Next let me shortly describe my positive memories: marvelous territory with many plants and trees, nice cafeteria inside the hotel (tasty food and nice prices), very good location of the hotel (near the sea, bus stop nearby), clean and fully equipped rooms, swimming pool inside the hotel

The hotel has a basketball court, a large pool and a cafe from which, among other dishes, you can taste delicious Georgian traditional food, the rooms are always clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, also the beach is very close, which is a bonus point for me

Service was amazing, people were very sweet, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also really close to the beach, which gives opportunity for nice and relaxing walk alongside the sea even at nights.

Brilliant! An amazing hotel with beautiful yard and garden, very close to the sea, tasty food and awesome customer service. Friendly and helpful hosts. Perfect for team building tours (40-50 people).

Everything was very good, only one problem, no elevator, but stuff help to pick up baggage on the third floor

Also the frige did not work and had to be replaced. Breakfast was decent but suprisingly only from 09:00 o'clock. location was pretty good and the area was quite. In the close vicinity two supermarkets

There was also a little terrace in which the engine of the A/C was located so it was not covinient. There was no lights beside beds and there was a problem with the shower pipe which was fixed later

As a whole it is a budget accomodation especially if you do not mind to take your way upstairs to the third floor because there is no elevator

Spent four nights at this hotel. Consisted of a living room and a double bed room. Air condition was located in the "living room"

This hotel is full of charm with very friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with a warm decoration. Restaurant is having a great location and a nice terrace on the river side

It is located in the center, opposite the parking lot. Not crowded. Good conditions and most importantly clean and not expensive. I recommend it to everyone.

My room was nice and cozy with a wonderful view from the balcony and windows. I enjoy sauna, massage and gym room too

We ate on the riverside in the hotel grounds, assisted by a young waiter who went out of his way to be helpful and in English too. Good fried fish. Didn't go in the hotel or restaurant building.

I'd also like to mention the restaurant! For the first time in Ureki, we had a delicious meal. ) The staff was very attentive and friendly. The administrator, Shorena, is a polite woman, always ready to help

A good shower is important to me, and the hotel was also excellent in that regard. It's a three-minute walk to the sea, a very convenient location

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel

Excellent location, right at the beatch. Very basic interior, but clean and friendly. Terrific view of the mountains and sea. Georgian cusine offered in a small restaurant at the beach.

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try

The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water

The hotel is close to the sea, literally five minutes walk. Also close to many shops, supermarket, market

A hotel where nothing bothers you. We lived on the 4th floor, in a 2-room suite. Great view from the window on both sides. The sea is nearby, the market is nearby, all the food is nearby

Only 50 m to the black sea, but its far enough so its very quiet and night

Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

Nice hotel. Super location. We left at 6 am and get the take away breakfast. Only disadvantage was that we had to wait until 1.30pm despite we were told to come on 12.00. Clean rooms. I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the receptionist didn’t seem very talkative. The room is as on pictures, the only thing I would recommend is to change the bath towels, they are very old and small size

Views from this hotel are amazing, and food is also okay, however rooms are quite medium, there is no lift and you need to climb stairs, which would be okay, but when its raining there is no cover and till you get till the top floor you are soaking wet

Restaurant prices are also quite expensive for the food quality they offer

I was just there for my second time, and wanted to share my great experience there. It is so close to the beach and the food there is amazing! The rooms are so comfortable with AC. I will definitely be coming here again

For me food was a little bit too oily and I don't like Mayonnaise and nearly every salad had it. Good was that, you could choose from planty different dishes, one that you liked. Swimming pool was veeeery clean too

Nice cozy hotel with a swimming pool and a small children's area. Three meals a day included in the accommodation. The food is very tasty and varied. Already twice rested here and never regretted

The receptionist can speak English as well as (of course) Russian, it helped a lot we didn't have any hard time to communicate with them. The rooms are well cleaned and tidy, and big enough with all what you need

A bit old fashioned hotel, but still up to "a three-star" mark; situated in a great location just 250-300 meters away from the coastline.

Well, in the mornings, the "aroma" of sewage (by the way, this is a real problem in all the guest houses where we lived before). But there were no interruptions in water and the Internet, this is a plus

Check-in was quick, and we were immediately invited to grab some refreshments. We were especially pleased that Chef Nino was willing to prepare dinner to suit each guest's individual preferences

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and decorated in a modern style. The huge courtyard is a true oasis! It's beautifully maintained, surrounded by flowers, and the reception desk is right there

It's no secret that service and Georgia are unfortunately rare concepts, especially for us, spoiled by a civilized European holiday (and given that Kobuleti is a small resort village)

The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is within walking distance, not far from the central park, at the exit from the hotel there is a 24-hour network market

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs...

5 mins walk from Black sea coastline. Tea and sugar were provided in rooms. Rooms were cleaned on request. Breakfast was ok and options were available

Many grocery shops, pharmacies, atms, shopping stores, and others are very close. Plus it is 5 minutes walking to 6 may park and very close to the beach

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2017. The owner, Aza, is a responsive and very pleasant woman who strives to ensure everyone's comfort and convenience. We were very pleased with the hotel staff

The rooms and public areas were clean. The food was always fresh and delicious

Three meals a day are provided (you won't go hungry). Shops and cafes are within walking distance. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay

The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool

Inside the hotel, there is also a lounge area with billiards where guests can relax, and a café, though we didn’t try the food there. I did, however, try their breakfast, which was healthy, fresh, and very enjoyable

I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone, especially for the outstanding service, which was the best I’ve experienced not only in Ureki but also compared to many hotels along the Batumi coast

I would like to separately note the quality of the food in the restaurant. Prices for lunches and dinners are the same as in neighbouring cafes, but everything is very tasty and comfortable cafe

The sea is a 3-minute walk away. For a family vacation with small children, this is an ideal place. The hostess of the hotel Maya is always ready to help, she also speaks Russian and created a family atmosphere there
