I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a 5-star rating. In my opinion, it’s more of a 3-star hotel, maybe 4 stars at best.




The hotel looks nice from the outside, but once you get inside, it feels quite old and outdated. The rooms are not well soundproofed – the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear other guests.




The breakfast on our first day was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The second day was slightly better, but still far below what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The coffee was particularly disappointing.




When we arrived just one hour before the official check-in time, we were not allowed to access the room. What surprised me even more was that our luggage was simply left in the hall near the reception area rather than being stored securely.
The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which further affected the overall experience.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not consider it a true 5-star property.This version sounds firm and credible without looking emotional or exaggerated, which usually makes reviews more persuasive.
