This is the second time I’ve stayed at this beautiful hotel. It has three swimming pools with different temperatures, a spa, and lovely green areas. From the moment you arrive, it feels like home

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty

The hotel is in a great location, close to the center and many public transport stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean.

Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood. There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes

Good location, only things i dont like is that we book to rooms with double beds and when we arrived they give us two rooms with singles beds.

Upside: The bed was very confortable and the shits were soft. The kitchen amenities made my stay even more convenient

The room is spacious, the bathroom, washroom and room are separated from each other, and it is very quiet when the bedroom door is closed. The toilet paper is unbleached pure wood pulp natural paper, I like it very much!

After a perfect refurbishment the hotel became a Mercure instead of Novotel. New, well kept rooms and beautiful common areas are topped up with a lovely breakfast room with great, well measured breakfast

You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter

It's quite remote and suitable for self-driving tours. The elevator closes very slowly and you have to go to the front desk to get coffee capsules every day.

Nicely situated hotel located in the hills a little above Sainte-Maxime, and as the hotel is horse shoe shaped around the pool, most rooms have view to pool or sea (or both)

The building style seems very Spanish, and in many ways, it is a typical holiday hotel, which is also frequented by many French people on holiday

I don't think I found any photos of the hotel interior, but the room was very clean and tidy. In the lobby, near the elevator, you can get free hot water anytime, and there's also a microwave

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. Although it is not the city center, the No. 8 bus terminal is right at the door and it is very convenient to reach the central square in 20 minutes

We have enjoyed the food with a nice buffet (different country's menu every day). The swimming pool is perfect for the kids. There's a playground not so far from the restaurant and we could keep an eye on our kids

The Marseille's Village Club du Soleil is a nice place for families. It's well located (not so far from Palais Longchamps and Friche Belle de Mai)

Pool closed earlier than advertised online so that was a disappointment!

Gated community. Difficult to get into without car. There is no walking gate. Pool didnt open till 10 PM not sure if that was just for an event but the hours seems weird for a more elderly occupied place.

It is very close to the train station and attractions, the hygiene and service are good, especially the swimming pool and steam sauna are great. Four recommended, good hotel with good cost performance.

The air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be turned down very low, so we had to switch it off at night to sleep. Also, the elevator could be slow sometimes, but I guess that's unavoidable in a busy hotel

Great central location with comfortable underground parking. However the hotel is more of a 3 stars level in great need of refurbishment throughout. Rooms are small and sadly decorated with very basic amenities

Overall everything was great for our holidays in Provence and we decided to choose Mercure Hotel as our base for 4 nights

And no extra benefits at the beach club like cheaper sunbeds or discount on food

The staff were generally helpful, however there was a few incidences were we felt staff were quite rude, we were told we could not eat/drink our own food by the pool/outdoor seating area and the lady was really quite rude

The front office team were friendly and provided a smooth check-in. The housekeeping went above extra mile to offer me a steamer apart from the steam iron.

The room was long, probably a monks dormitory. Simply furnished, which seems appropriate! Good hanging space that divides the room. The bathroom and loo are separate, the toiletries, l'occoccitane say it all really
