They charged me twice and is does not want to change it.
First time I payed with card on the day of arrival. Approx. 100euro.
Today I was charged 301,40 euro for nothing! And when I called and complained, I was talked down to, called bad words and asked if I didnt finish school, because of my bad english pronounciation.
This hotel is crazy! They truly believe that they do nothing wrong, but infact they do everything wrong!
Dont stay there!! And if you have to anyway, pay in cash!
At last mt bank got in touch with the hotel and they was forced to return my money.
It is a bit out of the city, but the bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is a supermarket and a store selling water, beer, etc across the street.
The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ok, rooms are spacey and clean. The bar at the reception was well appreciated after a long opera evening.
There are two downsides that led me to take off a star:
- The Internet is way too slow. Any type of larger download of YouTube videos or upload of photos are impossible. This could easily be fixed.
- This summer was very hot. The rooms are not air conditioned and the hotel occupies the top level of the building. This issue is structural, but will not matter much for most part of the year.
We will definitely stay there again!
