A conveniently located, good value, quiet hotel just outside Munich's old town, with close proximity to the train, tram, and car rental companies. Whilst the rooms have a more classic decor, they are well maintained. Ventilation is fine in the autumn/winter but is generally best assisted by opening up the balcony window, which does open the room up to some street noise. The kitchenette is surprisingly spacious for small meals and is equipped with the basics. Of particular note is the service which is incredibly friendly and helpful.

There is a mini kitchen in the room, but this does not mean that there are utensils for cooking. No cooking utensils are included in the room rate. For example, a standard small frying pan costs 5 euros per day. This wasn't mentioned in the description. Be careful when booking this hotel, especially if you plan to cook in your room.

The room was on the street side and was extremly noisy. I asked on the reception at check in for a inner room but were all booked.
Shower gel/ shampoon was not refilled.
Room was clean and close to the city center, but couldn't sleep due the to noise ouside.
It was like we have no window.

We stayed for two three-night stays during Oktoberfest. We stayed in two different rooms.
The first room had an updated bathroom, although the rest of the room needed some minor touch-ups. We found some boxes of pizza slices in the refrigerator, which were quickly removed when we notified reception.
In the second room, the bathroom needed a complete overhaul; the door had moisture marks, and the extractor fan didn't work. The walls had several paint holes.
The lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep the window open at night to sleep, so street noise was audible.
Both rooms had two single beds and a rollaway bed (we were three people). The queen-size beds were quite comfortable, but the rollaway bed wasn't as comfortable.
The pillows felt like stuffed pillowcases and weren't comfortable to sleep on.
Rooms are cleaned on odd-numbered days of the week, but on our second stay, we returned to the hotel at 4 p.m. to rest, and it still hadn't been cleaned.
The hotel has direct access to the Italian restaurant of the same name, which is very good, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The Vi Vadi Rustico restaurant is also nearby, which is also very good.
The good thing about this hotel is its location, very close to the city center, the station, and the Oktoberfest.
The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out are quick and easy.

We stayed for one night, personal was very nice also location near main station and 15 minutes walk to city center. Just in room kitchen were some leftovers inside and not cleaned rest of the room was clean and nice. If u cannot sleep in night noise from street is not for u, but I did not mind. Recommended for short trip

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just one block from the central station. Despite being near a busy hub, I felt safe walking around at night, which is a stark contrast from the area around Frankfurt's central station. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find anything you need.

The hotel itself is impressive, with very clean facilities and friendly staff. The room was comfortable for two people and even included a small kitchen area. However, the lack of climate control was a drawback. Although a table fan was provided, it wasn't sufficient to keep the room cool during the hot summer afternoons. The room definitely had the space for a bigger bathroom but I guess the design called for it to be sustainable 😅

Rooms were very small for the price I paid. Eventhough I have booked the hotel for 2 people, their database mistake has costed us to pay for the second person. Bathrooms are even smaller. Not a good experience at all. Breakfast was just fine.

A few minutes walk from the train station, basic hotel, rooms were ok but no air conditioning so was quite hot in the warm temperature.
The breakfast though a small selection was better than expected.

Hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. However, it was very hard to sleep as the rooms were exceptionally warm with only one plug in desk fan. Planning to come back to Munich in the winter, will probably stay here again.

First of all this hotel is five minutes from the main Munich train station. It makes it easy to get to the airport. The rooms were quiet and great views of trees and the beds were excellent. A good bed is the most important thing for me. If you needed it there was a frig and microwave. The bathroom was very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful with check in.
