Good things:

The location of the hotel is great.
The hotel is very clean, renovated and looks nice.
The host is super nice and helpful.
The place is quiet.

Not so good things:

The mattress! They should be replaced - I left in the morning, it is 17.00 and my back still hurts after sleeping on them. They stopped being firm as they should be like a few months ago.

The windows are not soundproof and you hear the neighbours talking outside (not through the walls) but it is not a big problem as the place is very quiet, however it may annoy someone who needs peace.

The light from the corridor is visible in the room through the gap under the door. I have to use a blanket to cover it as it disturbed me and could not fall asleep.

Good hotel. Close to attractions an walkable to central station.
Nice guy at reception and so quite. Staff speaking too loud in the morning, but this is not a issue for us, maybe another customers can complain.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It’s spotlessly clean and cozy, with a prime location. The hospitality staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Even before arrival, I received a warm welcoming message, and all my questions via WhatsApp were answered promptly—making me feel genuinely looked after. Upon arrival, I was impressed that parking had been arranged despite the tight and congested area, something I noticed was also extended to other guests. From the first moment, the atmosphere felt more like being hosted in a home than a mere hotel transaction. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and included thoughtful little touches that made a difference. Breakfast was simple yet generous—well-prepared and diverse enough to suit any palate. Overall, a wonderful stay marked by warmth, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff and the owner was really generous. I came here without a booking and they helped me instantly. Also my friends is joining later in the night and that was no problem. I got a small gift from the owner because I choose to book direct what was really kind.

The people working at reception are very kind and helpful. I was always greeted with a warm smile whenever I passed by. My room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast included a good selection and was delicious. There is a metro station nearby or you can walk to the old town and take in the sights along the way. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tbilisi.

Simply great, staff is friendly and willing to do the extra mile to make you feel at home. Rooms are comfortable and quite a few have a balcony. Yes, this is one of the best hotels I stayed in and I stayed in a lot of hotels. 6 stars

This hotel is located a few minutes away from Holy Trinity church. The hotels facilities are fantastic. The room I stayed in was brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular Irina. Her professionalism is amazing and I give her 10/10 :) When I come back to Georgia, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is amazing and the staff unbelievable friendly, kind, nice and completely professional. You feel just like at home away from home. I don't have enough words in order to describe my Absolutely unforgettable experience with those amazing people! Hotel is very clean, with cozy, spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable beds and excellent and beautiful old city views. Area is definitely great, very close to Alvabary subway station with a local market and nice small shops. Also nice and cozy restaurant's you can find as well. But....first of all is a hotel staff. I'll never forget you. You are really the best people, that I ever met. Thank you for everything. I cannot wait to return. With my best regards and a lot of respect.
