The reception staff is very polite and friendly.
Cons:
The hotel is a steep climb. It might be difficult for older guests and families with children. But the location is right next to the sulfur baths and close to the main attractions.
And the main drawback is the cleaning of the rooms. That's why there are so many 3 stars. On the first day, the cleaning lady barely cleaned the room; mugs weren't washed, beds weren't made. The ashtray on the balcony was left full. They only put water on it. And they left a dirty blue cleaning glove in the middle of the table. I'd like to ask the hotel management—is this normal? Same thing happened on the second day; thank you for not leaving the glove.
Apart from the cleaning, everything is great.
On the slope, there were only two rooms occupied when we came to stay

The walking to this hotel is not as nice. But taking into account that it’s located in Old Tbilisi with some road reconstruction is understandable.
