Great place! The hotel is clean, neat, cozy! We will definitely come back!
Excellent location and breakfast service. Rooms are small (per American standards)
Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation with my pregnancy and could not travel. I was disappointed that the the hotel did not respond to a request for a partial refund - even saying no would have been better than no response at all. I'd have been happy to stay here in the future, but as a result, I'll look for a different hotel when I do make it to Georgia.
From the moment I walked into the hotel Diana greeted me checked me in got me situated.David at the bar educated me on Georgia wine. Room was the perfect size for me .
We were happy with everything at The Badagoni. Delicious breakfast and dinner and the best wine!
The rooms were very nice. The area was quiet. It was also very well located. Close to everything.

Simply very cozy small, clean and very up to date hotel, the rooms are great and the temperature is very well controlled, Breakfast has plenty of options, very conveniently located in the old city with a lot to see around. very attentive staff.
The location is great, with a hot spring right outside. The room was compact, but the amenities and service were good. However, the noise from the bar and cars downstairs made it impossible to sleep, and it didn't stop until midnight. If you don't mind staying up late, this is a great choice. The service was also excellent, and the hotel agreed to cancel my subsequent booking due to my sleep issues...
Great room and breakfasts at Abanotubani. We had the second highest level of room, which meant we had a shared balcony. Two things would have made this stay even better: first, I would love it they would have an environmental option similar to "hang your towels = we will leave them be; towels on floor = please replace them." We had our towels replaced unnecessarily every day. Second, our shared balcony...
Excellent location of the hotel, the only downside is the location is very noisy under the windows.
Poor breakfast, it is better to refuse it and eat outside the hotel.
The room is clean, but it seems to be smaller meters or an unsuccessful layout, the hotel itself is a little tired, something is leaking, somewhere there are chips, holes, etc.
It is not comfortable to live for a long time, a good...
Everything is perfect but breakfast options should have different variety and should change the menu everyday since we are staying for 5 nights. Ms. Ekaterina the waitress she has an excellent attitude in serving customers kudos for her:)
A truly wonderful stay! We stayed in the room with the terrace in the 3rd floor. Had a relaxing time having dinners in there (bought some veggies and takeaway). It is located right next to those infamous sulphur baths (highly recommended). Everything is within walking distance (botanical garden if you want to have a relaxing walk), and old buildings if you walk a bit further). The staff was also kind...

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel
We were five friends who arrive at Tbilisi after a hiking trip in the mountains
Hotel is beautiful and clean. Best location, close to the city center and many restaurants nearby. Stuff is so nice and very helpful. Breakfast was very healthy and tasty. Just stay in this hotel! You will not regret! One of the best hotel in boutique style hotels.
I had a great stay at Gladius Inn Boutique Hotel. The price was very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise given how convenient the location is — everything I needed was within walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean and well-kept, making for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Grigor, who went out of his way...
Great location and comfortable rooms. However one has to take the stairs to reach the reception and rooms. If you need help with luggage you can get help as we saw that mentioned at the entry but did not use it though. Restaurants are nearby and taxis are also easily available. Room and bathroom was clean.
Overall, we had a good experience, but there were a couple of minuses. We arrived around 4 pm, but the room was not yet fully ready, they still needed to change the linen. After 5 hours on the road with 3 kids, this was a bit disappointing. The kids loved the room, though, the loft area was great. We had to leave at 7 am the next morning, which was before breakfast time. The receptionist who checked...
Great hotel for families!
Our family had an amazing time staying at the Gladius Inn Hotel! It was so nice to find a hotel that could accommodate a family with 3 kids where no one had to sleep on the floor! Our kids loved that their bed was in the loft portion, and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel manager was very kind and helpful, offering to help us order taxi’s and give advice. The location...

Staff were professional and pleasant ~ Breakfast was especially good ~ The room wi-fi worked well, a big deal with me, and there were very-warm-to-hot showers ~ My room, number 4, was comfortable, warm, clean and well-detailed ~ A good place to spend time ~ Thank you for a pleasant 20-day stay ~
We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast spread was very good.
Excellent location in old Tbilisi, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
It was a very nice place to experience the old town, walk the cobblestone and narrow streets with numerous restaurants to choose from. Location was perfect for walking and enjoying the old flavour of the city. The service at the hotel was above and beyond, reception and owner quite courteous and the breakfast was better than a hotel could provide. Would do this hotel again, anytime. It was quiet...
An ordinary hotel!
Location convenient but noisy and ordinary hotel. Wifi coverage is poor. Breakfast is ordinary. Even shampoo is not provided. The manager is courteous and nice but it will be great if they could provide better facilities.
Great location in a quiet street off the main tourist road in the Old Town, very quiet. Nice breakfast served from 8:30, omlette, cheese, meat, fruits and yoghurt. We stayed in room 1 which I understand is not the best, ground floor with only small frosted fan windows which didn’t open so lack of ventilation gave the room a musty smell. It was also pretty dark, but as a base for sleeping was fine....

