We spent one night here in January, the owner is very kind and available for any request, location is 5 minutes walk from republic square and the metro station, though very quiet. Big plus, great night view from the window!
Moreover, we also had to move our trip to different dates due to illness and she was very nice to us, great stay 😃

It's a very cozy hotel. But it's difficult to get there by minibus due to the narrow streets.

The guesthouse is located a 5-minute walk from Rustaveli Avenue, in the quiet alleys of the Zemeli neighborhood. The avenue is full of cars, but here it's quiet, and you wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong in the tiny gardens. The spacious rooms have everything you need (a refrigerator, kettle, and air conditioning), everything is clean, and everything works. The bathroom is also spacious, which is important, in my opinion. We cooked in the basement kitchen, carved directly into the cliff! Our room had a beautiful bird's-eye view of Tbilisi.

This is a village in the High Caucasus, so don't expect luxury. You can sleep and eat. Shared bathrooms are also acceptable for short stays.
