The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. The 'balcony' is just a landing on the fire escape with an office chair 😅😂 Otherwise, it's alright. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is basic but fine.

Stayed there for around 4 days. Very comfortable and cozy, definitely would recommend to go to if you want a hotel that’s close to almost everywhere. The food is amazing, staff is lovely and very welcoming, the only issue i have is that the streets are sometimes really crowdy, but that’s generally Vake area issue.

We spent only one night at Grand Palace Hotel, but the hospitality left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a friend’s birthday by arranging a cake. Great location, very near to metro where you are able to get to liberty square in 2 stops surrounded by shops and restaurant and Fabrika. Room was nice but many equipments in room was not work. Safety box was not work, tv remote control was not work, we have asked for new battery but no body brought them to our room. Bed sheet was not changed during stay. Water, coffee and tea bag was not replaced

Excellent breakfasts with an amazing view. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside is a kebab shop nearby where a rowdy crowd gathers and makes noise at night. But this didn't spoil my stay at the hotel.

The hotel has a great location in the old town center, right by the river and the White Bridge. It's super convenient to walk to the central area for shopping and dining, just a few minutes away. The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and you can see the snow-capped mountains directly.

The room faces the Holy Trinity Church. The lights of the church after dark are amazing. The small roads in the town are a bit difficult to navigate, but once you find the place, it is still convenient to drive. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

The outdoor lobby on the first floor offers a truly stunning view of the surrounding nature. And the breakfast was delicious. Despite being located in a remote rural area, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. If you enjoy wandering alone late at night, be aware that the area around this property is quite dark.

It’s the perfect base for visiting the Vardzia Cave Monastery which is a unique experience. The restaurant is not expensive with draft wine and wonderful food.

Got a tiny room in what seemed like the basement, it’s uphill and quite a bit of a walk from freedom square. Very few vegetarian options for breakfast, the in house spa is expensive, the only reason I rated the service as three stars because they offered assistance early morning when I wanted to take a cold medication.
