This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

The sofa bed in our room was broken. After speaking with the front desk, they kindly upgraded us to a king room free of charge, which was a nice touch.

The front desk staffs, the male staffs are very professional and helpful, but the female staffs are not helpful. I asked for directions and the female staff can reply as 'ask the male staff'. This is the worst Hampton by Hilton I have ever stayed, in terms of service.

Clean beautiful and well organised. I would be traveling to Poland with flixbus and the bus station was right beside the hotel so perfect location for road travelers imo.

This is a main hotel to stay if you visit VW plant. Room quality is very good, I like these "tiny" things in the hotel, like a VW matchbox car attached to the celling or a VW show car in the lobby. Pretty run down, in a rather run down area. The whole building smelled of old cooking oil. There was also cigarette smoke in the lobby.

Nice cozy rooms. They got a small (cardio only) fitness room, they also got scrambled eggs for breakfast. What else can you ask for? And Ibis for example has none of that.
