Diuma Hotel in Tbilisi

The hotel is simply wonderful! For the price, it's a gem. We stayed for one day before flying out of Tbilisi airport, but the day will remain etched in our memories, thanks in part to the hotel. I rarely write reviews, but it's impossible not to mention Marika, the staff member. We've never met a more warm-hearted person in any hotel in the world. Attentive, helpful, and simply endlessly kind. Truly, she's the only reason to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect: it's in the very center of the old town, with almost all the main sights not just within walking distance: 5-10 minutes. The rooms are okay, nothing special, but everything is very clean and tidy. The linens/towels/bathroom are all as they should be. There's a safe, TV, and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is simple but delicious: scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, etc. Tea/coffee are free at any time of the day) Check-out is at 12, but they allow you to leave your things for as long as you like) Marika offered warm drinks and warming up) I'm writing a review while still here - well, it was a very pleasant impression) and the view from the window... just a fairy tale) There is a piano on the 1st floor, they let me play)

The accommodation is in the heart of the city, making it convenient to get around. We got a room with a balcony, which was amazing. There's a really popular bar next to the accommodation, perfect for people-watching.
The room had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The price is very cheap if you book a non-refundable room.

The hotel was okay.

My room, advertised as having a balcony, didn't actually have one; instead, the courtyard served as my balcony. The room bordered the courtyard, so it was very noisy when partygoers came into the hotel at night. It was fine for two nights.

The breakfast was also quite good.

The breakfast was fantastic! There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. However, the service started quite late, and initially, only bread, dairy products, and boiled eggs were available. This might not be ideal for guests who wish to start their sightseeing early.

Average hotel. Very good location. Right next to the hotel there is a night club and it is very noisy. Breakfasts are bad and very meager - omelet with pieces of sausage (if you have time). Pasta - all this should be hot. And in small bowls chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. There is a bowl with cottage cheese and sour cream. And bowls so you understand not for each guest, but for all those having breakfast. At the same time, nothing is added..
As for the staff, I can say that they are very nice and responsive people
