoroughly and patiently answered each and every one of our questions on several
occasions
In addition, there are many quaint shops and pâtisseries near the hotel. The personnel working at the hotel could not be nicer
The rooftop restaurant and pool are beautifully designed and you can't help but to be wowed by the view of the sea

The only negative is the lack of charging points near the bed and the hotel looks a bit old. But the service kind of makes up for it. The rooms are spacious and we'll maintained
Super easy to get to, though lack of air conditioning in the lobby made the arrival a little sticky.
A great choice with super helpful staff.
If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers
If you want to live near the airport, there are many choices. Room:
For the room type, please note that some are not square, of course, it is also because of the appearance of this hotel
Hotel location:
The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different
If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy

The reason for the average location score is because it takes about 25-30 minutes walk to get to the main train station or old town where most restaurants are
It was great. Everything was perfect.
Great breakfast.
The staff were all lovely and there were nice little touches like a kids play area, lollies at reception, sunscreen to borrow for the day
Beach towels, sunscreen, water, and even free coffee were provided. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. It was our second stay here, and once again we had a wonderful experience
The bathroom in our rooms didn’t have shelves to place personal toiletries and there was only one small towel rack making it hard for the towels to dry between use
You truly made us feel at home, all three of us!
Also, thank you for the delicious breakfasts and the refined atmosphere that fills every corner of the hotel — your sense of style and passion is evident in everything you do

It's right by the train station, just a 5-minute walk. This makes getting around incredibly convenient.
However, if you're planning to explore Marseille itself, staying closer to the main attractions would be better. This area is a bit far from the beach, and Marseille isn't known for being particularly safe at night
The hotel room isn't very big, and it lacks amenities like a fridge, kettle, coffee/tea bags, or cups. However, there is a bar in the lobby. Otherwise, the cleanliness and service were acceptable
I almost didn't stay here after reading so many reviews, but once I checked in, I found it to be pretty good. First off, the location is a huge plus
It's only a 2-minute walk from the train station, which was incredibly convenient as I needed to take frequent trains to Aix these past few days
The hotel is conveniently located right on the station platform, directly accessible from the exit. This made getting around incredibly easy

The service was great. The bathroom drain was a bit slow, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately sent a professional to fix it.
Hotel location is great. Most favorite part is breakfast and amenities. Bathrooms amenities are Loccitane.
The pool area was lovely but getting in and out was made difficult with only handrail steps. Breakfasts were plentiful but coffee not up to standard. The restaurant for dinner was exceptional
Very good location with excellent facilities.
Best hotel in Aix!
Breakfast is beautifu.
Iron table in room, cosmetics fragonard
We asked them to boil four eggs, but they brought us two. When we cracked them open, we found they were two raw eggs that hadn't been boiled at all. The rest of our sightseeing trip was ruined by that breakfast

Clean and tidy, the house is very new and the space is large! Close to the airport, the surrounding environment is beautiful, it is a good place to stop for a stopover, and the cost performance is high
The rooms are very small and the hotel is a bit dated, but the lobby is nice, good breakfast buffet, and the staff are all very friendly! The receptionist was fluently bilingual which was helpful
The location is very good, you can walk to the airport. The facilities are clean and tidy, and it is not far from the train station.
The hotel is in a great location. Although the room is small, the hygiene is good. It is within walking distance to the airport.
I absolutely loved everything, especially the price, the affordable and delicious breakfasts and the room itself.
This hotel was cheaper than many of the other local options, and I think it was well worth it

Absolutely love this hotel, Novotel never disappoints. Breakfast is amazing lots of choices and if you pick your hotel based on breakfast as I do, please proceed with booking this one as you won’t be disappointed
For my gym lovers, they have Technogym state of the art equipment, absolutely amazing. A few improvements for the gym for me are: add a few mirrors, elastic bands and mats
Location is fantastic, literally less than 10 min on foot outside of the terminal 1, you just get the tunnel down the main road and you get there
The hotel staff, the reception staff welcomed us with a smile and made sure that we are comfortable. They kept our baggage safe as our checkin time was 2pm and we arrived at 8am
I had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to an incredible employee named Ziab. After missing my flight, I found myself stranded at 2am with no available rooms
Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to Nice airport terminal 1, and within minutes walk to the tram line 2, which goes to the major attractions of the city. Breakfast is very good, room is ample size
All in all, it was a lovely experience. I would only suggest providing slippers and a dental kit in the bathroom
The hotel has a great location and convenient parking, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Great location, easy walk from the train station and into town. Lovely common area with some games and a nice pool with lounge chairs
Stayed here with the kids! The room was huge! Two king beds, a great hotel! Clean and tidy, and it has a swimming pool!
Great location, just outside the Old Town and right next to it! Excellent service, and the guy at the front desk was super handsome and had a cool, confident vibe! The breakfast restaurant also had a very handsome staff member! Everyone was just so good-looking! The only downside was the parking, which was €13 per day
We came by car so was a perfect location where we could leave our car but still being meters away from old town.
Staff was very friendly, room was clean and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely go back there.

