The rooms weren't particularly inviting in terms of interior design, but they were okay. Everything else, like the service and food, was excellent.

Hotel is just beside Central station can heard the sound throughout whole night. Surrounding is not safe for a solo female. Furthermore, the room door is loose and open easily. Amenities is old. Reception service staff is rule, although already 3pm the room not ready for check in.

As always, a great stay at the hotel. The room was very tidy. A new bathroom and everything you could want for a short stay. A generous breakfast with friendly staff. I always feel very comfortable when I stay here. The location directly opposite the thermal baths is another plus. There's also an underground parking garage with an elevator.

It's very nice this place is for couples and old age couples also for medical treatment, it's has hot water pools and they put sum mineral in the water so it helps to get relief from health and skin problems.

Very nice hotel, directly opposite the thermal baths. The staff is very nice and friendly. And the kitchen is absolutely amazing. Each plate is prepared with great care. The choice of food left nothing to be desired. That was definitely not the last visit.

Nice, clean room on the 4th floor. Very quiet and spacious. Large bathroom. Two elevators. The extensive breakfast was delicious. All staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn (urban rail) are within a few minutes' walking distance.

Well located, with a bus stop right outside the door and the S-Bahn just 400m away. Clean, tidy, well-maintained, and a new building with a kitchenette in the apartment. Happy to stay again!

Excellent! The mini-kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the windows opened completely which was nice. The location is super convenient with bus lines 162 and 163 right downstairs. A supermarket is just a few hundred meters away, and it's close to the U3 metro line's starting station and the S-Bahn, making transportation incredibly easy.

The check-in staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. While the rooms were satisfactory, the bed was clearly not cleaned. The beds consisted of two separate single beds, and one of them still had hair on the mattress, which was quite unpleasant. Despite this, the location is ideal for early morning flights, as it is close to the airport.

The location is perfect: you can get to the old town, the pedestrian zone/city center, the shopping center, the Sparrenburg castle, and the main train station very quickly. There's a central tram station right in front of the hotel! The room is hygienic, the staff is super friendly and always tries to accommodate you! I especially enjoyed the same...

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, with complete facilities and a Chinese restaurant within a few minutes' walk. The guy at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic. The room was newly renovated and clean. The underground parking lot below the hotel is operated by a third party, and the parking fee is 12 euros/night, which is a bit unexpected.

This hotel is a little bit far away from train station but quite close to the old town. It's a 2 stars hotel therefore, on the whole the cleanliness is acceptable. My room was in the beginning of the corridor and lifts so it was a bit noisy. At night it was absolutely quiet. Breakfast costs €17 but it worths. Lots of variety to choose. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Situated close to the old town (only few minutes walking distance) the hotel was very easy to find. Near the hotel there was an U ban connecting with the airport and most of the city stations. Very conveniently located at the Freiburg train station and around shopping district. However the hotel room is so basic. It’s what u pay and what u get. Initially when checked in found room without fridge, that’s funny. All std rooms looks the same regardless of business or std. service counter was damned lousy, not very friendly, fake expression, just took us like an alien coming over to Germany...

Location 10/10 . So handy for taking trams or trains or just walking into the town. Stayed here 4 nights. Had a twin room with fridge. Small shower room but adequate and the shower was good. If only this hotel got rid of the horrible stained carpet in the room it would be perfect. We didn’t have breakfast - 21euros seemed a bit over the top when there are so many cafes nearby.
