We enjoyed our stay at this charming and beautifully designed hotel in Tbilisi. It is located in a pleasant neighborhood that offers both convenience and atmosphere: access to the city center is fairly easy, and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and shops — perfect for picking up khachapuri, cheese, and other local treats. Breakfast was quite good, with small variations from day to day to keep it fresh. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. The only real drawback was the triple room we booked. It felt too small for three beds and would have been more comfortable as a double. Room facilities were acceptable for a 3–4 star property, but there is room for improvement. Overall, the hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, a great location, and a comfortable stay, though the room size might be an issue for larger groups.

Just steps from the Marjanishvili metro station. Comfortable hotel, but be aware that some rooms have bathrooms where the hot water doesn't always work. The bedding is new and comfortable, and the hotel is clean. There's a courtyard with tables, which is very pleasant in the summer. The hotel isn't on the street but tucked away at the back of a recess (parking area). Overall, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is plentiful, with dishes changing daily. The price is affordable (around €50 for 3 breakfasts included). Airport transfer is available for 35 GEL.

Really great place with very good location and the best director. Breakfast was nornal, service was really great, every day they clean the room, give water, etc. The personal is very friendly, Special thanks to YOU MAYA for her kindness and everything.

Hotel is much more than it's photos represent. Breakfast? Perfect Rooms are ok, but maybe improvement is awaiting. The best thing about Hotel is it's location. I was amazed when I found such a beautiful place right on Marjanishvili Square.

“Luxury” hotel means different things to different people. This is a nice hotel but not luxury for me. So far spent two nights in two different rooms. First room had a nice little balcony and everything worked. The mattress was soggy. The second night, no balcony. Mattress was OK but TV was out. The front desk told me they were having “problems.” Indeed. Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is hard by the old city and very convenient. The menu in the Veranda restaurant looks good, but is vastly overpriced. There is a nice restaurant right down the block (right turn). Front desk English not good. Would not take my word that I had nothing from the minibar without checking the room ( I guess that says something about the clientele.). You can do better. Happy Trails. P

I don't know if I received the VIP Advantage. What does it consist of? Hotel very close to a Metro station. Relatively close to restaurants. Breakfast a bit lacking for a 4 star but, as always, the European 4 stars are different from the 4 stars of other countries. Double standards

Great little cheap hotel, however:
It's a little hard to find, it's around the back of the main building, it took us 25 minutes to find the entrance.
The free Breakfast was great but I didn't like paying extra for coffee when you advertise free breakfast.
The design of the bathroom means there is no shower door and the whole room gets flooded anytime someone uses it.
It sounds negative big these are all minor issues and we will be staying there again in a week or so.
