We stayed for four nights, in a triple room. The space in the room is sufficient and, although the furniture and decoration are old, everything works and is in good condition, including the bathroom. Very good beds, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection of products. And although it is not central, the Harras metro, train and bus interchange is a three-minute walk away. We would repeat without hesitation.

The breakfast is really good, the location is safe and convenient, the room is a bit old, but it is suitable for young people and has a good value for money. The price is OK, you can't have it all.

The room was clean, the breakfast good, the location also good. My only one complaint was the desk lady very rude. We didn’t have reservations, we just walked in and asked if they have rooms available for two nights, the desk lady said yes and gave the price around €280 for two nights only if we pay in cash. After she said the price I went check on my cellphone and booked through my app the same hotel and was able to find price for €201 two nights.
After booking, the lady started being very rude and impatient with us.

Myself and my two friends stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect for us. The triple room is honestly perfect. It’s roomy, the beds are comfortable, I loved the pillow and I’m very picky…the best thing at this hotel was the staff. The breakfast is completely delicious and the breakfast crew staff IS AMAZING. Snjezana was so wonderful. She always had a smile on her face, she was kind, helpful, sweet and funny. She went out of her way to make us feel special and comfortable. Nikolina was so sweet as well. She said hello to us every morning and asked how we were doing and how our trip was going. Two incredible ladies that deserve recognition. The front staff was nice as well, the location was absolutely prefect. The train is right around the corner and so easy to access. Fabulous hotel I definitely recommend.

For budget travellers close to metro & bus. Smell in the room due to moisture. Not many options for veg. Having Indian restaurant Mehfil besides Kebab cafe next door

It was a comfortable 4-day stay. Yes, decoration was a bit old in the hotel but it doesn't affect your stay at all in a bad way. There is not much hotel guest amenities in the room, so you better bring some stuff with you. Both the hotel and neighborhood was calm and silent. If you are lucky to get a room near the linden tree you will enjoy watching a friendly squirrel living around. Hotel is close to Harras s and u-bahn stop, 5 min walk only and a Lidl & DM pair of markets are also close. Finally special thanks to NICOLE, who is serving the delicious breakfast and she is so helpful! Breakfast room was a bit smaller than needed but SHE is doing her best to arrange a table for you asap. I recommend Hotel Carmen..

BEWARE THIEVES !!. We got money stolen out of our bag in our room. The money was hidden away in a bag and the bag was put in dresser closet. It was stolen by either housekeeping or the person that came to fix the TV when we weren’t in our room on May 12, 2024 between 10:30AM to 6:30 PM.
Hotel very dated, not clean with stains and no amenities as described. Far from everything. Nothing around hotel so forced to eat at the little Indian restaurant at the hotel, which was over priced for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as if workers are thieves, who knows what other stuffs they are into. Hotel seem very sketchy and unsafe upon arrival but didn’t think it will be as bad as thieves stealing from inside room.
