They charge an extra fee for absolutely EVERYTHING here, with zero goodwill. It reminds me more of a chain restaurant than a hotel. Great hotel, but terrible service/management!

The hotel is not far from a subway station and is close to three supermarkets. There are no electric kettles or refrigerators in the rooms, and only one bottle of water is provided for a few nights. A small selection of croissants is available in the lobby.

The hotel’s accessibility was excellent — just a minute’s walk from tram and metro stations, making it very convenient for getting around the city.
However, it would be great if the rooms included a few more basic amenities such as a laundry bag and body lotion, which are usually standard in similar properties.
Overall, a comfortable stay with room for small improvements

It was obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet bowl. We could see some orange stain at the bottom of the bowl. There was also awful pee smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was nice. Many options, fresh ingredients. However somebody there should adjust the pancake machine. Some parts of my pancakes were uncooked

The hotel is close to a subway station and several bus stops. The room and bathroom are large and clean.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed at this hotel. The room was clean and well arranged. I especially liked the breakfast (it's a very important part of the stay for me and Ibis never disappoints) - variety of choices, fresh produce, well seasoned food. I chose this particular hotel because of it's location, it suited my plans perfectly, but in case someone is having doubts because this hotel is further from the city center, just know that it is right next to a metro stop - you can easily get to any place that you need. There are also several grocery stores around the corner. Overall, I'm glad I chose this hotel.

Another stay in this hotel and still well recommended. Location is great since it is next to the U-Bahn.
