Great location, but the downside is that the staff doesn't understand Russian at all.

If you're from Russia, you won't be welcome here, keep that in mind. Other than that, it's a very clean, new place. We chose it because it's close to the bus station.

The property was very nice and in a quiet area(12th floor of a residential building). I stayed 27 days.
Very nice and helpful and friendly staff spacial Mrs.Natalia and house keeper and the kitchen staff.
In case I travel to Tbilisi again will most probably book there.

The advantages include a good view from the windows, and an upper veranda where you can sit.
The hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of a residential building. To go up, you need to enter the intercom code, then skin the elevator. The room is cleaned on request. There is a hair dryer. Soap and shampoo are firmly fixed, it is impossible to move. Disposable brushes are not provided, the towel is worn out, with holes. You can smoke only on the veranda, where the dining room is, although there is also a balcony on the floor where the rooms are, but it is supposedly only for the staff. Not all the staff are Russian-speaking. Breakfast is quite simple and monotonous. To get to the center, you need to take a taxi.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel, it is very good, but it is a bit difficult to find. There is a code door 7799# for the entrance on the first floor, and then the elevator requires the code 7799#. The elevator is on the 12th floor. I hope this can help you.

I chose to book a twin room a few days ago, and left a message in English saying that I needed two beds. When I arrived, I was told that there was only a double bed room, or that I could only add an extra small bed. There is nothing wrong with the interior of the room, but the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the coughs next door. I took a five-hour flight during the day and slept in the same bed with someone else at night, which seriously affected the quality of my sleep. I was still awake after three in the morning. It's safe. I have to take a five-hour flight the next day. I don’t understand why I was told that there were no twin beds in the twin room I booked. Not satisfied!

Not bad. Situated quite far from the metro, but if you use a taxi or your own transport, then ok. There is parking, but just to get there you need to call the reception every time. There is a cobweb on the ceiling in the room, the refrigerator does not freeze, but even leaks. Beds and pillows are comfortable, there are enough grocery stores nearby. Towels were not changed for 3 days, the room was not cleaned.

hotel staff were very friendly. Especially when we went for breakfast, I always saw the smiling faces of the working ladies towards me. The breakfast section was very clean and nice. The smoking and relaxation section of the hotel, located in the private upper section, was also very clean and tidy. hotel room was clean. and the location of the hotel was in a safe place. And we had no problems with the internet. The internet was working very well even in the breakfast section. And I would like to thank again and again the 4 ladies working in the breakfast section.
