Worst hotel ever!!! Its a 4-star without providing water in the room. we asked the reception they said there is payment 2lari. Again we inform the reception that there is no water he said that supplier didnt deliver!!!

This hotel is awful and filthy. The furniture is old and dilapidated, it smells terrible, and the staff are hostile. It's like a place for the homeless. I absolutely do not recommend it. I swear I'm telling the truth.

had a lovely stay at this hotel. with the warm welcome from Saba behind the desk to the lovely breakfast prepared by the kind staff, we had a pleasant experience.

So happy with the service of Tbilisi Inn hotel. Very good service with smile specially Susan who is attending everyday morning breakfast. She is so helpful, kind and always love to serve with smile! Food are great and well serve on time! Thank you so much Susan! 😍Thank you also to the guy who attended us in front desk! He is so kind and helpful too! Forgot his name.Well recommended to this hotel! Very accessible to all beautiful spots in Tbilisi! We had a great stay in Georgia very beautiful and historical country! ❤️❤️❤️

Maka & other guy at reception very helpful. The advantage of this hotel is its location. Rooms are old and average cleanliness. Do not expect Like 5*. Overall a decent hotel.

Good hotel, Rooms have TV, Wifi, Fridge, Clean Bathrooms, and a safe.
Friendly staff, knows decent English, and food is traditional and provided timely.
