A wonderful ladies-owned hotel with extra services in the centre of Batumi. We did not try the extra services, but the ladies were wonderful: very kind and pampering, full of love and care. We even got free coffee and all our requests were accommodated. Thank you ladies for the warm welcome! ❤️🌹💐

My guests did not like. Rooms need repire. It was not clear.
Good location, in old city, but all time problem with parking.

There is a massive hotel building program going on in Batumi right now. Modern Western style hotels are springing up only a few minutes walk from the Old town
So why stay right in the centre with its casinos, massage parlours and noisy cars and impatient taxi drivers? Especially when the owner seems disinterested in how his hotel runs.

Just in the centre,nice stuff,view from round room was awesome,breakfast much and delicious,young boy at rhe reception desk an angel.I highly recommend Port Altus.

A 3-star hotel with 5-star criteria

We were in Batumi for 2 weeks and I must really say that this hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in. Held by a man and his wife who also makes breakfast it creates a familiar atmosphere which makes relaxing on vacation perfect. The staff is extremely kind and helping just like the owner and every problem is solved directly after the complain. The rooms are very comfortable and the owner approaches you with a friendly relationship and you won’t be treated as a costumer. Every question will be answered and sometimes he even offers his service. Needless to say that the hotel is very central in the old town and every part of Batumi is easily reached, by the cab and my foot.
