The hotel is a bit far from Cologne Central Station. While access to tourist attractions isn't great, it's close to the subway station. Being away from the city center means it's very quiet at night. The room had almost no amenities, but I was able to borrow a kettle, plates, and forks from the front desk. The room itself was very clean.

Due to the wifi problem, nothing worked, we didn't get the keys either to the entrance or to the room, we had to call the emergency number to be let into to building. The wifi internet connection didn't work. The room was quite dirty, especially bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. But to be honest the staff was very nice and the breakfast ok.

A nice hotel very close to the city center. I think a renovation is required. Bathrooms and beds can be improved. A significant drawback is the absence of an elevator. In addition, the wifi wasn't working during the last three days of our stay (they blamed the telecommunications company for that though). Finally, I would like to note the absence of a refrigerator inside the room.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The rooms and lobby was very clean. I have to tell the service was fantastic, because we booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4. And the hitel staff gave us a conjoined room with door in between. Which was so comfortable and my kids loved it.

It was a nice business hotel. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can have breakfast and it can also be used as a bar. It is close to the Reeperbahn, but as long as you don't take the wrong exit, the hotel is right outside the station, so it is easy to access and not very dangerous. However, on weekends, the siren can be heard until late at night.