Very great spot in the town. Easy to access Tbilisi and very clean and modern. It was conformable for a few nights and the service was great. Breakfast is good and has a variety of options. The room did get a bit warm as the ac only runs during the summer, but a cracked window solved it for the most part. Would definitely book again!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The service is great, staff friendly and helpful, clean, great location, great prices, and overall absolutely recommended! We also received a special treat since we were staying there for a special occasion!
We stayed for two nights as a family of three. The room was small but comfortable, however the bathroom was very old and not well maintained. The shower cabin was leaking water outside.
Reception staff were friendly but the restaurant staff were not very attentive.
Breakfast was very disappointing-unfresh pastries, cheese, and cut fruits were served.

The location is central to everything in Tbilisi, it was easy to walk around and explore. The hotel was as clean, the room was warm and cozy for the winter. Daily housekeeping was provided and water was replenished.
This hotel is price value for money. It's relatively cheap, but location is very good. Breakfast is poor, but for this money - it's ok. Although the room was clean and cosy, ee missed a wardrobe - there is no one. And there were very cold and the water wasn't hot enough. Good location, but not really "boutique". As this is a four star house: Rooms are rather small with insufficient space to open a suitcase properly or store clothes. Shower are in the bathroom, which is always an inconvenience as the while bath is obviously wet afterwards for a while. WLAN was mediocre at best and the breakfast buffet not worth mentioning.
Amazing, good hotel
great hotel. very clean. receptionist is very helpful and friendly. we were going to miss the plane because we fell asleep. we left the room a little messy, we are very sorry. I recommend this hotel to everyone. we loved it. if we come again, this will definitely be our only address. thank you very much for your kindness and for everything.
Awesome team. One of the best places to stay in Tbilisi. A 3-star hotel that has everything you need. Centrally located within 20-25 min walk to old tbilisi, this place is less than 300-500 meters from major restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and the metro station!
Every team member is extremely helpful, real and authentic! Special thanks to Anastasia who arranged a welcome letter...
Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
But size is small and no left if you dont like stairs
A clean hotel to stay in.It is lcated in the park. Accomodation is great. Hosts are very friendly.
The hotel is 4km from the town center so you will have to get a taxi to get there which isn't expensive. Rooms are specious and good but they don't come with complimentary water bottles. I recently stayed at The Orchid Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers excellent, neat, and clean rooms that are well-maintained and comfortable. The lobby is nicely designed, giving a warm and welcoming feel right from the moment you enter.

Nice and cosy hotel. We stayed for two nights in deluxe double room with balcony. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, free parking available. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 minutes to the center, also there is bus station near.
The hotel has convenient parking and is a few minutes' walk from the Tbilisi Underground Printing Office. The room is next to the road and railway, so it is noisy at night.
On arrival, the room was not prepared, no towels, no toilet paper, no warm water, the curtain was half down!!! COULD change rooms (5:00 a.m.) Room cleaning was carried out upon request. Friendly and helpful staff.
I wish that I had the name of the guy on reception. He was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, informative and kind. Probably the hotel's greatest asset. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was healthy and nutritious.
The only negative was the distance from Tbilisi itself. It was necessary to get a taxi although the receptionist was more than happy to organise this for us
simple hotel but the staff are very accommodating even though she don't know how to speak English but she will try to find ways to communicate you as well kind and always smile

I'll start with the positives.
The rooms are spacious, the toilet paper is surprisingly thick and good quality, and the location is convenient. While it's not right in the city center, it's close enough to all the main attractions and situated in a local neighborhood, which means nearby shops and restaurants offer local rather than tourist prices.
Now for the areas that need improvement.

The hotel was booked as a part of the tour by our travel agent. The hotel rooms were clean. The breakfast was served between 8:30 - 9:00 a.m and it was a modest but delicious serving generally akin to a continental breakfast with some local touches. Located near the Peace Bridge and close to Trinity Church, it's conveniently situated for walking to the National Museum. It's quiet and not on a main road. The family room I booked was cleaned daily with a sign indicating it was available. There's an elevator and air conditioning. Although the facilities are those of a budget hotel, it offers good value for money. The included breakfast was plentiful
Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it's incredibly convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to Trinity Cathedral (you'll need to climb a hill, which is perfect for a post-breakfast workout). You can also take a taxi or bus up; the walk down is probably only 15 minutes. Crossing the bridge to the Old Town pedestrian street takes another 15 minutes, thanks to underpasses and pedestrian bridges...
The hotel is not far from Freedom Square, and within a 10-15 minute walk to Holy Trinity Cathedral and the Puppet Clock Tower, among other attractions. There's also a supermarket nearby.
Good looking, stylish hotel. Quite neighborhood. Great location near tourists attractions. Plenty of free parking space near hotel. My room was rather small, like 15 sqm. Equipment of standard room is economy level, a bit dated. But everything works, nothing to complain. I needed this location, but other hotel I usually stay at was sold out. I picked Atrium as via trip.com it offered a great price...
I liked the hotel: everything was modern, clean, and pleasant, with a good shower and a delicious breakfast. Our room was on the 5th floor with windows almost to the roof. :) There's no parking at the hotel, and parking is generally very scarce in this area.

Room was decent but with the view of neighboring windows really close. There were clean towels and bed. AC and fridge were working fine.
Breakfast was so terrible. Bread was always 1-2 days old. Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food.
