Elle Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi

This hotel has bedbugs. I stayed at this hotel in Tbilisi, and unfortunately, it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. A few days after my stay, I started developing multiple itchy red bites all over my body, some of them appearing in clusters, which strongly resembled bedbug bites. The itching was unbearable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’m certain this happened at this hotel. I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and conducts a thorough pest inspection. I’m sharing this so other travelers are aware and take extra precautions — always check the mattress seams, bed frame, and bedding for any signs of insects before settling in. I really wish I had known this before my stay. For your own comfort and safety, I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel.

Worst Hotel Ever – Do Not Stay Here! Our room was in the attic, boiling hot and impossible to sleep in. It was filthy, the facilities were a joke, and the breakfast was disgusting — cheap and barely edible. Worst of all, a drunk man tried to open our door at night and no one from the hotel gave a damn. This place is a complete disaster. Stay away!

Do not be fooled by the photos posted here. The front area of the hotel looks like an abandoned lot — absolutely nothing like what is advertised. Once inside, things only get worse. The room was filthy: stained bed sheets, bugs crawling inside, and a bathroom where water pooled on the floor with every use. The room itself was so tiny and suffocating, it felt more like a coffin than a hotel space. But the most disturbing part of our stay happened in the middle of the night. Someone tried to enter our room using a key. We screamed out of fear and managed to scare them away. Shaken and terrified, we rushed to the front desk only to find the receptionist — a young girl — fast asleep behind the counter. We had to shout several times before she woke up. And then, with no concern for what had just happened to us, she coldly told us there was nothing she could do until morning. When we asked her to contact the manager, she refused. We had no choice but to return to our room — terrified and completely unsupported. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was not only a disappointment — it was a nightmare.
