The staff was impolite and unprofessional. The hotel felt more like a playground than a place to rest extremely noisy due to children running around constantly. We booked our room nearly two months in advance, yet we were forced to change rooms during our stay. Even worse, the staff failed to arrange a smooth transition between rooms and made us wait in the lobby with our luggage and literally wasted our day in the middle of our stay. Even the beds were broken and the TV was not working. Overall, the service was unhelpful and poorly managed, which seriously affected our holiday experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The place is amazing — clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The receptionist is great! Murad was especially helpful and friendly; he assisted us a lot and has a wonderful way of helping people. Highly recommended!

This is a super sweet hotel with an amazing stuff Leo. The hotel is at perfect location with very clean room. Grocery and money exchange is next door. Leo is super friendly! He provided us a free bottle of wine, helped is to set up the lights and music on balcony. After hearing we will go for a early day tour that will miss the breakfast. He prepared lunch box for us! It's a such wonderful experience in Tbilisi. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel has been beyond our expectations. It’s in a key location close to all interesting places. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The reception staff is amazing and very welcoming. They made our marriage anniversary a especial celebration. We would recommend this hotel & would certainly come again.

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is newly rebuilt. Very good location, and near attractive tourism places.
Receptions are polite and helpful. The room is reasonable and good. The price is very good compared to the clean room.
Rooms are equipped with AC.
Negative points: no parking available, no elevator (2 floors hotel), no breakfast and restaurant(but you can use the beautiful roof terrace with a great view and enjoy there 24hrs freely. Just take your food from markets)
Conclusion: lovely hotel and suggested.

Rooms: clean minimalist rooms with spacious setting. The view from the corner room is great.
Service: staff is very friendly and has 24 hour reception. We checked in at 12 at night and we got our room within 10 minutes.
Location:
Public transport : For people wanting to travel via tiblisis public transport, the bus station is right next to the hotel.
Halal food: For people who want halal food options, there is one lane full of halal restaurants serving shawarma, falafel, houka and other middle east cuisines. One or two halal georgian restaurants are there as well.
Tourist attractions:
There is a park at a 5 minute walk which has a lot of monuments
There is a souvenirs bazaar right across the bridge next to the hotel.
10/10 - definitely recommend.

Best experience in Georgia. Cute decoration, decent room and Very helpful hosts! Good location, close to the bar street and there are restaurants and supermarket in walking distance. Recommended

My first time in Georgia, a business trip, turned to a contentious joy, I was a very lucky to find the hotel, from the first until the last second, I only experienced care, kind, polite friends who are ready to help make my stay memorable.
What a fantastic couple own the place, and run it at the same time, I felt like staying with old friend who really care and help. You can see the high test and professional "touch" in all corners, I realized later that they managed to have wonderful modern five stars hotel inside, while keeping the beautiful historical house outside as is.
Room is supper clean, well-organized and comfortable. Location is perfectly centralized: very close to the nice walk, the market and the river. You can stay here without any need for public transportation if you move around.
I would give more than five stars and will come back with family and enjoy being at home again.

Loved my stay at this new hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia. It's an old building turned into a hotel and the location is top notch.
Walking distance from popular tourist attractions such as Dry Bridge, Davit Agmaneshebeli Ave, and more. Stellar service from hotel owners. They gave me tips on where to go and even showed me around places in Tbilisi.
The hotel has a rooftop with awesome views and a balcony with table and chairs. The room is spacious and complete with amenities.
