Very nice hotel just at the heart of Tbilisi old town. It provides excellent quality with comfortable rooms, diverse breakfast options and friendly staff.

I was only here for food twice because it was so good and the view is absolutely stunning. I once went there for dinner and the other time for coffee and cake. They were really friendly and they speak very good English. I was positively surprised that it wasn’t overly crowded but if you’re looking for a place with a nice you, this is a must go.

I was going to have their restaurant all 5 stars, but at some moment turned out that prices in menu and prices in the bill differs. Also, there weren't a lot of dishes from menu, because, as they said - their menu is old and they do not have a new one. Hence - minus one star. First of all wonderful place, great location, spacious rooms, nice breakfast. 5 star! but. Pictures are misleading as hotel is on the top floor and garden is not part of it. This is a great little place to stay. Quirky and historic with an amazing history. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. If you're staying on a Saturday night you will hear the nightclub next door (still going as I write at 8am!) but the other nights it was really quiet. Walking distance to everything. The garden out the back is beautiful. I would stay again.

We were dissatisfied with our room assignments, as there was a stark contrast between what we paid and what we received. Due to the weekend, the staff couldn't do much to address our concerns. Quite a climb on the slopes to arrive at the hotel, no elevator to access the highest floors, the aircon was not working and had to borrow an external heater to keep warm. Reception staff are kinda moody and raised their voices when they could not understand what I was talking about. The only good thing is the proximity to the metro

I had an amazing experience staying at the Passport Hotel (rated 9 out of 10 on Booking), in a lovely neighborhood in the historic part of Tbilisi, with a stunning view of a picturesque street from my balcony. Good base in Tbilisi We really enjoyed our three night stay in this hotel, the room was quite spacious and breakfasts were the best we had in a two week stay in several places in Georgia.
