Very Great and warm hospitality. Our host Katie is really friendly, she supported us when my husband lost his phone and provide us with all possible advices for our trip. She is incredible helpful, kind a real superhost! Amazing service and clean facilities. The room is comfortable and has everything you may need including tooth care products, wine and chocolate’s bars! Highly recommended, we would...
This small hostel in Tbilisi was a true gem. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the incredibly kind and helpful hosts made me feel completely at home. It’s the perfect place for those looking for authenticity and a warm, family-like atmosphere rather than pomp. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the true spirit of Georgia. ♥️
Family Hotel Triston was beyond my expectations. It is a tourist's dream place to stay. In the city and close to the old city as well. I spent 5 nights and a few more hours. Totally worth the money and as a solo woman traveler and a first time visitor I felt like I was staying with my own family. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, organized and have everything you need. Breakfasts were perfect...
I recently stayed at Family Hotel Tristan in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. The hotel offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere specifically the owner Keti and her mother both were truly helpful that truly feels like home. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always...
Very hospitable host family. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is owned by a family who works there. They are very friendly and nice people. The host met us at the airport, helped to find a place to exchange money with a good rate, and donated us on a bottle of wine and a bowl with cherries. His daughter works on reception. She recommended some good and not so expensive places to eat...
The family that running the hotel was very kind and they make you feel as your home and family. The breakfast was excellent and the cleanness is very good. Actually they take care of all small details. I've spent two weeks there and from the first night the cable of the TV was damaged inside the wall. They bought me a new smart TV to run vis WiFi. I really appreciate all the services they offered me...

Amazing hotel with magical views and territory. Rooms are fully equipped with all the essentials. A big plus is the great sauna included in the room rate. The staff is professional, welcoming, and very attentive. Don't miss their delicious Shakshuka! Highly recommended!❤️
Oh, Horizons! It's impossible not to fall in love with this resort! It's an ideal place to escape from noisy Tbilisi and give your body and mind full relaxation. The location is perfect - not too far from the city and convenient to get to even by public transportation. The view is captivating, rooms are super nice and equiped with everything you might need, food and wine were delicious, the staff was...
This place was recommended to us by our friends. From the moment we arrived at Horizons, we felt like we had stepped into a postcard. The views over the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus mountains are simply breathtaking. The cabins are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details everywhere. I loved a rooftop terrace, and panoramic windows. Breakfasts is not to be missed. We...
I just want to say thank you for the idea of creating a place like this. Maybe it’s because we visited Horizons on a weekday when there were hardly any other guests, but that feeling of being cut off from the outside world was even stronger in the best way. The rooftop terrace on each cabin is just next level: pair it with an amazing view of the valley and mountains, a cup of hot tea, and a blanket...
It’s simply wonderful to spend a couple of days with such a view and in such an atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail from the owners, with thoughtful touches in the room such as: • Bath amenities in the WC • Rubber slippers for the sauna • Microwave • Refrigerator • Coffee machine • Marshall speaker • Automatic curtains that open and close with a remote • Cups, glasses...
A very pleasant place to relax. Nice and courteous staff, clean houses, delicious food, beautiful view and calm atmosphere. I definitely recommend you to visit

small family hotel from the former communal apartment with four rooms. greeted by a friendly maid Sabina, charming smile. Helped me, told me everything.
A small private hotel located almost in the center. To any place, be it the subway or the khinkali house, 3-5 minutes. The same amount to the main Rustaveli street.
A small boutique hotel, with great atmosphere, quality breakfast and friendly staff! We have tried 3 places in Tbilisi, so far the best!
Recommended for those who have booked vanilla sky flights to Mestia. First of all, the entrance is a bit sloppy, but the inside of the hotel is clean. The staff are all friendly and the room is in good condition. Breakfast is also above average.
The price was good and the breakfast was good! The staff are kind, and above all, the view outside is great:) I stayed on the first day of my trip to Tbilisi and visited it again on the last day! However, there are stairs when you go up, so you have to carry your luggage up!

Arrival and Room The hotel driver picked us up at the airport. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quickly and were upgraded to a bigger room on the 38th floor. Hotel and Room Details The hotel has two floors in a tall, beautiful tower. The elevators are fast and the service is great. There are no closets or storage space in the room, but we managed fine. The room has a coffee machine with...
Excellent fully equipped accommodation and superb service. Ocean and city view is great from balcony. Very close to the beach and shopping centers and restaurants. Julia and Sergei treated the guest as family members at home.
Clean and quiet pet friendly pleasant staff. Unfortunately not the room with bath I expected. A very basic room with minimal facilities as advertised. eg no kettle, no safe, tiny room so no storage, like a hostel but with a seperate shower and a TV. Nice breakfast but no other facilities. 19 min walk to Grand Mall and some life. Breakfast starts (!) at 0930 and nothing served in the evening or night
I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything. The cafe seemed quite overpriced...
This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. Unfortunately, biggest let up was service, the receptionist was completely uninterested when we came to check-in and we got almost no information about the place; when we went back to ask he was more interested in his phone...
I love this place. Very special design and nice atmosphere.

