Stayed here for 4 days, very good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, you can just walk 5 minutes to bus station. Decent enough breakfast, very good customer service.

Clean rooms and polite staff, but the location is a big downside. Even with our own car, traffic made it really difficult to move around. Not ideal if you want to explore Tbilisi easily.

The staff at Hotel Genio were extremely friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Its complimentary breakfast adds a lot of value. Extremely happy with its value and will definitely stay there again.

Good stay next to the lake Comfortable stay right next to the lake, with an inside pool and even a sauna. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable. Only negative point for me was that the curtains were too thin and didn’t fully close, so bring an eye mask if you have light sleep. Breakfast was delicious, they filled the table with lots of food. Coffee was not included.

Quiet but with many family options Here was amazing, the breakfast was superb, the kids were running arround, because the hotel is first line on the lake. Also you can enjoy the free entrance to their pool club which is 800 meters away. Amazing stay!

Beware of false advertising!!! This place doesn't have neither pool nor sauna. Very disappointing. There was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom and you can ever smell in the whole room at night. On the bright side rooms were quite neat and clean and staff very friendly.

Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as ******* mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well-kept hotel. Breakfast however consists of a shopping bag of cold food delivered to the room. Absolutely insufficient even if there is a kettle in the room to make a coffee.

The rooms are great, the breakfast is good with wide variety. The ac is small ( ac is kind of needed in summer in Tbilisi) they have to increase the intensity of heat in hot water, also the heater was not working in our room. Overall it was a great experience.

Neat hotel in a residential area of ​​Tbilisi. Inexpensive. The rooms are clean, there is breakfast. Sulfur baths 40 minutes walk. It is better to use a taxi (Yandex, Maxim) 6 lari (150 r) and you are in the center. Breakfast is modest, without Georgian delights. Instant coffee. Almost all rooms have balconies. Overall not bad for such a cost.

Free parking, good value for money, private bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge. Also on site there is a kitchen where it is fashionable to cook on your own and a washing machine.

The fastest check in experience ever. The guy at the reception was super cool and super prompt and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and the general behavior and non frills check in even when we came in without a reservation at midnight.

Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

Absolutely perfect view from the upper floor rooms with balconies (try to get the middle one). In the middle of the tourist area, most sights can be reached comfortable by a short walk. Breakfast available in the opposite building, it is okay but only from 9am, though. Would recommend if you want to stay within the old city area.

I stayed here for just 1 night. I chose the hotel because its located near the National Football Stadium in Tbilisi. I was in Georgia to watch the UEFA Under 21 Finals Tournament. I spent 3 weeks in the Country and loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the ground and a 10 to 15 mi use walk from the main railway station.
