The check-in time wasn't late (around 2 PM), but I made a reservation for a sea view and went in, but there was a construction site in front of the balcony, so I couldn't open the window because of the dust and the smell of workers' cigarettes. Even in the morning, I had no choice but to leave because of the construction noise when I tried to sleep slowly. When I checked in, I asked if I could move to a different room because of the construction in front of the balcony, but they only gave me a rude reply that there was nothing they could do. The couple's trip that I had been looking forward to turned out to be the worst memory I have of Batumi because of the accommodation. Another thing is that when I went in after checking in, I saw that the sink and the water tank were full, so it seemed like they didn't check the cleaning properly. Because of that, my mood was really ruined.

The room is very nice, spacious and bright, with a balcony facing the sea. It is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, very suitable for self-operation. Downstairs is the beach garden. The experience is very good and worth recommending

Great location and view. This location and room at this price is a unique opportunity within the building complex where the Hilton hotel is located. I wish they had shown the same sensitivity for room decoration.

Facilities are perfect but a bit far away for viewing points.
There was a strange smell in the room when I first check in.
And there are clothes left by pervious resident in the washing machine.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.

The location is very good. It can be said to be one of the landmarks of Batumi. It is right next to Hilton. It was developed by the same developer as Hilton. The appearance is exactly the same, but one building is given to Hilton and the other is given to this one. Half of this building is occupied by residents and the other half is rented out. There are also two companies that have taken over the owners' houses to run as hotels. First of all, the scenery is very good, facing the sea. Secondly, it is very safe. Thirdly, the most important thing is that it is a transit point for long-distance travel. There are washing machines. In addition, the restaurant and bar on the top floor of the Hilton next to it can be used well. Another point is that the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is very high.

In my opinion, the apartments are excellent, value for money, very friendly staff, this is the second time we stay at this hotel. It's a pity that the construction of the new Orbi hotel is starting nearby, this will cause inconvenience.

Facilities: Everything you need is there. I haven’t tried it for cooking, so I can’t comment on it. The shower head is very big and very hot. It’s nice.
Hygiene: There is no free housekeeper, only paid ones, the overall hygiene is okay
Environment: Right on the beach, easy to walk to anywhere, in the middle of the entire coastline, facing the Black Sea
Service: Self-driving is not recommended, the parking instructions are not clear, you need to go around in a circle and go back to the Hilton parking lot, 40gel a day, at your own expense! ! ! ! I don’t really recommend this place for the price of Jukeng.
