Service is low. The hotel itself looks good. The kitchen and dining room are shared, good, clean. The room is small, but the others, unfortunately, sold out at the time of arrival. Initially, I thought that they would settle in a room more spacious. Paid for 3 months in advance, because. in this case, they provide a discount of $ 50 per month. But after living for several days in a small room, I realized that it would be difficult to live here alone for 3 months, and if it was together, it would be unbearable at all. No place to store things, no closets. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you can constantly hear someone talking in the next room or in the common corridor. If the window in the room faces the road, you can hear the noise of cars. It didn’t bother me to sleep, but if someone has a light sleep, it will be difficult to sleep normally. Constant humidity from rains, on my backpack, which was initially dry, mold formed 🙁 In general, I decided a few days after arrival that instead of 3 months, I would live 1, albeit without a discount. I immediately turned to Anna, who was looking after the hotel. They promised to return tomorrow. Tomorrow came, no one returned the money and no one got in touch. I had to remind myself again. I have already contacted the manager Amir, I entered into his situation, because. the man was in the hospital. I hoped that they would also understand me and conscientiously return the money within the specified time frame. As a result, the deadlines constantly shifted, the manager did not answer messages AND calls. And this story lasted 3 weeks. It was already time for me to leave the room and on the last day before leaving, they returned the money to me. Yes, I got them back, for which I thank you. But at what cost was it done? In general, the service leaves much to be desired. If you take housing, then for the first time I advise you to take a month, if you like it and everything suits you, you can extend it. Otherwise, you can end up in a situation like me and several people who lived here.

Plumbing is new, works well! The kitchen is also normal, all utensils and appliances are there, everything works!
