Great air conditioning, pleasant breakfast to start the day, accomodations were comfortable and logical.
The hotel overall was okay for the price. Parking was offered at 10 € per day which good. The room ac unit was extremely noisy, making hard to sleep and no solution was offered. However, Soso at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue back home that needed immediate attention and she offered us her personal phone to make the international call. She truly saved the day!!
You pays your money, you takes your choice... Stayed for three nights as a cheapish option in Marseille. The good: Helpful, friendly staff. Let us leave bags on arrival and departure days. A big enough room, with a fairly comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Personally, we liked the location. It's not the prettiest neighbourhood in Marseilles but it is handy for the tram, bus and metro or for simply walking...
The room had been updated but the access was weird and you had to kneel in the shower and the a/c was extremely noisy. Otherwise great. Good breakfast. Parking was off site.
The property itself is nice and clean. The location is a bit out of the city and the area around it is dirty. Hotel itself is nice but the area isn’t great.
The pool was our favorite part. Loved the long veranda to enjoy our coffee. Room was clean and nice size with comfortable beds & pillows. Air conditioning was amazing. Service was good except we did not get our room refreshed any day of our 5 night stay. Would stay again.

We were so lucky to find out about this absolute gem of a hotel. As many other people have said it is a perfect oasis in what is a busy city. We stayed for 4 nights using it as a base to explore the Calanques to the east of Marseille and it was wonderful to be able to return to the peace and tranquility each evening. The breakfast is fabulous and we also took advantage of the evening menu that...
I had the pleasure of staying here with my daughter for a few weeks. Glorious little hideaway, close to the Calanques and beaches of Marseille. Attentive staff, beautiful grounds, a lovely, quiet pool and a great breakfast in the mornings. The room was perfectly appointed, comfortable beds, powerful A/C to keep us cool during the heatwave, and a great walk-in shower. The room could’ve used a few more...
Save and idyllic family hotel in the South of Marseille. Amazing and courteous staff and owners. A green park-like tranquil hotel area with swimmingpool. Beautifully designed signature rooms with personal elements. They have the label la clef verte. Gorgeous partly homemade breakfast with homemade glutenfree and dairyfree cakes! Dinner options available. We loved our stay and would recommend it to...
Hidden Paradise Beautiful place. Great food available for breakfast and dinner. Extra touches that make it special.

Stayed here for a solo trip. Hotel is recently renovated and rooms are excellent - comfortable bed, good shower, quiet. Had a nice balcony to the rear of the property too. Staff were lovely - really helpful.
Everyone was so nice and pleasant to us. They were helpful printing my cruise documents for me. The food was delicious in the restaurant and the people were friendly and helpful.
The hotel was beatifully renovated. The staff were amazing and a special thanks to Katerina for recommending and being so informative with different tourist locations and small local towns that were astonishing. Your knowledge, help and care were very much appreciated which makes you a wonderful asset to your hotel. We will highly recommend this hotel and service we received to all our family and friends...
Location is great, right in the city center. Interior design is also very nice.
New deco hotel with good vibe and services. and have good location in Marseille.
Everyone at Hotel Amista was fabulous. Our luggage was delayed and the servers in the bar loaned us their adaptors so we could at least charge our phones. The breakfast was lovely. While the street construction is kind of a pain, the hotel is in a great walking distance to the port, cafes and shopping. The front desk was very helpful. The room is quiet and we stay here again and highly recommend staying...

Genuinely the best building I have ever set foot in
What a TREAT! Free to access, floors 3 and 4, and the rooftop terrace are a wonderful window into this architectural and social experiment, all wrapped into one. Definitely worth a visit.
spent one night at this hotel. It wasn’t indicated beforehand that the bathroom is outside the room. Although it’s considered a private bathroom, there are no locks, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a very average stay, fine for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.
Every architecture lover will be delighted with this building. It’s a living museum with a passionate staff who works there. It is not just a hotel, it’s a history. A capsule taking you back in time.
What an amazing experience and opportunity to stay at this beautiful piece of architectural history! They are a bit understaffed but everything was ok. Air Conditioning works great, which is important for Marseille summers! The bathrooms are a bit dated and awkward, but they are landmarked and required to be preserved in original condition and design. The rest of the building is also beautiful...
A unique hotel in an architecturally inspiring building. The staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly. The owner Dominique is an inspiration and informative. The chef went out of his way to provide me with the most amazing vegetarian dinner which wasn't on the menu. He did it bespoke for me. The whole stay was truly amazing.

