The people working at reception are very kind and helpful. I was always greeted with a warm smile whenever I passed by. My room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast included a good selection and was delicious. There is a metro station nearby or you can walk to the old town and take in the sights along the way. The hotel's location is very nice. The staff hardly speaks any language other than Georgian. The towels were dirty and shabby. And there were only slippers, shower gels, and shampoo among the disposable supplies. Also, the breakfast was announced to start at 8AM, however, it never did. The staff was arriving at 8AM and started bringing all the staff.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel last year. The room service, the breakfast and the staff were satisfactory. Also the location was nice, about 25 minutes away from the tourist areas, on foot! This is a hidden gem in the streets of old Tbilisi. The the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff exceeded all our expectations. I really enjoyed the design of our room too, it brings together Georgian design with Iranian and Anatolian ancestry.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. These are apartments converted into hotel. But it was difficult to find any signboard outside to understand the location. ACs were not functioning at all.
