Overall it's alright, it's close to the station.

One minor point: the bed frame is too high, when you sit on/step out the bed, due to mattress softness, thigh "hurt" ..

A really cool new hotel, nice lounge with drinks and a vending machine. Billiards... good breakfast. The rooms are quite small, but the bunk beds make optimal use of the space.

The service was excellent, parking was convenient, and the room was comfortable. However, the table was too small, and breakfast only included cold dishes, not hot food, and no fried eggs were served.

Very clean rooms and interesting decoration. We, as a family of three, liked the hotel very much. Location was very close to train station and there was an open air concert for city festival nearby but no noise in the room thanks to very well isolated windows.

Great hotel to stay at. We booked 4 double rooms with no problems at all. Staff were pleasant. Only thing was that there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaning well everyday whilst we were out.

Good rooms and location, only issue is that the TV isnt a smart one so long business trips without a smart TV can be a bit boring.

The hotel is located almost directly next to the Europa Therme spa, a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of dishes. Dinner was a three-course meal, plus a salad bar where guests could assemble their own salad. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I stayed in Göppingen for 3 nights. The town was very nice, clean and tidy, with a slow pace of life. The streets were especially pleasant to walk on, especially on rainy nights. The hotel facilities were very new and comfortable. I would choose this hotel again next time.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy. Plus, there's a Coco and a Chinese restaurant right at the corner.

Walking distance to Heraeus office buildings. AC automatically shuts down when it reaches desired temperature. Once it shuts down, it can only be turned back on manually. The only way to keep it on is to set a very low temperature that’s not possible for AC to reach.

Stayed one night, bed was clean but this hotel is in need of a technical person who can fix the loose toilet seat and broken light switches and all other small things that feel end of life. When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist....
