Excellent, welcoming, and truly homely service to guests. They helped with transfers during a late arrival and with other questions during the stay. Ratings are based on value for money. Excellent breakfasts. The sea is five minutes away. Pine trees, mountain views... overall, an exceptionally positive experience.

I really liked it. This is my second time here. The treatment was like visiting grandma. I'm very pleased and recommend it to anyone who wants a real vacation.

We stayed at the Paradise Hotel with my family! We loved it! The rooms are clean and tidy! The owners, a husband and wife, are very polite, courteous, and attentive to their guests. The food in the kitchen is very high quality... Delicious... We were very pleased! Thank you so much!

The best family hotel in Kobuleti. Very attentive and friendly owner and staff. Reasonable price, beautiful location by the sea in a pine forest. Delicious food (especially seafood, Adjarian khachapuri and pizza are fantastic). I recommend it for a family vacation ❤️

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. It has its pros and cons. On the one hand, the location is great: it's in the center of Kobuleti, close to everything: the sea, good restaurants (I recommend Cherro – the best, I've tried it), shops, amusement parks for children, and minibus stops.
On the other hand, it's very noisy: there's a road nearby, along with cafes and discos where loud music plays until midnight and fireworks are displayed.
The breakfasts are perfect for the average traveler, and the ambiance is great – there's everything you need. If you're missing something, just let the hosts know. They strive to make your stay comfortable.