We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out
The day of our stay was an anniversary for us, and they even went to the trouble of decorating our room with a handwritten message. In the lounge on the top floor, all the staff greeted us with a smile
Although Cannes is a small city, you don't really need to be that close to the train station, as the main shopping streets and beach is walkable from the station in 20 mins
Can’t be happier from a hotel service
All what u really need to feel welcome
Great clean place
Premium location
The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats
Given the location and facilities, this hotel offers excellent value for money (* 'ᵕ' )☆
On the downside, the room wasn't perfectly clean, and the pool was small for the hotel's capacity. However, I must emphasize the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, which made up for the minor issues
10 minutes walking distance from Metro and Bus. With Metro 4 stops away from St. Charles Train station where you can ride train to Paris or Spain. Also one easy transfer away from city center, tourist attraction
The receptionist, who is from Indonesia, was extremely helpful and promptly resolved my booking issue. She also introduced us to a great restaurant and assisted with our late checkout request.
I received a very warm welcome and was even upgraded, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect for my weekend plans (old port, beach, and coves). The bedding was very comfortable
The room was spacious and functional. The hotel was very well insulated. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet, with several programs available
Great choice for OM soccer match.
Extremely close to Stade Velodrome and the service & the room are clean and neat.
The hotel is right by the train station. The room itself was fantastic, with a small living area and a balcony (though I don't think every room has one)
the room is big enough has its own living area, top location near the train station, very beautiful garden view, super friendly and helpful stuff.
The hotel room is very spacious, with a courtyard and a pool, offering a very elegant environment. They provide towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and tissues, all from the French brand L'Occitane
Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a separate living area and a balcony. There's also an underground parking garage, though guests don't receive any parking discounts
The room was spacious, but the location was a bit out of the way. The in-room amenities were average, and the staff's attitude was so-so
This hotel is located right on the edge of the old town, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. It has a large parking lot, but when driving in, you need to turn right about 50 meters before reaching the hotel

I had sadly read some negative reviews of the hotel, posted only a few weeks before my arrival date, and therefore was a bit unsure of what to expect. However, the negative reviews couldn't have been more wrong
Would stay again. Perfect location for Nice.
Lovely helpful staff
Great breakfast with plenty of choice
Excellent location
First room very very small, wardrobe was tiny I ended up using back of bathroom door, the shutters and my bedside table!!
Bearing in mind we were staying a week I feel we should have been allocated a larger room, others who were just two nights had far larger rooms!
It would put me off staying again unless the room was...
Close to beach and there are restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk in any direction. Our room was compact but cosy and had everything we needed and very clean. We were room only so can't comment on food
We did move due to noise issues. this is not the fault of the hotel though, due to central location there are early deliveries and refuse collection… after 5 nights we asked to be moved
Sure, my room was a little outdated, but overall the property was clean, safe, convenient and the staff were wonderful. Everyone I came in contact with was more than happy to help and served us with a smile

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Lovely peaceful hotel, perfectly situated, enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities, nice spacious and comfortable rooms. Not a single complaint and very happy to recommend
The room was very clean, the bathroom looked like a spa and the customer service was very accommodating. The pool was relaxing with a bar. The evening bartender knew our drink of choice on day 2
The breakfast was delicious and excellent, with a variety of breads, cheese, salad, and various fruits. I've recommended this hotel to friends, and I'd love to stay there again. It's a clean and wonderful hotel
The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is modern and clean, with a variety of decorations. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. It was a truly relaxing and wonderful hotel
If you're driving, be sure to pay attention; there are signs and directional markers on the wall near the driver's side. I was using GPS, and ended up circling the hotel twice

Very beautiful hotel tucked In a quiet place, walking distance to the Avignon TGV train station.
Located a little outside of the city, A wonderful time spent with a golden friends. Wonderful spa, hammam, the sensory shower, the sauna as well as the swimming pool and we enjoyed a divine Californian massage
It seemed to be renovated, compared to some other Mercure hotels which always seemed a bit older. Rooms were quite compact, it was OK for one night
They have a nice restaurant though with terasse with nice lunch deals and a swimming pool for those who are here for holidays. Not best location though if you want to visit the city center but with a car it's fine
All the facilities were brand new and very contemporary. The bed was very comfortable and plush and I had a great nights sleep. Lovely shower gel, sumptuous new fluffy white towels, tea, coffee and hairdryer

The bed was quite confortable and the breakfast excellent and varied. As for the sauna/hamam they were nice and big but I would have preferred them hotter. The indoor pool very nice as well
We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself
I’m so glad I booked with Eden Hotel. The location is just perfect and the hotel itself had all you need. The staff is amazing, very well spoken and everything is clean. I will be coming back. Thank you so much
After getting to "our room" we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion )
I was visiting the palais for a show so it was a bit of a long walk, but overall I would consider staying again depending on the price

After returning from the beach in the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the lively open-air restaurants lining the nearby streets. The hotel staff are very welcoming. It's definitely a place worth returning to…
Breakfast is excellent in the restaurant or in the garden. A private pedestrian walkway across the street leads to the attached beach club, with loungers and towels free for hotel guests
Architecturally reminiscent of a prefabricated building, the rooms are luxuriously appointed. Those on the sea side have balconies, while those on the city side have larger rooms with chaise longues
Stayed here during the Cannes Fireworks Festival and watched a great visual feast. Very good hotel, large and comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Delicious room service. Great location. Will stay again.

Pretty hotel in a great location.
A major drawback regarding the cleanliness of the room: there was a lot of dust and crumbs on the floor.
The pool is nice and clean but a bit deep.
The staff is very friendly.
Stayed in this hotel for a week just before Christmas with family and it was a great stay! Really good location - super easy to wander down to the beaches or head the other way into the port and town
The hotel itself is nice and chilled out, very pretty. Our rooms were really clean and well stocked
