Thank God for the young woman at the Reception who helped me arrange an alternative stay nearby.
Not sure whose fault it was - Expedia's or hotel's, but it was a little unnerving to arrive and not have a room.
Negative points are:
1. We hanged sign "Clean up room", but nothing happened. The carpet is dirty. The shower missed some part.
2. Service by the reception. We arrived at 4.30 in the morning.
The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly.
He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service.
To summarize: Good hotel , good location but needs improvement.
If the elevator breaks down three times in two days, don’t live on a floor that’s too high.
Friendly staff. Entrance to the rooms with key cards. Great location.