We had a wonderful night's stay here at the Taba Hall hotel. We stopped here to visit the fortress in the area and it was well worth the stop. The hotel offered comfortable beds, heating and WiFi. Then to top off a great stay the breakfast was unbelievably amazing. Boasting in fresh ingredients and delicious sausages. An absolutely worthwhile stay
Large hotel in a quiet part of town with very nice rooms and good breakfast. We were almost alone in the hotel, which was almost spooky, but otherwise we can't complain about anything, the staff was very helpful. We parked on the street in front of the hotel. Recommended!
Nice hotel located on a quiet side street. Hosts are very friendly, young lady speaks very good English. Breakfast is served, rather than buffet, but there is a good selection. Parking right at the door. Room is not huge, but big enough for a couple of days. It's clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the walls seem a little thin as there was quite a bit of noise from other guests. Overall - positive
The hotel was really nice I enjoyed the stay very much the hostess was really nice and helpful. Even for a person who does not know any Georgian they had people who could communicate in English and helped me with different things. If I were to go back I would definitely stay at the hotel.
This hotel is very centrally located, yet far away enough from the main street to be very quiet. Very kind couple run the place. Spotlessly clean, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, bit basic but fine.
Cosy hotel, nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast with fresh bread, fruit and vegetables. Run by a very helpfull couple.

Perfect stay in Tbilisi… The hotel is very stylish with an authentic and tasteful interior decoration. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is great, just a few steps away from the Clock Tower, and the Freedom Square. Also if you will use bus no 337 to come to the city center, the hotel’s location is close to the bus stop and easy to find.
Excellent location, very good WIFI. Room and bathroom were very large and 4 adults slept very well as a family. Very well designed and thought all the little details for the convenience of the guests.
For tourists, the location is relatively good. In the old city, it is a 3-5 minute walk from the Peace Bridge and the Bell Tower, and an 8-minute walk from Liberty Square. The room type we booked is relatively large, with a small balcony, and the furniture in the room is That kind of older style. The small hotel is relatively quiet and has a high-ceilinged hall. Taxis can drive to the hotel door.
The hotel is located in the old part of the town so it's great for exploring the city and having a wide selection of restaurants. It's located in a quiet street so it's good to have a proper sleep. The hotel is well maintained, the room was clean and functional. I can't really find any fault in that. The staff were great. I would recommend this place.
If you like to have new experience this place is meant for you. Old building with old design in a perfect spot in town. The only thing I can say about the place they accepte only cash which is a bet strange and you need to inform them about your breakfast to ensure that it will be ready for you. The staff are helpful, smiling and nice.

Nice price. But i did not reserve a room there any time. I preffer hotels with more rooms. Seems a bit scary to me.😀
A nice hotel, but with some issues. The room we stayed in was right next to the reception and we could hear every time the phone rang, which was quite frequent. Besides that the hotel is great within the budget range, and the reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 3 is solely due to an amazing staff who will do their best to make you have a nice holiday in Tbilisi.

Nice view. Clean and well equipped room. We had the room with the bathtub. You need to wait a while for the warm water, but it worked. At the time of my visit, there was no marking at the building, that the hotel is in there. I would advise the owners to add a placard to the building.

Kobuleti ghetto, haha, Rustaveli Street ends here. Pros: Not many people on the beach, quiet. The minibus ride to the center takes 10 minutes, and it's the last stop here. There are shops - water, beer, ice cream, and other small items. Cons: We didn't find any.
A recommendable place due to its proximity to the Black Sea. The location is an ideal base for trips to the town and Batumi. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A hotel with very nice rooms, with a balcony. Kitchen with dining room, possibility of grilling. Owner friendly and talkative.

That was one of the best times I spent in Tbilisi. Other than good location, warm hospitality, and historical stories about this place, I felt just like home. I cant never thank the wonderful owner as she deserves
My wife and I stayed here for multiple nights and were thrilled with the value, location, and hospitality. This spot feels like what Airbnb used to be with warm reception from a lovely local lady who runs the accommodation. Can't beat the price or hospitality!
If you are visiting Tbilisi, you have to stay at hotel Gutsa! The wonderful host, Gutsa, is a painter, and the whole hotel is decorated with her impressive work. The hotel is positioned amazingly in the city, a minute walk from Rustaveli metro station which can get you anywhere you want to go in the city (and lots of wonderful cafes in the area itself). Can’t recommend enough.
Very friendly hostess (utilising her computer to bridge the language gap caused by me not being able to understand Russian). What the room lacks in style, she makes up with her charisma.
Beautiful place, good romms but the food is not so good

Nice hotel, very clean. The service was amazing, friendly people , the view from the balcony and windows just perfect
Our 2nd stay here. Always the same incredible hospitality. Come here and you'll have one of your best memories in Georgia. Moreover, the city Sinaghi is lovely and this hotel has a very beautiful view on the valley. A swimming pool will be ready for this summer.
BelleVue was a gem of a find. The view (as the name may give away) was second to none. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, definitely the nicest hotel bathroom I had in some time. The food was inspired (go for the French breakfast in the morning!). The owner, Ilya, was absolutely lovely. Such a nice stay!
Crisp clean and super comfortable accommodation with breathtaking views. We know where to stay the next time we come to Signagi. Definitely recommended
We had a really pleasant stay there. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and have an increadible view of the valley. The hotel has it's own restaurant, where we tasted the owner's wine and had some terrific desserts. Would recommend
