Far from the center, close to the subway, but the location is perfect.

The view is beautiful. The metro is 3 minutes away. The room is a bit rickety, and the shower head in the bathroom doesn't work well.

This hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500
Metres away. The staff were very welcoming and the cleaning staff helpful - reception staff tried to help wherever they could. I would recommend for anyone needing to be in this area or arriving from Kazbegi etc.

A good hotel for the price. I couldn't even find fault. We stayed for a few nights. Perfect for a rest after a long journey! There's a metro station nearby, and Carrefour is nearby. The guy at reception spoke Russian and gave us metro directions and was generally friendly.
The room was clean, as was the shower. Panoramic windows, and from the 6th floor we had a great view of the mountains. There's a busy road nearby, but we had no problems.

Excellent hotel, in a quiet place)) large rooms, two bathrooms, two balconies. We are very happy for the money))

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.

The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.

Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.

Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.

The hotel is good for its price, friendly administrator, spacious room. Of the minuses, there were noisy neighbors, and the hair dryer did not work. We decided not to go to breakfast.
