5 star hotels in Batumi

Very clean and delicious food Love the location I would like to stay again in this beautiful hotel

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious casino in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra at the front desk.

We liked the hotel. We liked the rooms, breakfast, dinner, everything was top notch 😊Thank you very much 🏆

Everything is fine 👌 cool bartender in the lobby 🔥

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall. A great place for shoppers and people into the beach .

The room was amazing. The best view and very clean. Our room was on the 27th floor. Loved it.

I recommend this clean and nice hotel.

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Hotel is located at a great location. Service is a problem and staff has attitude. Otherwise a great stay.

5 stars hotel with 4 stars services . Management needs to pay attention to details and speed up services.

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

In front desk we had a help from mr aveto he was professional, and help us alot

The staff were excellent and the rooms weee exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise...

Mini fridge not working and hotel failed to repair after asking on 3 occasions. Brash customer service. Not what u expect from a 5 star establishment.

The people in the reception were very welcoming. The room is wide and clean. Every request dealt immediately. The morning breakfast was tasty and varied. I will love to come back and stay there again. Thank you

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

NUCE HOTEL IN THE MIDLLEN NICE STUFF AND GOOD COLPIR CLEAR VIEW

Overall its a good hotel in a good location. Cons from my POV: 1. We had to ask 5 times for sheets for the kids bed.( overall it took them 6 hours) 2. In the shower the water temp changes from hot to cold precisely every 10 seconds. 3. They moved us to a better room. At night the airconditioner started to knock loudly.i didnt even bother to complain

Nice hotel , and good casino free food drinks and cigarettes

Amazing stay and food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. One of the best places in Georgia for a comfortable stay in Batumi .Will definitely visit again.

The view is 10 points. The hotel itself is very smoky due to its location with a casino on the 1st floor. Also, the mattress pad did not hide the dirty mattress that needed dry cleaning several years ago. The rooms are spacious and cozy, but due to the renovation a long time ago, there is something to complain about. When checking out, we were an hour late, no one kicked us out. The location is excellent...

A good, very large hotel. It is located near the sea. The room was very comfortable, large, warm, the cleaning was excellent. I really liked the pool, sauna and hammam. There is a fitness room, comfortable and always empty) Breakfast buffet, varied, delicious. There is also a casino there, but we were not there, so I can't say anything. Brief summary: - come, you will like it!

Its view is absolutely amazing and its location is excellent His breakfast is okay The service is good. …

FIVE STAR HOTEL with hot air conditioner not working :)

Amazing staff at the hotel so friendly quick and efficient can’t fault there hospitality and excellent work ethic good made my stay very welcoming credit to the hotel manger at reception she truly is a genuine caring professional. Don’t be put off by the security they aren’t the talkative type but they are very professional and good at there job safety is top priority at all times and felt very safe...

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast. The room has a kettle and capsule coffee machine, along with Lavazza tea and capsules, including decaf. We checked in two hours early. Two swimming pools. Still, due to the tiredness of the rooms...

Upon arriving in Georgia, the front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded me to a suite upon check-in. The hotel restaurant served delicious traditional Georgian dishes and local wines at reasonable prices, and the dining experience was comfortable.

Like it very much especially reseption girls were very friendly?!?? Thank you very much

The hotel is right on the seaside and has a parking lot. The environment is very good. It was drizzling when we drove to the hotel to check in. The hotel waiter helped us move our luggage from the car to the room. The overall service was good. The hotel swimming pool was also very good. From the room, we could see the Ferris wheel and the beautiful view of the seaside. It was very beautiful. The breakfast...

Good location, a few minutes walk from the beach, but the front desk service attitude is average and the facilities are relatively old

When staying at a hotel in Batumi you need to keep in mind that aside from international brands, other hotels (local brands such as Grand Gloria etc.) fail to keep up with standards considering the stars they have been claimed to have. So the Grand Gloria is actually a 4-star property, a top 4-star at best. The hotel is, I think, the only property that has direct beach access which is a plus. This...

Generally it was a nice and pretty place, near the beach andclose to a big mall. The breakfast buffet was diverse. It would be better with some Georgian options added. The staff were helpful and the reception was responsive. Our room was quite and clean, but the bathroom floor was not properly washed. Another unexpected problem was ants!! There were many ants in the room and we had to be careful about...

Very old and not clean hotel. It needs renovation and maintenance work significantly. Overall this shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is not new, but you want to return to it and that says a lot. Very polite and helpful staff, special thanks! The room is quite cozy, the beds are good. The breakfast is excellent, everything you need, except red fish) They make a delicious omelet upon request. Swimming pool inside with warm water 30 degrees. There is underground parking. Wi-fi is available even on the beach. I think it’s...

Excellent hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Next time I will only come here. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff.

A very beautiful hotel, but, naturally, very expensive, mostly rich Turks live there.

At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor. The rooms are not that clean. When I checked in they told me breakfast was not included although I had added it on the booking. The fitness center and the spa was really amazing.

Facilities: Maintaining the usual Marriott brand quality, the semi-open balcony offers expansive ocean views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset from our seats. The indoor pool is spacious and boasts stunning ocean views. The gym and spa are also excellent. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located in a busy downtown area, close to the coastline. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies...

