This used to be my favorite hotel for a weekend getaway but it is clearly on decline lately. From the front desk to the pool and on to the rooftop bar, things aren't working well. We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas. There is a fitness center. All of these were included in our stay. There are also two restaurants in the facility with different cuisine.

I liked the location! It's just a bit of a hike up the mountain, especially after a long walk. The breakfasts are good! The bed is comfortable! Daily cleaning. Cons: The hotel is clearly relatively new, but it needs some touch-ups (painting and tweaking are needed) and towels and bed linens need replacing. They're far from looking fresh and new. (I recommend checking before serving your room.)

My experience here was amazing. This lovely lady, Asma, was incredibly helpful and generous. She even communicated with me in Arabic! I was visiting from Saudi Arabia, and I was so surprised and happy to find someone from my culture here. God bless her. To this day, I still miss my trip, especially the amazing people like Asma I met along the way.

It hardly qualifies as a 4-star hotel. The location is very remote, far from the city center, and the facilities are quite outdated. Aside from McDonald's, there are hardly any other restaurants nearby; the area is mostly filled with car and furniture stores.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, but the hotel is close to a main road and is very noisy. If you have trouble sleeping, you should choose this hotel carefully.

The Onyx City Center Hotel is a stylish and well-located hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are two drawbacks: the breakfast isn't up to par with a five-star hotel, and the shower design causes water to leak out, making the bathroom very wet. Despite this, the hotel remains a good choice for a city break.

The rooftop restaurant is a superb location to enjoy wine and delicious food with an amazing view. Special thanks to Mr. Dimitri, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely helpful and polite, making our experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

I only stayed one night, but I didn't expect the room to be an apartment-style hotel. If I'd known, I'd have stayed a few more days, hahaha. The entrance was incredibly hard to find, with no signage. I looked at Google Maps and wandered around the end point for over 20 minutes before finally finding an unidentified entrance. It was hidden inside! 😂

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by. The location is excellent, in the center of old Batumi. Cleanliness, daily cleaning, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfasts are not very varied, but acceptable for this level of hotel. Disliked: the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress was good, but there was no hair conditioner in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady for one.

A very average hotel. It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful - struggled to open door a few times when hands were full and they never got up to help, barely looked up from the desk.

This hotel was pretty nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and feel comfortable. The service was perfect: we needed a wine opener, and the lady at thr service desk went out of her way to get us one. They were very helpful when we asked for new towels. I made a reservation for my trip, but due to the war crisis, my flight was canceled. I canceled the hotel 2 weeks before the stay, but they are not reply and did not provide a refund. This is very disappointing.

It was a great hotel. Lovely breakfast. In other reviews I read about the high hill and taxis having difficulty going there. This is not the case. The taxis will drop you right in front of the door.
