Hotel owners was very friendly, helpful and generous, drink's was very good. Good for familys and couples, definitely worth all the pennies.

Guys, what's up with the breakfast? Don't put it on your list cause you don't offer it. Also, instant coffee "mustdie". Other than that, the hotel is decent, with table and chair in the rooms and fridge on the 4th floor. My room was very quite. Iveria is a 5 min walk to the metro station and it takes 5 mins to walk to the downtown with great evening life.

These rooms were amazing with a beautiful full view of Georgia. The breakfast we had the first morning was quite satisfying. We just didn't realize it was so high up that you need to take a taxi up and down to and from the town. You can walk if you are brave (and fit) enough, but luckily the taxi option is also not expensive.

Its not to a standard of a 5 star hotel which is why the 3 star review if it was a 3 star hotel they are doing well. The breakfest is quite basic. The sighns are wrong in the hotel. The staff does not tell you about where things are within the hotel. The wifi does not work in the rooms. The cafe does not have what is advertised. The bed is good the room is fine.

The location was very good and you can walk in the city center. If you are lucky you can park your car in front of the street. Why is 4 stars because we had to wait for room cleaning and preparing when we arrived at 1700. The room was clean and the view was also quite good.

Room was nice were clean, but some of the employees were not very friendly or helpful. Location is nice, but there are better alternatives. Breakfast was mediocre. And they demanded the payment with cash, they are not accepting credit cards.