Modern hotel with nice style and good service.

Excellent service, great people, always with a smile, we enjoyed every moment, they helped with every small thing

The hotel is good however the breakfast miss need to have good organize from layout perspective (exhaust fan) to take the smoke of cooking in egg station out of miss hall

Best hotel in Batumi ever they have so many facilities and also staff are really friendly and helpful. Would come back again for sure

The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

Clean and reliable..my favorite hotel in Batumi

The staff was very helpful, Mr. Koray was very interested in the restaurant section and it was clean, in a very nice location.

The hotel is located in the old town. The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee... The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!! When...

This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

It’s comfortable, the view can be beautiful if you can a good room, but sometimes there a small things like I asked the service for towels 3 times and I still didn’t get them

stayed in this hotel for 2 nights experience was great incredible view nice breakfast and most important the reception service was great

I enjoyed staying at this hotel Very nice services Especially the Reception guy thank you

A terrible place. We turned on the jacuzzi and the water was yellow, and then a huge centipede came out of it. After we complained to the staff, they offered to move us to another room. We went one floor higher, and they showed us two rooms. In one of them, the entire shower was covered in mold. In the second room, the jacuzzi water was also yellow, and another centipede came out. The staff member...

We visited in August for a business trip . They have amazing service . The blond girl in the reception was very polite and always greeted us with a warm smile. She even helped us duringimportant conference , when my computer stopped working suddenly.

The hotel is in a quiet place in the forest where you can start your day with plenty of oxygen. The staff is helpful and tries to solve problems. It is in a quiet place, the breakfast is good but it is not like a 5 star hotel. The rooms are old, the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom is small. But it is still a price performance hotel compared to the hotels in the city center. If we go again, I would...

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service was decent. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the beach, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony, and at night, you can even see the musical fountain. Overall, it's pretty good.

Junior suite room was amazing , location is perfect , service is good and luxury hotel , Spa was just normal

The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were good. Overall, hotels in Georgia simply can't compare to those back home in China.

As an international chain hotel, the cleanliness and hygiene were excellent, and there was a generous and varied breakfast spread. Overall, everything was good, and I had a very pleasant stay. However, the breakfast was too salty; it felt like they hadn't truly considered guests' varying tastes. This is certainly an area that needs improvement.

Le Méridien Batumi, Batumi's most luxurious hotel, charges nearly 2,000 yuan per night, but the actual experience was deeply disappointing. First, the room's soundproofing was extremely poor. On our check-in night, from around midnight until after 2 a.m., the noise from the square below and the disco music were clearly audible in the room, severely disrupting our rest. Second, the service promises...

The hotel is decent, and the breakfasts are good. However, if you're staying in a sea-view room on weekends, you're in for a surprise: loud parties and music blasting until 3 AM.

Great location, varied breakfast, ample free parking

The hotel is apparently not new, but you can eat there, breakfast is inconveniently served from 9 am

Upon arrival, the bathroom vanities were not removed. They never cleaned the room, didn't refill the shower gel, and didn't respond to any inquiries.

Mosquito nest, you never know how many mosquitoes there are

All rooms face the sea level and have sea view

In Batumi, the Las Vegas of the Black Sea, this hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the beautiful seaside. There are pharmacies, ATMs, local small supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurants, and lights in the surrounding area. It is very convenient. However, the hotel...

I booked the hotel on the super location at 6PM for some reason. Check in was highly smooth and so was check out. The suite is quite spacious and pretty clean, featuring a floor-to-ceiling glass view along the room. The panoramic view is nearly unforgettable. On the other side, Internet can be improved, and elevators are awfully small, just for 3~4 adults.

We chose this for our honeymoon ☺️ Our room was so beautiful! They took extra care of us because we were a honeymoon couple The breakfast and the view from the room were truly breathtaking 🤩 I definitely recommend it! Wonderful with its friendly staff and cleanliness, tysm 🌟

Not the first time love the experience

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

A very nice hotel, good service, the breakfast open buffet was great, it has an amazing view, if you ever plan to go there, make sure to choose a room with sea view, unfortunately when we visited there swimming pool and gym were under renovation. Overall it was a nice hotel.

The hotel is good but the city not that much have way more better destinations better

The hotel doesn't live up to its stars; it's very tired. The restaurant on the 13th floor is, to put it mildly, not very good; it's cold in the wind (we sat in our jackets at breakfast). The room smelled of smoke. During housekeeping, they took away our slippers and didn't give us new ones. The pool offers children's activities, with only one lane available. The hammam wasn't working, and the sauna...

A clean and comfortable stay conveniently located to many amenities.

Big rooms, with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Pay a bit extra and get a sea view room. Very central, good food

The location is so good with a nice sea view. Highly recommended.

The location is so good with a nice sea view. Highly recommended.

very good food . and the sauna is hot

Nice place 💫 Rooms with wonderful view . Nice service and breakfasts . Hotel has big garden and outdoor restaurant. Nice spa service also. We were with two times here and same emotion, same experience. They also have small train to drop on the beach

Nice environment, average breakfast

Beautiful view, but the area seemed small to me. There are 10 sun loungers on the beach. But there were no more people. The room is clean, but the style is a bit old. In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis. There is a good choice for breakfast, everything you need is there...

