During cold weather, we found that there was no hot water in the room. Calling the reception was impossible as none of the common numbers worked, so we had to go down in person to complain. We were assured that the issue would be fixed in five minutes, but after an hour, nothing changed. Another trip to the reception only resulted in being told it would take even longer.
Additionally, basic amenities were lacking—there were no glasses provided to drink hot water, requiring yet another visit downstairs. The breakfast was also disappointing—cold and with very few options.
Overall, while the location and cleanliness are positives, the poor service and lack of responsiveness made for a frustrating stay. Would not recommend unless these issues are improved.
Staffs are very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good 👍 and there's also walking distance carrefour.
15 mins away there's a small park and bread store that sells fresh bread 😍😍 imagine walking everyday there smelling the fresh bread, it was heaven! 💛💛🥰
The breakfast was decent, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The staff really stood out—they’re super polite and always ready to help. It’s also a good spot for families, and there’s a supermarket close by, which is super convenient.
It’s a little away from the city center, but the metro is close by, so getting around isn’t an issue. If you prefer taxis, using an app will cost you less than 6 Lari to get to the center, so it’s pretty affordable.
Overall, if you’re after a straightforward, comfy stay in Tbilisi, Garden Boutique is worth considering.
