Lobby with many different places to sit and relax.
3 elevators come very fast and easy, also safe and needed room key to go upstairs.
the reason for 3 stars:
1. Someone get inside the room to
clean when we was outside, but there’s sign on the door DO NOT DISTURB! Someone touch our stuff and it’s big red flag for me.
2. The carpet in the room very unclean.
3. the toilet paper, same like in the army and unmatchable this kind of nice hotel.
Unfortunately, the room and the bathroom were not cleaned properly. Some basic room amenities were missing, especially a hair dryer and bath items. Even after asking twice, we received them very late.
The room phone was not working, so every time we needed something, we had to walk to the reception, which was quite inconvenient.
I always believed Holiday Inn was a very good hotel, which is why I chose it. Sadly, this was my first experience, and it was very disappointing — and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