A lovely hotel, ideally situated for easy access to all parts of the city. Breakfast was delicious and comprehensive. The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful that I have ever come across. Thanks!
Great location and the staff where very helpful. The family rooms have two beds which is good so can fit 3 people max
I really liked the stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good too. I recommend the eggs!!
Cozy and clean place, breakfast is great. Kind staff. Will definitely come back.
A great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with good transport links and easy access to the city centre and the football stadium. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we received a great service. The hotel also has a lovely cafe which is great place for recovering after a long, hot day.
Small but cosy hotel. Ideally situated for short stay Easy access to transport links and short walk to Old Port area through artisan shopping areas. Room is basic but clean and modern. Breakfast ideal for those doing a day of sightseeing and travelling about. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend Stayed for 3 nights for 6 Nations rugby and city break

BON ACCUEIL HOTEL CONFORTABLE TRES BON ACCUEIL QUI EST TRES AGREABLE. HOTEL CONFORTABLE ET PROPRE BIEN SITUE EN COEUR DE VILLE
Lovely staff. The fact that we had to climb to the first floor via stairs with luggage to get to reception was bad. The lift from the first floor up is tiny, barely enough for a person and luggage to go up. Our room was reasonably clean and comfortable but it had a cockroach. I assume that is normal in older buildings but I don't like them.
Hotel is conveniently located within walking design to Marseille Opera House, Metro, La Canebiere and Centre Bourse
Central, Great Value with good service The hotel faces onto one of the city’s main shopping streets, so is very central and convenient. I was granted early checkin on arrival which I was grateful for after a very early start. The room was quirky and reflects the style of the old building it is in. Everything worked ok though and the staff were great.
Location was great. Safe at nigth. 10 minutes walk to everywhere. Room simple but clean and confortable. Super silent at nigth. Bed was confortable. Bathroom clean. Change towels every day.
Pros : The staff is extemely nice and reactive. The hotel is very well placed, and the rooms are clean. Cons: The hotel needs renovation, and maitenance work. We hear noises coming from the street, so sometimes it's not that easy to sleep.

Very cute little Hotel, close to all the action and the Train Station.
Close to train station with elevator. Just what we needed, no frills. Great to have an elevator. Had to catch some early morning trains, so worked out great.
This quaint hotel suited our needs as it was near the Marseilles train station. There was nothing notable about the room. It was clean but quite small. One “beware’ note: the website showed a cute breakfast room, so when asked if we wanted to add breakfasts to our meal we said yes. The check-in process at this hotel was a hassle, and I'm not sure if it was discrimination. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff, especially one individual, was very cold; she completely ignored me when I greeted her. To top it off, she entered my room midway through my stay without any apology.
The best location in Marseille near the port, plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable room and bed, clean and cosy. I had a pleasant stay.
We stayed at this hotel for the weekend for the Bruce Springsteen concert, the location was fabulous, right by the port and close to everything. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay again if visiting the areas, thanks.

The hotel is conveniently located just downhill from the old square of the train station; the location is excellent, and it's within walking distance of the Old Port. A continental breakfast is served, and the service is warm and friendly. Access to the hotel is by swiping your room key or ringing the bell; it's very safe.
The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is the highlight! It's incredibly abundant, even including eggs 🥚! There are also fruits like bananas 🍌 and oranges 🍊, yogurt and cheese 🧀, and potato pancakes! The variety is amazing! The location is very close to the train station.

This hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it. The front desk was friendly and the room had a great view! The location was also good, right outside the fishing port! The room was very clean and soundproof! The hotel also had an elevator, and the overall feeling was great!
Excellent location, second time I've stayed at this hotel. Breakfast with a variety of choices to suit everyone. Friendly and attentive staff. Luggage storage available. Easy online check-in/out system.

Extremely small room but for the night it was perfect. The location was amazing. Right on the waterfront of Old Port. So many restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. Check in was easy to as well and they held our luggage for us before we could check in and after checkout when we went out exploring. I am surprised this is part of the Accor group. I would not stay again. The area is not great, wish I had researched more before going. I found many ants in the room, the reception said it was normal, don’t know what to say.
the hotel was nice and the breakfast was fair. the room was also good. the best thing of this hotel was the girl on the reception desk, mrs Maria, who have us very important insights about the city.
They don't hold your luggage before check in or after check out - one of the main reasons we booked to stay in a hotel rather than an Airbnb as we had a late flight out.
Cheap and bare bones. Great for solo travelers or partners, no fridge in room with little ammenties in general but that's to be expected for the price. Very hot at night, weak air conditioner

The hotel is ideally located, close to bus lines, the metro, and Saint-Charles train station, as well as not far from the Prado. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
