I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, truly the best feature of our experience. However, the breakfasts were disappointing, offering the same items every day. On a positive note, the design and atmosphere of the hotel were impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Be aware that it can be noisy.

We were dissatisfied with our room assignments, as there was a stark contrast between what we paid and what we received.
Due to the weekend, the staff couldn't do much to address our concerns.
Additionally, the entrance and lobby had an unpleasant odor from the carpet.
In summary, our stay was below average, with the only positive being the location. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't worth the price.

We stayed in rooms 205 and 211, both of which were comfortable with great A/C that allowed us to sleep soundly after being out in the heat. While the breakfast could have been better, the restaurant downstairs serves good food. I think tge restaurant name is adore. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

We went to Georgia Last February 2024 for our wedding, and we stayed at The Zeg Hotel. It is located in the heart of Tbilisi and it offers easy access to all the major tourist attractions in the city. Whether you want to explore the historic Old Town or visit the modern Bridge of Peace, ride cable car to see Mother of Georgia, our hotel's central location makes it convenient for us to just walk around without spending money for taxis. With public transportation nearby, you can easily reach any destination in the city. The breakfast is also good, and the staffs are very accommodating. I recommend this Hotel! 👌🏻💯

Rooms are little cozy but location wise this hotel is perfect as it has everything near by like liberty square, peace of bridge, all kind of dining and mainly 24 hours restaurant and markets. Spar is just opposite of hotel and just 100 meters, you will find clubs and restaurants. Morning breakfast wad amazing with lots of options and servers are very polite and always smiling which make your day start with positive things. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fantastic, great location the staff friendly and very helpful. We had a room looking out over the courtyard so looking at past reviews I can understand their dislike to this with the noise issue, but for us it wasn’t a problem, even with it being Georgian new years. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the only issue you could maybe say is the lighting is a tad poor. Other than that you can’t go wrong with staying here.

a disgraceful hotel. If you do not want to be harassed by other customers staying at the hotel, definitely do not stay. While staying in your room, you may be harassed by two men you do not know, and the hotel staff will protect their harassing guests, not you. It's obviously a business that wants female guests to be disturbed. You cannot get a refund even for security-related problems. If you love your life, definitely do not stay in this hotel. Anything can happen to you in this hotel.

Very nice location. Almost at center of city center. Little noisy untill mid nigh ,as its just beside the main street. Breakfast arrangement is not up to mark.Need to go to another place nearby for breakfast and you dont know where are you as no one to entertain you there.

The room was smallish but comfortable . We slept very well . We appreciated the attentive and skilled staff. We loved the big windows overlooking the street. Super convenient location in the center of Tibilisi. For us the only drawback was the many stairs (no elevator ) but at least the stairs were user-friendly . The breakfast was super!

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
