A nice, quiet and clean hotel. The location is conveniently located near the Arabellapark UBahn station, and is also close to a supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy. What I really liked was the breakfast selection with different types of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit.

The room was clean and practical. I was particularly impressed by the quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet.

It was my first time traveling in Germany, and I chose this hotel - I just wish I could’ve stayed longer.
1. Location: Excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with a large grocery store about 200 meters away and two metro stations nearby.
2. Common Areas: The hotel bar, breakfast area, and lounge are all very clean, comfortable, and cozy.
3. Room: I booked a single room and it was great - comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Honestly, I had zero issues with soundproofing as some reviews mentioned, and not having a fridge wasn’t a problem for me.
4. Staff: Super friendly and polite. You can ask for help anytime and they are always willing to assist.
Overall: 10/10. I will definitely return to this hotel and to Munich soon. ❤️

A very clean and beautifully designed hotel! The service was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast far exceeded expectations! I would definitely stay here again!

The service was excellent and the cleaning was good. The room was in a corner, but it was sunny on the first day I checked in, so the natural light was great. The size was also decent. It was about a ten-minute walk from the subway station for one person. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel's location is great. There is a big grocery store, a pharmacy, few restaurants and cafes, and two metro stations nearby. You can get to the downtown by metro within 15 minutes. Note that there is no fridge in the rooms and the rooms are not well sound proofed.

4,5/5. The room and hotel is very clean, close to two metro stations on U4 (green line) with 14 minutes access to old Munich. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There are two issues: first the amenities is very minimum, there is no fridge in the room just a shampoo and soap in the bathroom. It was a quiet hotel but rooms are not soundproof and if your neighbours are loud you will hear them.

Unfortunately, my experience at Best Western Arabellapark was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I briefly stopped in the hotel's nearly empty parking lot late at night (around 11:30 PM) just to check in and drop off luggage. There was no warning, signage, or request for payment, yet 6 months later, I received a letter from a debt collection agency demanding an inflated penalty. No prior notice from the hotel, just an aggressive fine for a harmless 20-minute stop, which should have been resolved on the spot.
The room itself was noisy, the heating didn't work in the middle of winter, and we experienced water issues. We eventually had to buy a portable heater ourselves. Service was subpar, and the overall conditions didn’t come close to justifying the price.
Not recommended. There are better and more transparent options in Munich for the same or lower cost.
