Best ever days in Georgia Everything was amazing mainly the stuffs was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff The bathroom wasn’t dirty, but the tile was poor quality where I could easily slip and break my neck. Also the drain in the bathroom was missing and shower leaked on to shower floor. Also unclear how to use heater/AC. Other than that it was fine.

Absolutely perfect view from the upper floor rooms with balconies (try to get the middle one). In the middle of the tourist area, most sights can be reached comfortable by a short walk. Breakfast available in the opposite building, it is okay but only from 9am, though. Would recommend if you want to stay within the old city area.

Location is good, sea views, nice rooms.but services in the room are 0 No water although there is a heater. no tea no coffee although there is a coffee maker To get water you have to speak the manager as i was informed by the reception. We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

It’s a lovely, historic property. Staff work very hard, it is clean and easy walking distance to Old Tbilisi and many tour pick up points. Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation with my pregnancy and could not travel. I was disappointed that the the hotel did not respond to a request for a partial refund - even saying no would have been better than no response at all.
