Amazing location I can walk daily to the sea and the restaurants around here, The community here is amazing and so friendly and I felt like I’m in home 💕 It’s only breakfast here so you need to walk to eat or order food by Bolt only Also you need cash to pay no credit card payment accepted here unfortunately

It is in a village and far from the batumi about 30 minutes. But it near to the beach about 3 min. Batumi beautiful garden is about 10 minutes from there. Hotel is clean and the owner is very kindly

We lived in the hotel for 8 months from autumn to summer. The room is equipped with everything we need. The owners were always friendly and helpful.

First time in Georgia! We're so happy with our choice of hotel! The food is superb, the rooms are clean. The hosts are welcoming! The pool is clean. Nino said at check-in: "You're family now!" And so it is!

Conveniently located, they have their own cafe with delicious food, a pool in the yard and most importantly, great staff.

It has huge rooms definitely fit for more than the people assigned to it. A balcony with a view of the Black sea. And if you don't want to go to the sea there is a big pool downstairs

The best hotel in the village of Kvariati in Georgia. The water on the beach is very clean, which cannot be said about Batumi !! The hotel has its own restaurant by the sea

Some of the staff are friendly and others look angry all the time. Some things I liked: They have beach towels for you and the pool is clean

Pros: nice service, clean rooms with great view, nice pool + kids pool Cons: parking problem, service machinery humming in the yard for 24 hours Hint: Visit 12th floor for great view

They DO NOT have a private beach, even though if is advertised as such. If you are looking to have a relaxing vacation this is NOT the right hotel for you

I like hotel very much, staff was very kind. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Restaurant food was not bad. Prices are too hight. Maid didn’t clean toilet properly. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and view. But it has narrow road to villa, instead it has shuttle service to sea.

I can't speak about how it's beautiful and cozy the swmingpool is vere beautiful the view is from the fantasy.

Kvariati is one of the best places to stay on the Black Sea coast. The resort is located near Batumi and has a special climate. Mountains on one side, sea on the other

Home Sweet Home! Not far from the sea

We have just been to hotel anaklia for dinner. The georgian food was tasty accompanied by interesting Georgian music and the Service was friendly.

We ordered food and after 1 hour we had our food and not excatly what we wanted. Because the waiter didn't write the order and trusted his memory!

Not far from Sea Beach. A lot of kafes near the hotel exist. Good breakfasts. It's a bit of noisy. Good service and clean rooms. Good shower.

Nice hotel for good price. There is also shared kitchen with stove so you can cook for yourself. Stuff doesn't speak English but is very kind. You can pay by card here.

Centrally located within walking distance of all attractions in Batumi. Worth the money for a few days stay though the rooms are small but overall a very safe place. The staff at reception is very nice and helpful

We decided to book a last minute room whilst travelling with the van. It's very quiet and refreshing after travelling so long. Breakfast was not included but we could pay extra for it and it was worth it!

The rooms are modern and clean but most of them are quite small. Location is excellent, near restaurants and not far from the Bazaar. Difficult to open a large suitcase in the room

Kids have playground, adults have hammocks, all the beach toys and umbrellas or beds you need are provided for free! This Family owned hotel will make you feel so very welcome, you come back renewed and well rested ! The cook was amazing, food was healthy and delicious!! The road to the hotel is bumpy, and it's located not very close to the beach. The staff is very very helpful, you can ask anything, and you will get any kind of help at any time

I have been stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good near the beach but It has no View to sea. Clean hotel, Staff are so polit and responsible against guests. Breakfast is not good for Iranian.

I want to thank them for their good temper and help. We were traveling with pet and our pet also enjoyed her time. The hotel wasn’t far from the beach nor the city center

Black sand, different from the other beaches in that area

Quite unusual beach with black magnetic sand, supposedly having healing properties but infrastructure rather substandard. Still definitely worth to see.

Water is more wormer than in Batumi. Nice and quite place
