A clean, comfortable hotel, which is located in one of the most favorable locations in the center of Batumi. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, but the hotel itself is quiet and cozy. I especially want to mention the attentive, polite staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next visit.

As an undemanding Czech tourist from Central Europe, I must say that nothing much. We were accommodated in an underground room. One of the best places to stay in Tbilisi, you may think it's far from city center but you are close to the metro, so for long stay and or if your with a car this is the best

It can’t get any more authentic than this! The family are all such warm and inviting people, and the house is very homely. You can pay a little extra for genuine home cooked food by the mother of the family and it was a huge highlight! The rooms are basic and comfy (although a little cold at night). And once the shower is warmed up it’s great. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing food. We had stayed at an apartment nearby and had meggie’s food for 2 days. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. The breakfast is very good, especially if you plan to hike after. one of the best authentic experiences you will get in Juta.

What a magical place. Private room with shared bathroom, all very clean and comfortable. The owners Levan and Meggie are super friendly and will help you with all you need. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as horseback tours. The view is just incredible. A wonderful place to recharge and hike up the mountains. Highly recommended:)

Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all. They try to give us a lower cost room. We lost 30 minutes to change rooms and floors. Finally we get the room which we had booked.

The McDonald's next door is also large and nice, perfect for breakfast, but you have to arrive before 10:00 AM to avoid rush hour and slow food delivery. Now, the bad part: the service is abysmal. We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

The hotel does not have a gym or spa. There is a private spa that does not belong to the hotel for a fee. I was explained that the cost of entry is 100 GEL and there is a discount for hotel guests. The supplement must be taken into account in the room costs.

The apartment was excellent very spacious clean and great location. The are around the hotel however is very run down. This did not bother me at all but I can imagine it would not be acceptable to some people.
