Experience with staffs was great even when trip somehow made a mistake in my booking. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 night but the hotel can only find booking for 1 room. Had to pay extra for the second room. Hopefully Trip can sort this out and refund me the extra that I paid for

The location is fantastic, and the price is reasonable too. It's within walking distance to several must-see attractions like the Old Town and the Financial District. You can store your luggage in the lockers conveniently located downstairs at the hotel.

Travelled with my family. The location was fabulous; it is just a short walk from Berlin central train station. You can get anyway of the city via Tram, Bus, and Underground Metro. The hotel practise "Self Service". You got to do self-check-in.

This is a really nice hotel. It is in a great location, across the street from the central railway station. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Berlin. There are two restaurants beside the hotel plus you have all the shops in the station. The room in the hotel is very stylish, you will love it 😀.

The Hotel is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and clean (at least if you take a double comfort room) and the personel is kind. However I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the sauna and that I had to reserve a table to have my breakfast in the morning or my diner in the night. If you include breakfast in the hotel bill, everyone should be able to freely sit and eat without being interrupted...

The service was very good. The facilities were okay, a bit dated but adequate. The shower being in the bathtub is a sign of the age of the place. The breakfast was very good, everything you could want.

Our second stay. But still the service is not up to standard. At the breakfast you are met with tables with reservations on them and you have to look for a table that is free. They all looked reserved. No help from the staff Toilet paper is a cheap fabric. The photos make it look like there’s a nice bar. But that’s not the way it is when you are there

Spent there 1 night on the business trip. Room was OK, big free parking in front of the hotel. There's a swimming pool inside the hotel but I didn't use it. Breakfast normal, nothing special honestly, brewed coffee, not from the pressurised coffee machine (espresso style) so I give 1 star less for this.

Jan 2023. Visiting from UK & regretfully got delayed due to a ferry breakdown so did not arrive on the 1st night we booked. We did however email them from Hull to let them know this but they still made us pay for the room (dissapointing) when we arrived. A Nice hotel but really simple rooms

I am in love with this hotel. The staff is nice. You can even cook in the kitchen, when you ask for it. Isn't this amazing? The only thing I didn't like is how they made the bed. I need the whole duvet and not a half. Please leave the blanket outside. Gotta cuddle my feet somehow. I also love that you can dim the light and it feels nostalgic there.

We had one night in executive suite. The decor of the hotel was really cool and the overall vibe nice. Good location. Super clean. The shower of the room was lovely. There were however, a few lacks in our room: there was no hair dryer and there were only one glass for tea/coffee and there were no spoon to mix the coffee sweeteners. The location is a bit remote, situated in a residential area, but it's quiet. The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and there's a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The surrounding environment is very good and quiet, which I like very much. I have stayed here twice, and the front desk was very welcoming this time. The breakfast was also good. It is not far from the subway station: U1 four stations to the city center railway station.

Hotel close to transport in a small, quiet area, it is also very well located for visiting the Olympic Stadium

It was phenomenal, great atmosphere. Very clean rooms and the gym was a nice add-on. Parking is 15€ per night or 2€ an hour.

The room size is decent, staff are friendly. Only thing is they do not provide any toothbrushes. The only thing provided is towels.

If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops.

The rooms are quite old-fashioned, but you can stay in them for a few days. The bed was good. The breakfast at the hotel was of the usual standard, but the dinner food was quite modest. The drinks service did not work at dinner, we had finished eating our food before the waiter brought the drinks.

Room was great, big, quiet, comfortable and clear. Bathroom also fine. Staff are nice and friendly. Only the location is a bit far but the price is low, so, still a good experience.

The hotel is in a good location, with a parking lot underground, but the service is a bit average. My colleague told the front desk that he would check out one day in advance, and they agreed. But after checking out, the hotel called to claim the money.

Stayed here for 2 weeks due to work, OK stay but the room I had was not clean. Spiderweb in the roofs and it smells sewer in the bathroom. Had to move the bed, because I lost something under it. It was clearly many moths since it was cleaned there.

This trip to Europe, I stayed exclusively at Hampton by Hilton hotels, and I was very impressed with their hygiene standards. The locations were all excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around by bus or subway. The hotel staff were also quite professional. Overall, a great experience!

Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free. Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn - the niu. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient to local transport and a supermarket. Magdalena and the team at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the staff that took care of us at the breakfast buffet were very considerate and kind. Would love to stay here again!

I've stayed at multiple Ibis hotels in various countries, and I've been extremely satisfied every time! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and polite, and check-in is quick. The location is convenient. My only minor complaint is that the rooms don't have a kettle.

The staff is really nice, however, the room I was assigned is not soundproof, for me it's fine, but I guess it will be very noisy for some travellers, as you can hear the trains go back and forth. Lastly, the shower (toilet) is a bit tiny, and interestingly the door is installed oppositely.