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The dishes were excellent. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap. But I was surprised how good it was. I started with the traditional Georgian tomato salad (great sauce). I ordered it with walnuts. When I didn’t see them, I assumed they forgot to add...

Pros: Lovely location, great view, good spa, friendly staff, nice rooms, tasty food in the restaurant. Cons: Insects in the bedroom and a scorpion in the bathroom. A dead spider discovered in a salad (all of these during just 2 nights stay).

I think this hotel needs restoration. Because of dampness many thing was already damaged. I did not like food in their restaurant. it was not bad, but was not good too. it was normal. Location is perfect, they have amazing views.

Finally, a spot that gets the atmosphere right! This place leans heavily into a high-end European aesthetic, from the ambient lighting to the curated playlist. It feels like something you’d stumble upon in Milan or Berlin. The attention to detail in both the plating and the decor sets a standard that most local spots just can’t match. Perfectly cosmopolitan."

Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly receptionists.

One of the best hotels in the area.

Location is just good breakfast just very simple no buffer very limited verity breakfast just time pass very quiet hotel o my very few guest

The hotel has a great location, right near the beach, with plenty of convenience stores downstairs. Getting to the airport, train station, and bus station by taxi is very convenient. A friendly reminder: the bus to Tbilisi takes 6-7 hours and only stops once.

The room was small, and the surrounding area was rather chaotic. Overall, this Wyndham hotel was just average. It's also quite far from Batumi's main attractions. It's not good value for money and not worth recommending. Ctrip advertised laundry service, but it's actually chargeable and not self-service.

Thanks for your service, we are so greatfull, The best stuff in the hotel and restrant delicious dishes and especially the restaurant supervisor Nikolozi is the best ♥️ Our big recommendation to Green Wood 🙌

Great hotel, very pleasant staff. Nice area for kids to play. Good breakfast. Calm environment

Greenwood Hotel is a place you’ll want to return to. Its greatest advantage is the excellent location – just a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the beautiful botanical garden. The high standard of cleanliness, visible in every detail, also deserves special recognition. Additionally, the hotel offers very tasty cuisine, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. However, the true highlight of this...

We chose this place to celebrate marriage registration on the terrace, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is simply amazing, the decorations were absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail was incredible. The service was high-class and very professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly a very satisfying and memorable celebration.

My previous stays were mostly at Hilton, so I naturally compared this visit. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we immediately felt a different, very warm atmosphere. The reception staff were wonderful—friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to the reservation manager, who helped us a lot and showed true hospitality. We felt cared for every step of the way.

Brand new rooms . Modern and comfortable. Service is good . Staff is friendly. Promptly done . Like the hotel. Lovely Heated pool

The service was excellent; it was the only hotel I felt had good service. It's conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to get around.

Excellent Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: First-class

The non-smoking room had a noticeable cigarette smell, possibly coming from the hallway (where it was more than noticeable). Pillows rated 4 out of 5.

Very relaxing and accommodating space

Everything was good but the location was busy at the the night

The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Batumi Bay, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and visit the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. However, on the last day, since we had to catch the train early, the packed lunch box was a bit too simple.

Really nice room to a good price. Giorgi and Luka in the reception was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

nice hotel with great staff thank you Giorgi supervisor he gave rooms same floor and early check at 11:00 thanks rati for give us great service and nice rooms and irakli he helped us for luggage

Toilet omits Oder and it seems that this is a problem in many apartments because this is my second time in the hotel and it is still there

They try to give us a lower cost room. We lost 30 minutes to change rooms and floors. Finally we get the room which we had booked.

Beautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can...

The amenities are quite good, the rooms are clean, and the beach is close. The McDonald's next door is also large and nice, perfect for breakfast, but you have to arrive before 10:00 AM to avoid rush hour and slow food delivery. Now, the bad part: the service is abysmal. They require check-in after 4:00 PM, but won't let you check in earlier. Your luggage is left in a mess in the lobby, with no luggage...

Here’s a polished review you can post: I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a 5-star rating. In my opinion, it’s more of a 3-star hotel, maybe 4 stars at best. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but once you get inside, it feels quite old and outdated. The rooms are not well soundproofed – the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear other guests. The breakfast on our...

It's fine. It's the local rainy season.

I liked the hotel and recommend it. The location is excellent.

The location is excellent, all the sights are within a 5-15 minute walk, and the sea is 2-3 minutes away. However, this is the center of a resort area, so any shops and cafes are extremely expensive. The room isn't the advertised 30 square meters, 20 at most. The room is very small. They provide good shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste, and soap. Cleaning is daily, as...

The photo shows the view from the window - and this is the main advantage of this hotel, it is in the very center!!! The room had everything you need, it is clean, a balcony in the French style. All bathroom accessories were available, we asked for an iron, they gave it with dirt, I did not see it, I ruined the thing, this was the only unpleasant moment. For breakfast we went to the city, but there...

Very convenient location. Restaurant on top is definitely worth to visit
